These guys have done a fantastic job with my car! I’ve had A LOT of work done on my 2008 KIA Rio. It has over 211,000 miles on it and it sounds wonderful.I’ve had Midas replace the Transmission, Timing Belt, Brakes, Control Arm, Fan, etc etc etc. And every time they have shown me the problem explained it for me to understand, and have sympathized with me and offered solutions I could afford and offered payment plans on the more costly parts to make sure the car could get back on the road.To sum it up, they have taken a car with a failing transmission (with TEETH from the machine spilling out into the transmission fluid) and turned it into a sound, reliable car with a gentle purr. A car ready for the junk yard turned into a car that could easily run another 50,000 to 100,000 milesMIDAS ON BRIDGE STREET HAS A WONDERFUL, RELIABLE TEAM, AND I CAN’T THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR THE WORK THEY’VE DONE!!!

The tire on my 2019 Honda CRV went flat on a trip. When I returned home, I dropped my flat tire at the Bowling Green OH store so they could figure out if it could be repaired. My tire was not repairable, so they special ordered the one I needed, to match my original tire. Once the tire was mounted, I got a phone call to return to the shop and it was installed. I felt the staff was very helpful, explained everything to me, worked to get me back on the road. The customer service at the BG store is 5 stars and more. Thank you.

They helped us out for FREE on our trip from Michigan to North Carolina when we got stuck with car trouble on our road trip! They were all so nice and friendly! Everyone else was too busy to help us, but Midas helped us right away!

Friendly and fixed my Jeep quickly. They were recommended to me when I couldnt get into a local mechanic in my home town. They scheduled me same day, found the problem quickly, and charged the lower end (for the average I googled) for the repairs. Will definitely go back to them again.

Great place, very professional I took my car there for all around work and oil change and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, I got there early and they took the car in, not a very long wait time even know they were busy. They talked to me about an estimate then when the work was finished the estimate wasnt too far off at all. They dont lie and try to make money off of people that cant work on their vehicles them selves whither or not if it due to no knowledge of vehicle maintenance or if its just not having the time or space to do it. They fix what is needed and/or asked to do. They took their time and thoroughly inspected the vehicle without taking all day. I will be returning for future oil changes and any vehicle maintenance needed for as long I am in the area.

They were going to charge me $525 plus tax for four 165 / 60 16s with 30,000 mile warranty and a wait of three hours. Went down the street, got same size including tax $460 with 90,000 mile warranty, roadside hazard, lockout and emergency gas (3 gal) service included. Got the tires installed and out the door before midas could even start the change.

I was in town for the Southern Ohio Forest Rally and found I had a hole in one of my gravel tires. I found a new set but needed them mounted ASAP. I pulled up and they got me right in and taken care of immediately. I had my doubts because not many places can mount gravel tires but these guys have the touch. Service was great. Prices were great. All the employees were great. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommended from this car guy!

They helped me get back on the road safely. I went in for a oil change and was told about a serious brake problem because of their free brake inspection. Going above and beyond to find an interior part I want.

Good for small jobs. But too pricey!They quoted me $647.00 to replace a CV axle! Which is a 30min job thats really not complicated at all!Took it to Action Auto on High street in Chillicothe... They did it for under $250.00!!Ill get my tires and oil changed at Midas, but thats about it;

My wife took our vehicle for an oil change. Was quoted 45 mins. After 1 hr and 15 mins they finally got the oil change done. Was told that one tire was out of balance 1 oz. and they could fix it for $50. $50?!??! When she left, the dash started lighting up like a Christmas Tree. Check engine light, stability contol light, Towing light...took it right back and the representative said he forgot to put some air cap back on??? When she left the check engine light was still on. Will be taking it to a mechanic to see what they actually did. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT USE MIDAS!!! ZERO STARS if I could!

Theyre very thorough and up front with you on what you need. Little pricey but they dont put junk parts on and theres a warranty of some kind on them. Manager is why we kept going here with his honesty.

Went for a front-end alignment and tpms set and got a large scuff on my gas lid and some scratches on my new wheels so I called and left a message for the manager and no response so I will not recommend any service there and I will not go there for any further service 10/22/21 posted

They are soo nice! I love getting my car done here! The wait time wasnt bad either!! There waiting room is comfy too! A lil cold but, I recommend getting your car done here! They even did my alignment i wouldnt trust anyone else but this place 🤍so thankful!!

My car had a rusted brake line that was leaking. I didnt feel like doing the repair so I took it to Midas. After 3 days and no communication I went to their shop. They said they were unable to bleed the brakes. Really? A brake shop that cant bleed brakes! I took the car home and bled the brakes myself and a few weeks later the same lines Midas had repaired were leaking. I ended up taking it to Tims Tire and they corrected the issue, Midas had use the wrong fittings and cross threaded them on. Tims also bled the brakes.

Made appointment for the same day, took me a little early since I showed up and was done with in the hour for brake service. Would highly recommend.

For the last 7 years I have had both my Fords serviced at Chillicothe Midas, both routine and major. Repairs. I do not go anyplace else. The Manager, Kyle and assistant, Ernie are great as are the techs. They tell me what is urgent care needed and what can wait. A great place for car care.

