My daughter is new to Bridge Middle School this year. The quality of school uniform shirts and sweatshirts are phenomenal. They wash well and haven’t shown signs of wear to the school logo/ decal. The guys were very pleasant to deal with. I will be customizing shirts with them soon. I recommend this shop if you’re looking to have high quality, one of a kind gear.

A week before the Des Plaines Fourth of July Parade, my team and I were invited to take part in it. Although we were representing the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce, we were allowed to wear Rizzo Young Marketing shirts. The only issue is that we had never taken the time to have them created.Enter Trendy Topics.My sister put me in touch with them and within 24 hours we had a completed mock-up of what our shirts would look like. Less than a week after that, our shirts were ready to be picked up.From beginning to end, I was completely astonished by the customer service shown by the Trendy Topics team. Callef to ask for a 3xl hoodie blank. That i needed for a project. Lady told me it was 18 dollars plus tax. Showed up to the place only to be told that it was 25 plus tax.. i bought the hoodie cause i really needed but will definitely will not be coming back. Prices are really high also 30 dollars for 2 custom shirts .. seems alittle to over priced.

Great customer service and very quick turn around! I walked in at 1030am on my way to a parade and wanted matching T-Shirts. Trendy Topics designed and printed my T-Shirts by 11:15am. I made the parade and had shirts for the crew!! They were so accommodating and worked really hard to work with my time frame. WIL be back !!

I usually go to this place in the Harlem irving plaza, this year we decided to get my son+daughters t shirts for birthday at this place. First all we didnt get the design we wanted, and the day before the party they closed earlier than work hours. Did not receive a call before closing. Therefore my son and daughter did not have their shirts on their big day. So disappointing. Go somewhere else these people need to get it together, I wish I could give them 0 stars. Quality of the shirts is dirt cheap, literally sticker peeling off shirt. Dont make the mistake I did, look elsewhere!

This store has a terrible customer service!!! I went there a couple of times and will not go NEVER AGAIN. They did a few t-shirts for me. I paid over $30 per one. When I picked them up the quality was terrible, colar was super stretched and material auful. Also the Medium size was like extra Large. A men who works there was mean and rough to me even when I was with little baby. He screamed on me and gave me big attitude that he can not fix the t-shirt. I regret I went there and throw the money into the trash....They are many different places which will appreciate the peoples bussines not them!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Best shol to get customized shirts. I have had gone there a few times. Evertime they had given me excellent service, everything to designing my shirts and gettong them ready in short time. I truly recommend it to anyone.
