I love my mirror closet doors, Enrique and Adolfo, my installers were, professional, fast and made my house look beautiful, with my new mirror doors.

8/13/2021, Enrique & Tom came to my house to install a shower door. They did a great job. I will recommend Creative Mirror Design for any glass and mirrors job. I’ m very happy with their installation and professionalism.

Brian & Enrique arrived on time and quickly did the installation.Dean Harris, who I have worked with many times in the past, did a great job selecting the best system for my shower, a side hinge door + fixed sidelight.I highly recommend Creative Mirror & Shower.

Warren and Kyle were very professional, timely and clean. We were happy to have them work in our home. When they left it was as if no one had worked here. All materials, debris and tools were removed efficiently and quietly. We give them five stars.

This is a first rate business. Matt was efficient as well as very nice to work with. Communication was perfect. Tom and Enrique were the installers - terrific. I don’t know if they have other teams, but if so ask for these two. LOVE the new shower door. Tom pointed out that there is a small gap (1/4th inch?) on one side - possibly a measurement error or maybe design issue - but I highly doubt that’s going to be a problem.

Very happy with the product (bifold mirrored closet doors), and Warren and Tommy did a great job on the installation. Friendly guys, and they took great care to make sure the job was done right. The doors look terrific, and the whole experience was very positive.

He took accurate measurements, made helpful suggestions and responded to all of my emails. Brian and Lukas did the installation today and they were polite, efficient and did a fantastic job. I am updating my previous review which detailed my concerns with their lack of communication and the water streaks on my shower doors. The owner just called me to apologize and to explain how their coating is to prevent mineral buildup, and not everyday streaks. He offered to personally deliver a free glass cleaning kit. Overall, I feel better about their service. The poor communication was likely an anomaly as he explained they were short staffed due to covid. But I would advise that you get clarity on their glass coating before purchase.

Brian and Kyle were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was an easy experience, and the shower door looks great. I plan on using Creative for our next shower door.

Brian and Lucas installers were totally great. There were in and out in about an hour. They informed me about the doors and functionalities as well. Truly satisfied with service.

Kyle and Jesus installed our Great New Shower Door and did a Spectacular Job. These 2 guys arrived at our house at the time they said. When they arrived they were wearing their masks and were ready to do the installation. They said it would take approximately 2 hours and they were right on.Our New Shower Door looks Fantastic with the new Tile and Base we just had installed. The Door is like Jewelry with our new tile.When they completed the install Kyler shared some cleaning and maintenance tips. He also suggested we purchase a CMS Kit which has specific cleaners, microfiber towels and a recommended sgueegee.All in all we had a very good experience doing business with Creative Mirror & Shower and would most definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Great selection and service!

I hired Creative Mirror & Showers to install closet doors. We created a closet where there wasnt one. In addition to custom making floor to ceiling doors, 9 feet tall, we had to enclosed one side of the new closet. We chose painted glass which I really like. The installation is absolutely impeccable and perfect; love the product . So easy to open ! I give the door a gentle push with one finger and they roll in complete silence. Truly, no noise. Along the way we had a couple of hiccups but they were addressed immediately and the result is a beautiful closet. Very please !!!!

Thomas and Enrique quickly installed a closet mirror door in a space that was uneven and would have been an obstacle for less experienced installers. They did a flawless job and left no mess. They even disposed of the previous door that this door replaced. Very happy with their work and my new mirror door.

I completely remodeled my master bathroom with the need to make it completly handicap accessible.After removing a corner soaking tub we designed a corner zero threshold walk in shower and had Creative Mirror and Shower install the glass and custom width glass shower door.They were totally professional from the on site salesperson, the superintendent that completed the site survey to both of their installers.Very aware of the attention to detail that I demanded and we closed the sale by adding mirror appliques to a large full with plain bathroom mirror.We did the same mirror work in the second bathroom.I highly recommend Creative Mirror and Shower; wait till you see their Addison showroom! I have often found you will get maybe 1 or 2 people that will go out of their way to make sure you have a great customer experience....not the case @ Creative Mirror & Shower. The ENTIRE team was on the same page in providing a superior customer service experience; Karen, Tony, Carolyn, Loren & Corey (I think I am forgetting the man that took the second measurement, sorry). Everyone involved was professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Loren & Corey were on time, did an AMAZING INSTALLATION from start to finish to make my bathroom look new again!!!!!Would highly recommend this store and would suggest, if possible, to request these awesome installers. It will be 48 hours later today since my install and I cant wait to shower. Kudos to all of you for updating the room. I am so thrilled how this turned out 🤗

Very nice showroom and doors

I have been completely impressed with a recent experience with this company. In April, 2014 they supplied and installed new shower doors for my bathroom. Seventeen months later one of the doors suddenly shattered without apparent cause. Although the warranty lasted only 12 months, the company never hesitated to provide a replacement without charge, and did so in a very friendly and helpful basis. When they arrived with the replacement, the installation man noticed a problem with the tile base on which the doors sat. This required a second visit from Creative Mirror to remove the remaining door and hardware to allow for the repairs to be made. This second trip was also done without charge even though I had offered to pay. This was a thoroughly excellent experience.
