Went there to get some new tires on my car. Was a mix up with inventory and didnt have tires we talked about on phone. He worked with me got better tires paid 20$ difference. An absolute great place. All the guys know me by name and treat me very well. The manager is great too. Buy all my tires here for years. I have several performance sport cars and they do all the work on them. This group are car guys and know their cars. I do spoil them when I come in with a couple dozen donuts even when I not having work done.Cant say enough good about the Chillicothe store. Mark, Steven and Nick are the best.

Overall great service Service Manager wanted to set me up an appointment for the next day but I lived 30 miles away I told him I did not care to wait awhile and he made it happen. The 4 stars and not 5 is because of the price over $400 for front pads and rotors and a full synthetic oil change and filter! I have always changed then myself but wanted to give then some business but 400 bucks come on...

Thought I was going to have to buy new tires. Thankfully, my tire (made in France) was able to be repaired! Nice and polite employees. Not too long of a wait.

I recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I originally took my vehicle to the Galloway location as that is where I bought my new tires a couple years prior. They rotate them every 5000 miles. I needed them rotated again and an alignment. They did that, but said I needed the RF strut dropped and turned. LoL! Nick at this location said that is not a thing. It isnt possible. They looked at it for me and said it is so rusted that my boot is coming apart, sway bar needs replaced, axles need replaced, and that the vehicle isnt worth putting all that money into it. Is this bad news? Yes, but I am so amazed that they were so very honest with me. In this day and age you dont find that very often. I recommend you drive the extra miles to have them do any service you need done. 5 stars isnt enough for what they do. Thank you all for going above and beyond and being so honest. I will buy all my tires and have all my work done here from now on.

65$ for an oil change on a 4 cylinder vehicle. Which is already high, but that’s not even why I’m upset, when being charged that high of a price for something as basic as an oil change, I expect it to be done well, and safely. You instead forgot a bolt, which resulted in me dragging the protective plate underneath my vehicle throwing sparks on my way home. I paid you, so I wouldn’t have to work on my own car, not so that I could fix your employees mistake after work, on my own. Won’t be going back here.

I called in a panic due to having a fast leaking tire. They were quick to get me in and I bought all four new tires. Nick, Mark, and the Florida guy were very helpful and courteous. I can’t thank them enough.

Made an appointment to get 4 tires mounted, balanced, plus an alignment. (Make sure to have an appointment if possible as the place is generally busy). I had no wait at all with appointment set up. Customer service was exceptional. The manager was up front in telling me he wanted to make sure he had plenty of time to get the alignment just right as it can be tricky with Audi. I had no problem with him wanting to make sure he could stand behind the work and it was done right. They were true to the time frame promised and I have been driving it for 2 months now with exceptional results. Definitely 100% satisfied with this location and will be returning in the future.

Was out at a decent time. Price for one tire leaves a bit to be desired but alas it got done and the car rolls on all 4s. Front desk employees are friendly.

The customer service I received was out of this world. Honestly, 1-10 they are a 20. It is a long process for tires, rotation, front and back wipers. Me with a 6 year old dancing on the ceiling by the time it was finished I was tired and ready to go. I probably wasnt smiling anymore....but the staff never changed the tone of his voice, he was still so polite as if I just walked in.Then I had to come back because the suggested manufacture windshield wipers werent cleaning my windshield in one spot. The two gentleman helping me switched the wipers out until we found the wipers that worked. All of this still with a smile on their faces. Anywhere else I would be treated as if I was bothering someone. Thats just what you get these days. Well not at this tire discounters location. They were awesome. Ill be back, and Ive told everyone to come here when they get their sets for winter!

Got our oil changed and tires rotated. About 20 minutes after leaving low tire pressure warning came up. Checked tire pressure with guage and it said one tire was at 60 psi, one 45, and 2 at 35...recommended is 32 psi. Also found out that TPMS has to be recalibrated after tire rotation or it will display the low tire pressure warning. Not happy. If we had not checked tire pressure after leaving we could have had a blowout with the tire pressures being that off.

Had a tire repaired yesterday and a newborn baby this morning 😆🤣😂 havent been back in the car yet but so far we got a tire plug replaced because waverly valley Ford didnt do it right😒Ill hold my tongue but thanks for helping us!

The price was good i brought a friend down to change his oil and tires on his car. Dropped the car off at 1030 am here i set, back here at 230 and the oil has been changed tires arent on it still on the lift in the bay sad. poor customer service. The tech steve seemed to have a bit of an uppity attitude wasnt friendly didnt appreciate spending 500 on tires and oil change and get some young guys bad mood.

