This is the most incredible luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had. I live in NYC and you would expect we have the world class service there. I was in the Downtown boutique selecting straps for a watch when Stan(owner)offered to have my wedding ring cleaned. Upon further inspection, he noticed the it didnt fit as snug as it should. Honestly probably my best experience in a watch store ever (and I’ve been to many). I was working with Elina, and she had the trifecta: deep and broad knowledge, excellent listener, and relationship minded (versus short-term/transactional oriented). Although I didn’t buy the watch on the spot, I certainly will, and it will be from Razny.In other stores, I sometimes feel like I know as much (or more) than the sales person, like they think they know my wants/likes better than me, and that they are only interested in making a sale that day. Exact opposite here, and that’s exactly what won me over.

Had a blast visiting Razny’s last weekend. I came in looking for some earrings and Kristy was incredibly helpful. The second floor jewelry selection is lovely, and Kristy’s smile is even lovelier ! One thing I found incredibly neat was that she texted me some links to pieces that I was looking for, so I can browse at my convenience and let her know what I’d like to order 👍🏼😊 Would give six stars if possible!

I purchased two time pieces from Ranzy both were Rolex submariners(one black and one green). They’re perfect, Kristy Wu helped me and she’s very professional answered all my questions regarding my time pieces. Kristy Wu also showed me around the jewelry section, and talked about the history of the brands which I thought is very unique. I would highly recommend to chose Kristy Wu as the one to help you with your dream time piece.

I went in a few months ago looking for a particular Rolex - alas, there appears to be a substantial shortage across the board and my particular preference wasnt available. The Razny associate, Elina, must have noticed my disappointment and took the time to hear about my particular stylistic choices so she could keep an eye out for other good fits.Happy to say she was able to find me another watch that I have come to enjoy immensely.

While visiting Chicago, I was able to get away for a visit to Razny Jewelers. I was greeted by Julio right away with a smile, and treated as a long time client instead of just a tourist. Julio never seemed rushed, and took plenty of time to explain Rolex’s way of doing business as well as showing me some pre-owned watches when I asked. I’ve visited many Rolex AD’s, and have bought more than a few Rolex watches over the years, and don’t know if I’ve ever been treated better. If you’re looking for a local Rolex or Patek AD, or even a tourist looking for your new watch place to visit, look no further than Razny Jewelers and Julio Rodriguez. You’ll be glad you did.
