Marshall, owner of 1 Towing, made my stressful morning much easier to deal with. Very responsive via text, found me no problem even though I forgot to turn my hazards on! He made great conversation, was very respectful and personable. On top of everything else he helped me out on the cost knowing I had an expensive repair that he just towed to my apartment. Will undoubtedly have him as my go to and first referral for family and friends in the Ross county area. I was expecting the worst and was blessed to get Marshall.

This company is tops in my opinion, as a previous driver i am so pleased to see there is a company out there that still cares. Geico could not find a provider in our area and this man drive 2 hours to come and get my husband off the side of the hill and tow him home. He was polite, courtious, and attentive. He made sure to keep in touch with us while we waited even. Great service all the way around.

I was about 20 minutes outside of Chillicothe when I called and needed my truck towed to my house. He showed up really fast and had me home before an hour had passed. Really nice guy, fast, and professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

These guys got me in the middle of snow storm on Christmas Eve. Was straight up honest “I can’t be there long wait time”. So we talked worked through it came up with a plan to get me home and get my vehicle the next day. They came in a 4x4 drove me home. AAA business not mentioning them. Said oh we can’t do it sorry. We can get you to our lot that is it. How you get home we don’t know. Why isn’t 1 towing on there list to call ?? Why can they come? Why have AAA. So I called AAA back they hung up and still can not reach them to let them know I’m ok no longer stranded on the freeway.

He worked hard and got the job done. Plus went back in further than Vest towing would even attempt. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the price was pretty steep, but it was a Saturday morning.

Helped me a great deal when I was in a pinch. Managed to get my behemoth of a box truck where it was going when everyone else turned me down. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. I recommend them 100%!

Called 4 tow companys and he was the only one answered towed from circleville to frankfort at 10 p.m at night even called and checked on me while I was waiting for him to show up .talked to me the whole way home very nice guy and quick to respond .

The guy told me he was going to be at my house in a hour, showed up 3 hours later and charged me $80 to tow my car 2 blocks. Ill never use them again

Towing company caused $3k damage to my car. They will not return my calls or my insurances calls. Thank god for full coverage. Otherwise I would be out $3k for damage I didn’t do. (They broke the front frame which pushed different parts up which caused a lot of other damage)There was zero prior damage. The only issue we had was the alternator (which another mechanic told me was fine and it obviously wasn’t). My current mechanic confirmed it was indeed new damage that the tow truck did. My insurance covered it 100% because they also agreed it was damage caused from the tow truck.Thanks for responding over an entire year later though instead of answering my calls or my insurance agent’s calls. I still say 1 Star! I’d go with negative if possible.

If I could 10 stars I would. My sister got her handicap van stuck in the yard. We werent sure how we were going to get it out. 1 towing was out to help within 20 mins. Best service Ive ever seen. My sister adopts special needs children and we were really worried about the lift still working in the end. Thank god it did. This man took his time to make sure everything stayed intact even though we werent sure excatly how we were going to get the van unstuck. I will always recommend this company hands down

Charged me $325 for a tow lol what a joke. Vest is $90 every time I use them. Didn’t use them this time because they would have been 3 hours. Never again. Rip off!!!! Now the owner called me a liar!!! Lol. Joke