First things first, guy working the desk was rude. I made an appointment over the phone and was informed that to mount and balance 4 tires would be 40$ plus tax as I already had new tires. This is the reason I choose to come here as I found them to be the cheapest in town at that point. Picked up my car, and the cost was over 200$. 214$ to be exact unlike what I was told over the phone and explained that to the guy and he continued to argue with me about the price and rudely said that I was wrong and that no one said that. I paid it and went on, didn’t have time to deal with some kid that hardly knew how to tie his own shoes. I didn’t even make it to the house across town before one tire was already flat because the tire was leaking at the bead because they did not clean the bead at all like I had asked before I had left after dropping the car off with them. Will never do business with them again after my experience and the the experience my parents encountered last year at the same location

I had never been to a tire discounters before, but now that I have, there is nowhere else Ill shop for tires. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the time to have your new tires installed is the fastest bar-none. I highly recommend making an appointment at least 24 hours prior to needing a service done because they do seem to get rather busy, but it is certainly worth looking into if youre needing some new snow tires this winter!

I was more satified from this store than my local one.

The short story is: My wallet is sad to say one of their reps exaggerated at best and lied at worst to get me to spend more cash.Long story: I brought my car for a rotation and balance. Afterwards, he said, Three of the four wheels are so bent that we cant balance these. You need to get new wheels. He added, be careful while driving it until you replace them! We wont charge for the balance cause we couldnt do it. But, wed love to order you some wheels. I thought, this guy is the nicest guy ever for telling me all this and not charging me. The car shook a bit when I drove it. I ordered wheels elsewhere and happened to go to Jacks Tires to put them on—where Ive gone in the past. The guy at Jacks said only one of my wheels was bent and they moved it to the front of the car so it would shake more noticeably. He said I didnt need to replace them all. But I already had the wheels then.From this experience, it seems as at least one of the guys—who kind of looks like Hopper from Stranger Things btw—at Tire Discounters tried to scare me into doing more work than necessary by exaggerating. Is this a one-time happenstance? Perhaps. Perhaps not. I like to give the benefit of the doubt because of the Hopper resemblance.

I came in at 8:00 AM, almost on the dot, to simply get a tire patched. It is (3) THREE HOURS LATER and still waiting here. I dont care if you have appointments on the books...dont tell me that it will be an hour or a little more, write 9:15 specifically on the finish time promised, and then three hours later I am still sitting here.I had hope that looking like Discount Tire, a phenomenal tire chain in the south, that it would be a similar experience. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I will be giving my future business to to a local shop next time, even if it costs more.

I just went there to get air in my tire but they was very nice and professional.

Greasy finger prints were left on my light gray headliner fabric that covers the door column by the windshield. We cant seem to get anyone to reply back to us regarding this matter.

I have to have a special tool to remove my tires I didnt have it and even though I was about 15 to 20 minutes late digging through my van to find it they still see me like really cool. I guess Im continuing this to answer the question is that the owner asked to make five star instead of four. Now it wasnt your fault it was mine for being late and because cars were ahead of me but just to be able to get my tires rotated would have been awesome. Have a long trip ahead of me and could have used the balancing in the rotation

Did a good job on alignment. Not happy when I was told I needed new struts. Went to my dealer, they told me everything was ok.

The service here is always exceptional!... but the wait can sometimes be a bit much more than expected... even with an appointment. But the guys are always good to me and take care of my vehicles well... which is why I always return. Thanks TD!

This is the second time I’ve used Tire Discounters recently and I was once again surprised at the level of excellent service I received. I had to have tires today as my wife is taking a trip tomorrow. I called the day before to see if they had tires in my size. Mark was informative and explained that they didn’t have a full set in stock which is to be expected because of my unique tire size. He assured me they could get the tires i wanted the next day and have them installed before 5pm. When I arrived, Mark quickly got me checked in even though I arrived before they officially opened. He explained to me all of the features and promotions I was eligible for and even got me some extra bonus services I wasn’t expecting. When I arrived to pick up my car, everything had been completed before the time I requested. Jacob did an excellent job reviewing my invoice, explaining where my car stood mechanically, and what things may need attention in the future. This store has improved substantially since it’s changed management and restaffed. After two very successful visits, I feel comfortable bringing my vehicles here knowing I’ll receive superior service and attention. Thanks again!

Was told my address was needed because the intake for my vehicle was a government document . Was told I had to give my personal phone number to them also because of government document . The guy behind the counter was extremely rude !! Also was told because I didn’t buy my rims and tires from them I was going to cost almost 100$ to just have them rotated didn’t get to the balancing charge at this point .