I went to get my tires balanced and from start to finish on took 45 minutes. Staff was very friendly and didnt try to upsell me on anything else. Price was very reasonable.

Came in for a used vehicle inspection and got the most detailed rundown of a car Ive ever gotten. The guys took the time to price out maintenance and service prices the car would need in the near future. Definitely the best experience Ive had at any auto shop.

Although I once got the service that I needed & it didnt cost me very much, this store has more than made up for it.On 10/05/16, I took my car in for a soft pedal & a possible brake line leaking on the L/R (as well as an exhaust heat shield rattle). By the time I got the car back, they had replaced the front brakes & rotors, the master cylinder & a foot of exhaust pipe. I paid $921.45. As I drove the car off the lot, the brake pedal was still as soft as it was when I brought it there. I returned & informed Tammy & she had the mechanic look at it again. Within a few minutes, it was determined that the wheel cylinder on the L/R was bad & leaking. Tammy said that the problem would be fixed with no further charge. Eventually, I got the car back & it appeared better than it was.I didnt drive the car much over the next 11 months because I drove my other car. My daughter needed to borrow the car, but she soon had problems with it. The L/R wheel was making a loud, grinding sound. It was taken back to Midas ten (10) days short of a year when it was there for the same problem. (9/25/17)This time, it was determined that the rear brakes, drums & wheel cylinders needed replaced. I had the work done because my daughter needed the car. After trying to get some consideration for the supposed repairs from the previous year, they gave me about $20 off. I talked to Tammy & Adam, but both said that there had been no complaint, discovery of a problem or repair of either wheel cylinder on the vehicle when I was there in 2016. I tried to show them my paperwork, but they still denied it. I paid another $580.21.The car traveled 1951 miles & I paid $1501.66.What was once a great shop & a place I (sadly) recommended to others, is now very different than it was. I thought that Id found a place that I could trust, but now I must seek out another repair shop because theres NO WAY that Ill return to this Midas, #223.(They also recommended an additional $764.16 worth a repairs/replacement parts, plus tires, during the 2016 visit, but I had no more money.)

Kyle is very professional and always so nice. This is the second time Ive brought my car in for service in the last 6 months. I like his honesty about issues with my car and I like that they dont rush to get the cars done. I know most people want it done within an hour. But to me that shows they take time to do each car and not rush through it. I will keep coming back for sure!!

Lets just say we will never go back there again. Yesterday we got our radiator flushed which was clogged our heating units. Now they wanna sit there and argue with you over how its suppose to be and not listen what the customer is saying. Rude and Unprofessional behavior They claimed that the car is actually heating up but the time when we drove it and while driving had no heat and this is what we were trying to tell them and they dont wanna listen. So i went in with them listen to the conversation and i was floored. The Mechanic said well its working when it really isnt working at all. We called another mechanic from another city to give us advice of what needed to be done. I think we are going back to our mechanic thats 3 hours north from chillicothe ohio at least they will listen not what MIdas wants. What happened to the rule of CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT

I was visiting the area and found out that one of my rear brakes was grinding. My nephew recommended them, so I called and they had my car in/out and repaired in about an hour and a half. Nice work and professional.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences at midas! They misdiagnosed my vehicles and was going to have to pay for something I didnt need and that was over priced. Do your homework dont just believe what they tell you.

Called and got in same day. I had them install aftermarket wheels and tires. I did not know I needed aftermarket lug nuts also. They was able to catch that and inform me about it, could have been very easily been over looked. (that shows their attention to detail)They had new lug nuts delivered in Less than 10 minutes.All staff appeared and carried themselves in a professional way representing the company well.I will return when I need additional work done. I have no problem referring people to the Chillicothe Midas store.

My girlfriend had an oil change appointment for 11am and they didn’t get her car in the shop till noon. we are still waiting and Just for an oil change. But Kyle usually makes up for it by being professional and nice.

These people are AWESOME!!!!! They squeezed me in for work today and the manager told me when I left that since it was customer appreciation weekend all the customers today were being entered for a chance to win a free oil change. I got a call this evening saying my name was drawn in the drawing... I will be bringing my car back for everything.

My car takes synthetic oil and tried to put regular oil in it. They didnt do any kind of check the other fluids like every other oil change place does. The only thing they did do was rotate my tires for free and gave my free wiper blades.

A very pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, the service was quick and painless, and the prices were great. Plus my truck sounds better than it ever has!

Called Midas at 4:30pm to see if they could take a quick look at my car due to a unusual smell coming from the heater and when starting and I was worried about an unusual gas with me transporting my kids. They were able to get me in and look over the car and determine it was just a wet catalytic converter from the snow/ice. Didn’t charge me anything. So thankful! Would recommend!

Outstanding and timely service! We were 9 hours from home when we stopped for gas and my truck wouldnt start. With some starter fluid I managed to get it running to get it to the nearest Midas. We were seen immediately and given the diagnostics results along with an estimate within 15 minutes. The maintenance was done well and was done quickly so we were able to get back on the road. These guys were life savers!
