Love kitchen supplies need I say more. Very nicely spread out. Cute displays and an array of cookware.

This is your standard Williams-Sonoma Store. The store associates were inviting and very helpful, especially Janice. She helped me find the best products and made me excited to use each product I bought. I cannot wait to visit here when I need to find a new addition to my kitchen!

We went here because they had advertised a free cooking class.It turned out to be a demonstration with about 50 other people standing around a small counter top and only the people right in front could see anything. There was a mirror that should have been tilted so that we all had a chance to see what was going on, but they never moved it, so it was useless. I was not about to stand around for an hour and a half so I walked around the store.The store itself is large with a very nice selection of just about anything you would need for a kitchen or dining area.They had some beautiful dishes for spring and Easter, any size pots and pans you could ever want, a large selection of Harry Potter themed merchandise and unique accessories to help make cooking and entertaining less stressful.Since we were lured there under false pretenses, and I personally find their prices to be higher than other stores, I would not shop here unless I was looking for something specific.On the plus side, they do have a parking lot, and parking is premium around here.

We had a great experience sampling the Thanksgiving 🦃 food and dessert🎂. We tried the 🍗 mashed potatoes, and stuffing, as well as the pumpkin bread 🍞 dessert!

Didnt have what I was looking for even though online said I could pick up in store. and the people that work there were rude. not to mention they had a dog in there... like one of the employees dogs... dogs and food items dont mix... and by all means Im a dog person but I dont want to have to step over your employees who are sitting playing and petting the dog but not asking customers if they need help...

From finding best recipes to cleaning up after the meal, theyve got the experience covered.

Always find great things at this store. Bought a great cookbook and fabulous placemats 🙂

Excellent selection as usual. Came here for last minute quality cooking gifts. Recommend their selection of professional grade knives.

Not great service in store. None of the sales people made themselves available to help. Will continue to but williams Sonoma, but not at the fremont store.

Some lovely associates (Mary (prior), Janis, Becky) but the manager (Joe) is making clear that customer service is not a priority.After three years buying at the store location because of a great atmosphere, Ill be switching to online or Crate/Barrel across the street.He was rude and treated me like a previous reviewer: I was the recipient of a book-by-its-cover judgement. (But I dont think Joe would look any more appropriate after cancer, surgery etc!)Left a v bad taste...

Attended an event here for the opening of another Williams-Sonoma in a great spot near Whole Foods, Peeled, and other retail stores.Very clean, friendly staff and offers free cooking classes! They teach on basic use of knives to gourmet food.I had bought pumpkin butter and pumpkin spice bread package which is cheaper to buy both instead of individual items. Also, recommend the fresh delicious pumpkin pasta sauce as it is fall time. They have a nice selections of hot sauces and other type of sauces.I will be looking forward to taking some classes here.

Very clean and organized! I love how they have frequent events in the store. My first time was for a book signing with Tiffany theissen. Everything went so smooth and the wait time was short.

They were so helpful! Helped me to buy something that was out of stock without charging me for shipping. Great people, great products, and great atmosphere. They were cooking some amazing food when we arrived. Slightly pricy, but worth it.

It was nice. They had sale for the new year. Did not purchase anything, just wanted to look. It carries a little bit of everything for your home.

Horrible!!!! sent my brother gift certificate to his correct email address and 1st got email from WS that it had been delivered but not opened & they also said they would notify me when opened. Weeks later asked my brother if he got gift certificate & he said NO! I went back to original email from WS and now it said needs to be resent ... but then the link to resend was disconnected!!!!!!!! so I called and WS said I had to leave a message w/order # and someone would call back ... still waiting hours later for that call back!!! called WS again asked to speak to supervisor ... put on hold for about 1 hour then told no supervisor available!!!!! worst company ever dealt with !~!!

The store has high end items that are for your home. Sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Theres no pushiness, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere here.

One of the best William Sonoma stores you can visit. Excellent selection and even better staff. We also used them for our registry and they were able to help us pick out the perfect items for our kitchen.

This place is great. It is a newer location so it doesnt get as crowded. I really like shopping here, they have a really helpful staff and were a breeze to work with. Also they have great cooking classes!

David was a huge help, and turned an unfortunate event into a positive experience.

Ive always really liked Williams-Sonoma for some of their high quality products like potholders etc. And the selection of bundt and other baking pans. Some of the best exclusive products and their seasonal sections are nice. I miss the Michigan Avenue store- although this one is very nice. And conveniently has a parking lot. I find that over the years there are not as many great deals on products, although I have found some great deals here in the past. The selection can be hit or miss. I did get my favorite pan ever from this store- the All Clad Thomas Keller Rondeau. Its worth every cent.

I LOVE this place-Im a freaking FOODIE!

I have been here twice with my boyfriend, and both times have been near closing hours on a Friday (in our defense, we are new to the area and didn’t realize the closing hours). I have worked in retail before, and I can always tell how anxious some sales associates can be to rush customers out around closing time, but we have not run into that problem here. We always have a good experience, and when we left we were shocked to find out they were actually closing for the night (both times haha). That says a lot about them and their attention to customer service. Overall, from what I have seen the staff is pretty friendly and not abrasive like some of the other reviewers claim. In particular, there is a woman that works there named Melissa who is very sweet and helpful. Both times we bought more than we planned on spending too! (Oops)

Great products, unknowlegable staff and WS policies are non-competitive. Had issues from start to finish with my bridal registry working out of this store from linking scanned items in the store with our registry ID, making exchanges or returns of registry items for store credit, obtaining the 10% completion discount after the Wedding, and getting help from the store ordering items available online only for store pick up. Getting these tasks done was like pulling teeth. Very disappointed with the policies and lack of customer service given how expensive the products are.

They have the absolute worst customer service ever. Cant change an order, cant see an order or anything for 24 hours. Their customer service is 100% handicapped from doing anything and takes an hour to even ask about a specific delivery estimate. Legitimately appalled by how bad their system seems to be. Will never order from them again.

One of the worst companies that ever existed. They apparently return your items purchased online without you being aware and then say itll take up to 10 business days to go back to your account while you are OUT of the item. Do not go there. Its a disaster.

Why on earth did I find out about this location. I may just return back to suburban life just to have a big kitchen again so that I can fill it up with goodies from here.

We did a tapas cooking class here for a bachelorette party and it was tons of fun! A little pricey for the class, but definitely an experience you wont forget!