The people are nice, but the service is very lackluster. Theyll get the job done, but not when you expect it. I cant tell you how many times Ive made an appointment and theyve always gotten my car in an hour or or several hours after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. If you plan on making an appointment, dont be surprised if it happens to you. And it happens regardless of whats being done, tire repair, new set of tires or rotating and balancing.

If you need a good mechanic they have one named Anthony Dalton. He does it all and keeps his area clean.

Received very good service! Had appointments for 2 cars and one car took longer as problems were discovered, but was kept apprised of the status of the fix needed. I was pulling a work trailer full of construction material. Tire was flat when I came out to the truck after eating dinner in chillicothe. Called 3 minutes before close. Got Howard on the phone. Explained what happened and that I was 10 minutes out. He welcomed me with open arms after hours. Josh fixed me up & we were back on the road. Never even had to unhook the trailer. Good business. Hard working employees, who have a great leader in Howard!

Went in to have a tire patched. Made an appointment and still waited three hours for them to start working on my car, only to be lied to in attempt to sell me tires. Then got home and found that they have removed the valve plug from 2 of my tires. They were only supposed to even touch the one. This place is a major scam and I would be very cautious about doing business with this company. They will lie, scam and steal to get a sale and the customer service is awful as well.

I have all good things to say about the Tire Discounters on Bridge St in Chillicothe. They have good employees, and do good work. And if there is a problem that is better handled elsewhere or requires dealer-proprietary solutions, they will readily tell you so and refer you to the dealer. Thanks!

Busy place. I made an appointment and still ran a little late to get the van in. They did a really nice job with the 4 new tires and the alignment. The young man who took care of me was friendly and explain everything to me quite well.

And they dont work on your car until about a hour later then they dont know the meaning of customer serviceTook almost 3 hours to get tires on my car bc they were short staffed and they knew they were when I made the appt. The day before but instead of telling me they were they just let me sit there upset bc I had to wait.

Even though I had to wait past my appointment time to see my car go into the bay. Pat the manager at this location made sure it was worked on quickly and even gave us a discount for having to wait. Pat never fails to go above expectations of customer service! In the couple years Ive been going to this location Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, funny, and serious about their jobs and making sure things are done right. I love this store and the employees as well. Very excited to have store like this one!

I went in to buy 3 tires. Already had one replaced here, earlier in the year due to road hazard. They tried to sell me 4 tires. Then, when I left, I heard a grinding sound. Took car back. Was told that I need new brakes. Thing is, hubby had just changed the brakes, less than a month ago. Drove home, stopped at another place to have them look at it, brakes are still new looking he said. Also, was told at new place that it was a wheel bearing, NOT THE BRAKES. So beware, they will try and rip you off. Never going here again!!!

This is the slowest place. My husband had a valve leak and the would not fix it. They wanted him to buy 150.00 tire. We will never go in there again. Too many times they have tried to rip us off. The valve was changed by the way at Jerrys Tires.

My family have always been big fans of Tire Discounters. They always get our cars done and out in short amounts of time. Nicholas Kellough is a great worker and has always done everything he could to go above and beyond for his customers, as I was one of them. I will always recommend going to TD. Amazing customer service and always a job well done.

Ive spent $1000s on tires from these guys over the years. They used to be reputable, but not anymore. I was told they could change some tires for me but when I showed up with them I was told they couldnt change them there table was too small they would have to break them down like a semi tire, even though they were given the exact tire sizes before telling me they COULD do the job. It was a shame I couldnt count on them to do what they said. Im sure they will respond with their customer service is important to us line, like they have in there other responses. In fact, they told me they would be happy to respond to my review.I would advise you to look elsewhere for good service.

Only been here a couple times and Ill say I prefer the Washington Court house branch immensely. Sure theyll fix the problem, but it will take about two hours longer than they said it would. That and the one time I took my friends truck in for him we got it back and it reeked of pot, like someone was smoking inside the vehicle. Im not one to judge, but since this was my buddys work vehicle he could get fired for that. That was over a year ago though and I havent seen the guy I dealt with there since.

I called ahead got two trailer tires.

