They are simply amazing! Mr.Otis was very nice, patient and most of thorough when it came to picking out everything that was needed to achieve the look I had in mind. Most of all, I really appreciated how he was able to work with me so I can have my jacket at a certain time!

I brought in 2 shirts and the company logo. I asked for a rush service and they fulfilled it perfectly and on time. My shirts look INCREDIBLE!! I expected a good job based on the reviews, but these guys went above and beyond! Ill definitely be back

This business was used by the Lindblom Eagles Nest Fest committee to print customized gear, including t-shirts... ink pens... and key chains, and they did an OUTSTANDING job. The t-shirt designs and embroidery work was beautifully done and the company is extremely professional in the way they do business. I wish them continued success, and am exited to wear and use the items I received.

Only 4 stars because I had to be the one to call to check on my order, even though i was told I was getting a proof emailed to me prior to pick up but the day of my pick-up I had to call to verify if I was getting a proof and if my order was ready. Also, one patch was suppose to be smaller than the others as it was on an infant item, and it was the same size as the adult items which made it take up a lot of space of the infant item and pretty sore to look at because of how unsymmetrical it is. I’m restricted on time so just took it, paid my other half and left. Very sweet people there and good customer service but you will have to be the one that is pro-active in my experience.

Great service and products! Essential Creations designed my line jacket, and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend all Greeks checking out their products. The owners and workers were professional, polite, and on time.

Im like the other customer. I would LOVE to take the star back myself. The entire process was a nightmare all due to non-effective communication. The owner failed to comply with an agreed date and advising that she was out of town. This made my pregnancy reveal the hardest to accommodate on such short notice. When they did attempt to design the shirt...the layout was terrible. It looked rush and of very poor quality and creativity. Keep in mind Ive done business twice before with minor concerns and still continued business. I would NEVER spend my money with this establishment again. Sad because I love supporting private businesses especially our own.

I paid $16 upfront for my dogs name to be printed on both sides of her vest. It took almost 3 weeks, 3 store visits, 2 failed promises, 1 correction, and 1 reminder (when I didnt hear back) before the item was dropped off at my home.

My work company recommended your company just for you guys to lose my uniform. What was suppose to be a 1 week job turned into a 2 week job.

The Windy City Seals Scuba diving Club has been a customer of Esential Creations for many years. They have created all of our club paraphernalia including hats T-shirts jackets etc. We find Sandtricia and her staff to be courteous efficient economical and very helpful. We will continue to use their services for many years to come.

First off Im trying to figure out why and how my husbands design and lokated logo is being featured on your website without his permission this is a copyright infringement, this has been his design and logo for over 5 years and it would be wonderful if you could pull his design off your website. Secondly, the experience with essential creations was horrible,the customer service was horrible and the lack of follow up and miscommunication is very bad business practice. My husband did not receive the product he ordered he ordered an all bone white varsity jacket that should have had bone white leather sleeves and bone white wool instead the wool portion of the jacket came back an eggshell almost beige color and on top of my husband not receiving what he paid for he was promised a due date of 4 to 6 weeks from when he ordered the jacket which was Oct the 24th. Well, the jacket came back much later than what was guaranteed and promised it actually came back Dec 15th to which no one called us to let us know the jacket finally arrived, we had to call them ourselves and were told oh yeah i forgot to call you. Sandy (the owner) never followed up to at least inform us that this jacket would be late. Not only was the jacket late, it was wrong in color, he also ordered chenille patches which when ordered was supposed to be very precise as far as the inches which were supposed to be 11inches instead we got an 8 inch logo. We expressed our dissatisfaction and were promised a refund by January 15th and to no avail have been getting the runarounds by Sandy. I have her on a recording promising my husband a refund and its also written by Sandy on the order form that a full refund is due and to date have not received a refund because she is at jury duty now, which Im trying to figure out what the hell this has to do with us receiving a refund. Im sure Sandy knew she had jury duty before she promised us she will refund the money back and to pick it up from her on January 15th. I am very appalled and displeased with the lack of good customer service, lack of communication and the lies and false promises. Another thing not only did we not receive a refund but they had the audacity to to have the jacket on display in the store with a for sale sign on it. Lol! Its so sad how black business owners plead to shop with black businesses so that our communities can flourish and we can begin to pour money back into our own communities instead of the Koreans,the Chinese, or white owned businesses but when you try to patronize black businesses this is the treatment you receive. It becomes very discouraging. Sadly, I would rather go to other businesses were I will get the product and services Im promised instead of ghetto customer service or therefore lack of. This is why lots of black businesses in our communities tend to not thrive and fold because of arrogance, ignorance, the inability to not listen to customers and bad business practices and lack of integrity. I believe Hosea 4:6 said it best My people will perish due to lack of knowledge. And this is essential creations, they lack the inability to follow instructions and lack the knowledge as to how to communicate affectively and be honest. If you are considering doing business with this establishment, PLEASE RECONSIDER!
