I ordered a set of RGB headlights for my TJ and the passenger side started to flicker so I was sent a new headlight and it was still flickering and was told by customer service that they cant send me a canbus box and the new headlight should of fixed it. Now I have to go spend more money on new headlights from another company so I wont get pulled over again for flickering headlights. I highly recommend not buying from this company and going somewhere else.

This shop is awesome and the products speak for themselves. I have theyre headlights, fog and side marker combo. Just got the Xprite front grille. Makes my jeep look sick. Thanks again guys.

Horrible company. Ordered an item from them, was told I would have it within a week. The item didnt even ship until a week after my order was placed. Then told me they arent sure when I will get it, I will have to work that out with the shipping service. Not ordering from them again!

In June of 2019 I bought their RGB Halo lights and fog lights. With in 7 months the control box that controls the colors went out. I called and they were great at sending me a replacement it looked like it was a refurbished one, then 6 to 7 months it to went out again. I called to see I could get a replacement for it. They said since its out of guarantee they cannot help me, I asked if I can just buy the control box and they said they dont sell the control boxes. So Im being forced to buy a whole new set of lights or go with another company. Not a happy camper..

After purchasing both the LED headlights and fog lights for my Jeep and having them professionally installed, I immediately had issues with the light system. After contacting customer service to explain the issues that were occurring as well as sending photos, it was determined by Xprite that there was a defect in the control box. After back and forth, Xprite finally sent me a new control box. When I received the replacement control box, it was apparent that it was completely different than the one that came with the original set. The original control box was plastic and made poorly compared to the replacement one that was fully metal and better quality. When I spoke to Yanelly (manager) at customer service and brought it to her attention that I would have to pay again to switch out the control box, I asked her for the inconvenience of a defective product would Xprite credit me money off the original sale to compensate the money to cover the reinstallment. Yanelly would not help me or even get me to higher management to deal with this issue. It is sad that I bought this product directly from the manufacturer thinking I would avoid issues like this if they occurred. I would advise anyone to buy this product from Amazon or similar companies who will stand behind their product.

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. Placed my order for a hood on 10/19/2020 for my Jeep Wrangler. On 10/27/2020 I received the hood and it was the wrong one. I reached out the same day and sent over pics the same day. They didn’t pick up the hood for return until 11/11/2020. Through all of this, I had to keep calling and emailing about my order. I practically was begging for an update on my order. I finally received my order on 12/2/2020. Through all of this, I asked to speak with upper management countless times and never once did they callback. I asked what will I be compensated for waiting over a month because of their mess up and they finally made an offer. They offered 15% off my next order. 15% and I spent $600 with them. Never will I ever order with them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. Any Jeep group I’m in, I will warn them of how unprofessional they are.

Ordered some foot-pegs for my Jeep. I got the tracking notification immediately says labels created. After 8 days or arguing to why it never shipped. They finally shipped it. Blaming it on USPS and COVID. I had ordered and received numerous packages from other companies in between. So it was xprite who never shipped it. After leaving negative feedback on them. I get a call from customer service offering me a measly $8 if I would write a positive review on them. Insult by rude Customer service and delayed package and they want to buy my positive feedback.

Purchased a 30 rz chase bar and it died after 3 rides. wouldnt be to big of a deal but the terrible customer service after the fact is unheard of. I sent them all the information they asked for, now its been a week of runarounds every day with no resolution in the near future. good luck to anyone who runs into a problem with their products and expects quick responses let alone any kind of resolution.

I originally had a hard time with an order I purchased from Xprite, but after talking back and forth with Oscar, as well as on the phone with a member of customer service, who were both very helpful and concerned about customer care, I was told I would have a replacement light sent to me because Ive had issues with the original one. I finally feel as if Im being taken seriously, and Im appreciative of that. Thank you!

My rzr came with xprite whip lights from the dealer. I accidentally broke one of the quick disconnects that whip light plugs into, so I called to buy a replacement and was told by the customer service girl that they do not sell replacement parts for the items that they make, I would have purchase a whole whip light assembly. Really???? Wont be buying any products from a company that help me fix their own product.

I bought a hoverboard from this company and it broke i had warranty on it and i sent it back to them as they directed never received it back or any credit. Every time i call them about it they say they will look into it an get back to me but no one has ever called me back. This has been going on a very long time. this company is extremely poor customer service. Would never buy anything from this company again. I suggest you dont buy anything from this company.

Ive ordered from them twice. The first item was an underbody kit. I paid $135 to get it installed, only to find out it was broken and only displayed a dim red light and none of the other 7 colors. I spoke to customer service and they sent a replacement kit, but wouldnt even entertain the idea of even giving me a $25 store credit to make up for the time/money lost getting the first kit installed. The second item I purchased was a LED spare tire ring, which stopped working within the first year.

I purchased a pair of 80W angel eyes cree lights with matching fog lights. I spoke with a representative several times during the day with questions about the lights to be sure of my purchase. the Rep was very knowledgeable and friendly to my repeated calls. after 4 calls I finally decided to purchase straight from Xprite instead of saving a few dollars thru eBay (mainly because of the 2 year warranty).Turns out when my package arrived first the connected was too long and the light would not stay on. i called (Friday 6pm est) and she said she placed me on hold to check with someone who told her that there was another connector that they would send and I will receive Monday. So as i sat disappointed, i went ahead and connected my fog lights which were astonishing by the way and I said let me just tape one of the lights to get a glimpse of whats to come. Well now one of the headlights did not fully light. now Im hot as its about 7 pm est. called and they were still open, explained and she did not even blink w/o apologizing and stating she will send out another headlight with the connector to arrive Monday. At this time I ask for a pair of corner lights and she included those at a discounted rate and free shipping. everything arrived Monday as promised and all is working well. Not to mention the lights are BRIGHT as the Sun. the product is flawless with a solid light that lights up my entire 2 acre back yard at night.At this point I am just rambling but these lights are well worth the purchase and there customer service is excellent. Didnt give 5 stars because of the initial problems with connector and dead light but they stood by their product .

I have spent well over 3,000.oo with Xprite over the last couple of years and up until now they have been great. I own a small towing company and these lights are the difference between life and death when we are working roadside emergencies. Without them, the level of danger in our job increases ten-fold. We have a light that is less than 2 months old and one of the pods has burnt out and stopped functioning. In order for them to replace it, we have to cut the wires and render the light non usable, which will take our one and only truck off the road while we sit and wait for the replacement to show up a week later. No truck for us means we lose customer and losing customers means we lose money. Is it that hard to accommodate your loyal customers? You will not be getting our business any more. Way to go Xprite.....

Never oder from them..... they dont send you what they say as a kit and than want to argue with you that all parts where sent. They wanted pics of what I received and sill took a week to get back to send rest of the parts. Dont waist your time.

Bought shark nose grille and a set of angel eyes, installed on sunday. Easy install, its been 4 days now and one of the lights burned out, turns out it was defective.. Customer service was more than reasonable and put in to send me a new one! In a matter of minutes i recieved a tracking number for the new light! I have no issues with them and highly recommend them to anyone who asks about my new front end!