Well I made an appointment at four in the afternoon and I didn’t leave till a little after six. I was trying to get four tires balanced. I called and made sure they could balance my tires because they were big. They are 20 x 14‘s on 35 x 12 50s and they said they could do it. So I drove 45 minutes to them just to have them sit around for 30 minutes and not touch my tires and then them come out and tell me my tires are too big and they can’t balance them. Even after I called and made sure they would and could balance them. So I wasted over four hours of my day going to this crappy place. I do not recommend it what so ever. Also they said they didn’t know I was there. The guy at the main counter thought I left even though I was sitting in the waiting room for two hours so I could a left an hour and a half early but they couldn’t find me. Shows how much attention they pay. Definitely wouldn’t want them working on my stuff

When this place opened I was in and out in 30 minutes (for four tires), that’s why everyone loved coming here! Now I’ve been waiting three hours (and still counting) to get two new tires put on and I’ve had to cancel/reschedule all of my meetings for work...why is this so hard that it takes over three hours to do? I made an appointment two weeks ago thinking they’d make time but walk ins who are receiving the same service have come and went since I’ve been here 🤷‍♀️ ...I’d suggest you guys could benefit from looking into the quality and efficiency of service you started out with.

We picked up a nail about 20 miles outside of town and by the time we got here they were technically closed by like 10 minutes. We explained how we were just trying to pass through on our way home to Illinois and they stayed late and patched up our tire. These guys are great, super friendly, and more than helpful. This rating of 4 stars, is because this was actually my second attempt at this location to get my tires rotated. I get one day off. I had originally scheduled for a 3:30 appointment. When I arrived, I was told that it would take 3 to 3.5 hours for a tire rotation. Who has that much time to waste?This attempt was an 8:30 am appointment. I was finally able to leave at 10:15. Still a lot longer than it should take, but, the communication from the manager made it acceptable. He really made the effort to keep me informed as to the progress of the rotation. He explained that he was short handed in the shop, and most of my time there, he was in the shop getting his hands dirty. Way to go. This shop is coming around.

I dont usually write reviews, but this is the best Tire Discounters Ive ever been to, one of the best tire shops Ive ever used. Pat and his crew dont go home until every car is finished--they stayed late for four+ hours just to finish my car and a large number of others. It was Labor Day weekend and they surely had places to go and things to do. But they stayed. If that isnt five-star service, I dont know what is. They are the best, period. Prices are great, service absolutely professional and courteous. Cleanest shop Ive ever seen too.

My brother scheduled an appointment at noon to replace 2 front tires on his truck.The guy at the counter estimated 1.5hrs but it was done at 4pm. Plus there was nothing said as to why it took so long.Not to mention the bathroom has little water pressure.The tires looks nice and professionally put on and feel great! They were just slow!

Started out frustrated when upon arrival for a 2:30 appointment I was told the service center was running at least an hour behind time on appointments. I had another scheduled appointment at 4:00 pm which I had to cancel. It would have been better for me to be notified of such a delay in advance. However, the technician at the counter was apologetic and polite and even though my vehicle didnt get into a bay until almost 4:00 pm when another technician came to work, the service on my KIA was done professionally. We use Tire Discounters because of their quality tires, pricing on tires and professional service.

This store has gone above and beyond to make sure that my car has been taken care of and in amazing condition. Joe Horn has done more than i ever would expect someone to do to help me get new tires for my car. Its in their hands right now, i am very confident that when i go to pick it up tonight i will be even more satisfied with the work they have done. They did a good job when I needed to seal an old leak in one tire and when I bought two tires recently. My only disappointment was the wait time, as they seem under-staffed in the afternoons. Other than that, I would go back. I also appreciate how the front staff member gave us all updates on the progress of our cars.

Excellent place to get tires with a nice waiting area and good customer service. It was nice to get a credit card with zero percent interest for 6 months when I spent 700 on my truck tires. Highly recommend.

The day I was in, it was snowy and busy. The lobby was ok but took them a while to finish putting on my two tires. Unfortunately, my tires were also over inflated and I had to come back 4 weeks later to get them reset properly. Staff was pleasant and personable each time.

Slower than slow. Been here over an hour for a simple oil change.

Made an appointment for 4pm for two tires on the back of my truck. It was 2 hours after my appointment time before my truck even made its way into the shop. Nobody bothered to update me on the delay and left me waiting without any information. Very slow and very poor customer service. This is the second trip and this is the second same bad experience. They won’t be getting me a third time. I will go to Lancaster before ever consider coming back here.

Really disappointed in the service I recieved. Not only did it take almost 4 hours to install 4 tires(which to their credit, they did discount the total price), they installed one of the tires wrong and left a mess of wheel lube on each of my rims. I had to drive back, which takes an hour, to have the tire reinstalled correctly. I mentioned the mess on my rims from the previous day, and they left the mess of lube again! Im left not only disappointed but concerned that if they couldnt even install a tire correctly(the tire even says inside or outside to ensure correct install) did they align the car correctly? Im a one time customer and wont recommend.
