Amazon canceled my order. So frantically I had to find a good T-shirt store to customize my boys birthday shirts last minute! It was totally worth it & reasonable. I just picked the shirts up today! My boys & everyone else loves the detail. We’ll be shopping with you guys again. Great 10 & 8 years old birthday shirts.

Awesome service! I only ordered 1 customized shirt but I treated as if I had ordered more. I got my order fast. My first visit was post pandemic and am hoping that that is why the shirt selection was limited. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I really enjoyed working with this company, but it seems like the customer service for the last thing I wanted done was just a miss. When you walk in to the shop, it seemed like the only person greeting you were the girls at the front desk- everyone else just sat there without saying anything. I also tried asking a couple times about an order and just didn’t get a response back. I liked the quality of work, but moving forward I think I’ll be giving my business elsewhere.

Just picked up my shirts today for my 21st birthday trip in glitter and I am OBSESSED with them ❣ we custom made the shirts based off some samples I found online and they turned out 10x better than anything I couldve ordered online❣ and they were really well priced ❣ 21/10 would recommend 😉🥳Will defines add a picture once we take our trip!

The place doesnt do bad work. However Ive never seen employees treated with such disrespect. The owner, big guy, bald head, bit overweight. Acts like his employees are beneath him. Ive overheard him make lewd comments, and treat them like they are good for nothing. They help run the store and make sales. You wont get far treating people like trash. I dont care how decent the work is. Ill take my business else where knowing how he treats others...

Good place and polite people

The workers there are extremely helpful and nice but the owner has a really bad attitude and surrounded by negativity. He is the overweight guy who throws his attitude around the room as if it is a frisbee. He treats all the Caucasian and Hispanic customers with kindness and majority of African Americans with anger and disrespect. They do quality work but there is no reason that when people are spending hundreds of dollars that you have a attitude or be rude to them. I usually don’t do reviews but this is about the 12th time I’ve been to the place and had enough of the disrespect. If there is somewhere else to go and spend your money please do it’s not worth the headache.

If I could give a negative star I would. The establishment in itself is not terrible but the manager has a TERRIBLE attitude, bad customer service and does not know how to talk to people. He not only mistreats his customers but he mistreats his employees as well. 10/10 would not recommend. If there is another t-shirt store in your area i would suggest that is where you go because this place is bad for business.

Its a nice cozy store with great costumer service. My friends and me were unsure on what kind of design to get for our next concert t-shirts so they show us different designs and gave us ideas. They were patience with us and very helpful until we were able to decide on the design.

They usually have what I need but the owner/manager whoever he is has the WORST attitude and customer service if you have questions... I’ve tried several times just thinking it was a bad day but today hanging up on my son in mid sentence was the last straw. No patience whatsoever. So if you’re new to making your own stuff just go someplace else.

I have came to this establishment on three different occasions and the fat mexican man is very rude and disrespectful, he treats his customers as if they need him. I will never do business here again

The owner is very nice and does awesome work in a very fast time I will be coming back here everytime I need Some work done.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We purchased some materials through here, and when we went to use the material, it was completely unusable. I went to return it, and he claimed I had melted it. I melted yards of material on purpose apparently. This is a dishonest company. If it works perfectly the first time for you, great. But don’t expect him to actually back his product if something goes wrong. Don’t go here.

We called a day before to see if they were going to be open and they said yes, they were going to be open from 12-4. We got there around 12:30 and we still waited for another hour. They were not open and were not answering the phone.
