Had a great experience finding the diamond I wanted and then found the perfect band. Didnt feel overwhelmed in a large jewelry store with lots of LED lights. They really heard what I was saying as far as what I was going for and didnt push me in a direction just to make a quick sale. They also Didnt nickel and dime me one bit to get the right size after the matter, installed little gold stubs to keep the ring from spinning at no cost after the ring re-sizing, and was extremely helpful to get the ring completed expeditiously every time.

Michael was friendly, helpful, creative and easy to talk to. Nikki was also great throughout the process. They didn’t try to up-sell me, just took my requests and made the perfect engagement ring. Highly recommend and I am so happy to have “my jeweler” in the city!
