Well I went to this Taco Truck outside of the Market.. Tacos not bad at all..😃

Found some good deals,& everything I came to buy.

I shop here on a regular basis due to how close it is to my apartment. And, its usually a crapshoot as to how my experience will go due to whos tending me at the time (deli, butcher, check-out, etc.)... Most workers appear to be miserable or jaded due to whatever, I dont know. And, God forbid you dont speak fluent Spanish. The prices are higher than most other local food markets, but, its a good place to go in an emergency. Their gallons of milk are usually on sale which is a huge plus for them. That is all.

A good place to grab stuff you need in a pinch. However the last few times I have purchased food there, it has tasted like the cleaning chemicals they use.

Do NOT go! Unless you have lots of time The lines to pay are endless, slowest cashiers ever... And no fast or less than 10bitems lane. They had a special of maybe 2 avocados for a dollar, not worth the trip, very small and bad avacodos... Some specials but other things a bit pricey.

It has everything you need. The groceries are in good condition most of the time.

So apparently they require you to grab a cart to shop here even if you are grabbing something very small. I grabbed a case of water, my husband was carrying it, and as we were at the register about to pay a lady at the front said we couldn’t purchase our case of water unless we have a cart. She did tell us this as we walked in but I’m not too fluent in Spanish so I didn’t understand her at the time. I explained to them that I was uncomfortable grabbing a cart due to this pandemic but I was given a cart that wasn’t wiped down anyways. COVID is spreading faster than before. I feel like MAKING people grab carts when it is not needed helps spread this virus. Won’t be coming here ever again.

Love their products, their prices, but absolutely dislike their check out lines. Its like going to the DMV, they are soooo slow on top of that they still check for an id if you pay with credit card, agh! I would do all my shopping here if check out wasnt so painful they do have the best Mexican products which keep me coming until I can find an alternative

This is the only place I go shopping for weekly meals... But, please do watch when you ask for meat that they give you the right meat label....I asked for two packs of 2lbs of the same meat and was given the same meat on both packages but with a higher price and this meat label I was charged 3.99 per lb. I was already home when I noticed it...😡

Its hit or miss with this super market. Sometimes the fruit is on point and other times you find it on the verge of being thrown away. The meat is so so I rather drive the extra mile to Petes or cermak for a more quality cut. The employees are very helpful though.

I always had a good experience but today I’m really disappointed there’s a cashier name Anel that I just told her to check the price and she got mad and almost throwing my groceries and rolling her eyes if she doesn’t like her job why be on front as a cashier with the costumers never again I’m coming to this place !!

This is the South Side Whole Foods and don’t missunderstand I’m not talking about the quality... this location prices are ridiculous expensive for the area. The personnel is rude, the store stinks and none of them are wearing a mask. I’m surprised that they still in business.

I only go here to buy produce thats a bit less expensive than other places. But they are a rip off in other things that other places like big chain stores sell cheaper. I get maybe for some people this might b the closest grocery store and with more reason not overcharged for items that are also not even brand names

This place is very unsanitary. I went shopping there and I saw one of the workers poking the jello packages with a toothpick to get the air out of the package to be able to stock more on the shelves. But what made it worse was after poking each of the jello packages he would put the toothpick in his mouth and then grab another bunch of packages to do the same thing. Me and my wife were disgusted that this was even happening let alone right in front of the customers without a care in the world. Another instance that I noticed while making a run for a gallon of milk was passing by the vegetables there was a bundle of parsley on the CD floor with peoplenrollingnright by it and the worker literally just picked it up and put it back on the shelf with the rest of the parsle . Not a store I would recommend especially with the whole Covid 19 crisis happenin . They might look like they are being protective but I highly doubt i .

I lasted 10 mins shopping and 45 getting out. Are the cashiers here are trying to challenge each other to see who is the slowest at checking out??? Just go to literally any other supermarket if you need anything. Stuff is too expensive in here either way.

Its an alright store. The employees are something to be desired, but, hey, youre there to buy food, right? Their prices are above competitive, and, youre screwed if you dont speak Spanish. On the plus side, they have a pretty good produce selection and their butcher isle is always well stocked.

If I wanted to see a bunch of homeless people asking me for money I would just go to tent city on the other side of town. Too many solicitors, too many drunks and bums asking for money outside. Is it a supermarket, or a bazaar? Seriously, as a grocery store you guys need to have your establishment in a presentable order, otherwise your asking to get bought out by better management.

This store use to be better maintained then all the others in the Chicago area but lately the produce is not as fresh and the music is very loud and the meat department is developing a smell. I actually stopped shopping there a while back. The only good thing is that it is open late (12 midnight) for a quick grocery shopping.

The food quality is very low, if you need to make a cheap meal because you are on a budget this is Definitly the place to buy it. If you buy anything that is fresh use it within a day or it will spoil fast, this includes meat. Remember people, you get what you pay for!

Service can be a bit slow due to employees sometimes struggling with English, but I guess its understandable with it being a Mexican store after all. This place has been here since I was a kid and I come here often for the low prices. I once went to Jewel Osco for similar products and walked right out after seeing what they try to charge people.

This place is good if you are looking for specialsOn certain things.. but the produce is not fresh and sometimes you buy it and by the next day is already bad. The store has a bad smell. Their shopping carts are old and rusty .and noisy.... most of them.

If look for spanish groceries this the right place to get them.

I went to buy some meat and the meat looks like rotten lo ike greenish and purple and as soon step close to the meat department smells funny

Cashiers are slow as hell. You will be in line waiting longer then you were in the store shopping. Oh and You cant enter the store without a cart, even if its for one item.

Good Mexican supermarket. Large selection of products good service and fair prices.

Great selection of food items. Also carries Mexican goods. Prices are good to ok. Store is a bit run down and a bit messy. Friendly workers, got helped with a bulk order. Bathrooms need some renovating and clean up.

Meat selection is cheaper than what you will find a Jewel, along with produce. 18 cut eggs routinely under a dollar.Just buy the OJ and pop somewhere else.

This is walk in and out type of store, sure they have pretty much what you may need but seems like all of their stores have a stinchy smell. Not a fan! [Just Saying]

You can find everything for Spanish dishes

They always have fresh fruit and vegetables there. The lines go pretty fast they have about 5 regular checkout lanes and one quick lane if you have only a few items

It has its good days and its bad days. But in a pinch...its open late and is usually stocked pretty well.

So pricey. Not sure why. Its a bigger store, but it has the same prices as the little convenience stores in the area.

It is a Hispanic supermarket but its low quality. You get good deals and cheap prices but the fruit and veggies are rarely fresh unless its the peak of their season and meat just isnt desireable i would recommend Cermak Produce over this place any day. Prices are basically the same bur Cermak has better quality and more variety.

It’s Mexican supermarket so if you need Spanish products then come otherwise I recommend Jewels half a mile from this location better quality food there than this place.

This supermarket is very affordable and carries most items you might need. It needs a bit a beautification but it’s still worth going
