Came to the facility early morning, within 2 hours a was ready to roll,

Wow! I have been a truck driver for three years and have been to hundreds of warehouses. I have never been treated the way I was treated today at Yokohama. This security guard who checked me in was very rude and even yelling at me. I bobtailed in to pick up my empty trailer. I went inside the office and got my signed BOL when I showed it to her she screamed and said where is the rest of the packet!? I said that’s all I got it was a live unload. She yanked the paper from my hand and stomped back into the office where the other girl kindly advised her that that’s all that was needed. As we were walking back to my truck I think she was embarrassed by the mistake so she started to get really hostile and raising her voice like if she was going to hit me or something. I’m still a little shaken having to type this review but I need someone to know that that is not acceptable behavior. I myself am a cool and down-to-earth person I get along with any and everyone so I know I’m not the problem.

Busy warehouse, but the staff works quickly. I only have picked up drop & hook here.

I was late on appointment still they took 3 hours to load
