Although I was previously unimpressed with this operation, theyve demonstrated terrific customer service since my initial interactions and Id definitely recommend them for pregnancy and baby related rentals. I will still caution that they may not be in-network for some of that stuff, even if the hospital is, so be sure to get that straight if youre intending to use your insurance. I was assured initially that they were in-network for BCBS, but not so. In all, great staff.

Beautiful gift shop! Exemplar customer service! They also rent hospital grade breast pumps two kids day. One is called Medela for 85.00 per month and the other is called Ameda I forgot the name for 95.00 per month. I recommend Ameda simply because Prentice hospital gives you the kit if you breastfeed while staying there. Take the kit with you for the Ameda the exact same pump the hospital lets you pump with is the same pump that Zen and Now gift shop rents out.Therefore it will save you 50.00 bucks if you bring the kit it with you when you are discharged. They also sell Teddy Bears, Baby Clothing, Womens Costume Jewelry, a little fine jewelry, mens gifts, as well as soda, chips, and candy.Forgot to mention travel size toiletries and balloons as well.Most employees are friendly and nice. There is one older senior citizen lady that works there and she stares a lot and watches people like they are common thieves.

There is a lot of selection here. Great customer service.
