I have ordered shirts through T-shirt deli a few times. It had been a couple of years since my last order but when I called recently they remembered me and still had my artwork and previous order details. They are super friendly, the t-shirts are soft and high quality, and hold up over the years. When I picked up my recent order that had it ready quickly and put it in a super cute tote bag with the artwork on it as well!

Do yourself a favor and only order from this place a design T-shirt. The quality of the images and the shirt itself are very very good. It comes in a bag that looks like you purchased a sandwich from a deli and inside there is a bag of chips. 5 stars for the creativity and for the great customer service. Also, there website is very very friendly use.

My boss needed shirts done in a time crunch and this place delivered no questions asked - everyone who works there is a sweetheart & so professional. dont look anywhere else xo

Some of the coolest concepts in Chicago. The staff are well trained and go the extra mile to make sure your gear comes out perfectly. Seriously. Go up your gear. I’m wearing a t shirt they made right now. They do individual shirt vinyl cut out printing, which makes a super fine product and is very much worth the price. Even for a single event, you will wear your shirt again, and not want to bin it.

I only stopped in on a whim while passing by, but ended up getting the mystery meat. So much fun unwrapping a random tshirt!

Like the idea of this place and their website which is really comprehensive and cute—but what turned me away were the high prices. I was surprised and disappointed they didn’t offer any kind of discount for new customers.I teach special ed and was looking to design a few t-shirts for my colleagues in my department, but even if I brought in my own clothing they still charge a $9 fee to use that. This doesn’t include charges for front and back designs which I think would cost around $33 per shirt. Or $32 for one of their items plus $12 for a back design ($44 each tee).I can’t afford to pay $132.00 for three shirts—not including tax. That’s outrageous in my opinion. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to going here. Luckily I’ve found more cost effective T-shirt design stores for my needs.

What can I say? The T-Shirt Deli is awesome! I have had 2 totes done in the past couple of weeks and both turned out beautifully. With the second one, I brought my own tote to be customized and it turned out even better than expected. They really try to make your vision a reality. The recipient of the gift was beyond impressed and couldn’t stop smiling!

Got a shirt made with a photo of me & my bestie on it and the t-shirt deli staff member that assisted us was extremely helpful and nice! I was unsure of how I should design the shirt and she had the great idea to put the photo in the shape of a heart. I was super pleased with how it came out and they even gave me a bag of potato chips with each shirt! Super cute!

I love shopping at this place! It’s my go to for gifts. And the gifts are always a huge hit with the wrapping and Jays Chips! The one bad thing about it is that it’s addictive as heck. I come in for a gift for a friend and end up getting something for myself too. The employees are super friendly at both locations. You can really tell they enjoy what they do.

Great customer service, great T-shirts, fast printing, many designs, deals and the shop is so cute, cool and very creative. I always come here for my kids customized birthday shirts. They always have Awesome service. I love how the shirt can be done same day. ❤️

They ALWAYS deliver top quality, custom t-shirts and FAST! Most recently, I came in needing a very specific custom design on a shirt and they nailed it -- and within 2 hours! I couldnt be happier with the finished product. The adorable deli style wrapping is the icing on the cake. :)

These guys are pros! We were looking to make t’s for a family pizza crawl and had a general idea of what we wanted. They ideated with us, helped with the design, and turned the concept into an awesome soccer jersey/pizza crawl uniform!In addition - they went above and beyond when we needed an extra shirt mid-crawl! I went into this store mistakenly thinking they offered a t-shirt making service they didnt. While they couldnt help me, Im glad I stopped into this store because they were very helpful and I learned I can use them for another project. The lady who answered my questions was very helpful even though I didnt know the correct terminology and couldnt explain myself the best.Even if its just to gawk at the exceptionally merchandised store go visit The T-Shirt Deli. Ill be back to order some custom t-shirts for a nieces birthday party.

It was fun coming up with the perfect ideas, but thanks to the staff it was easy! My son had fun designing his t-shirt as well.

They were extremely helpful to us out of town guests...We had a larger project for our rowing team and the exceeded all expectations with some custom designed swag.

Gotta love custom made t-shirts! A great location (bucktown or andersonville) and great staff at both locations. Get a custom shirt based on a design already out there or make your own! The t shirt designers will help you fill any quantity. and always with a smile!

Was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I do not know where to even begin. I called this morning at about 12pm in a frantic mess asking if two hooded sweatshirts could be made, TODAY, with the power point I turned into a jpeg. Call me last minute Lassie, for sure, as I needed the shirts by Wednesday as I am planning on taking them on a cruise to the Bahamas on Thursday morning! Needless to say I was last minute, knowledgeable, and frazzled. Luckily an internet search brought me to The T Shirt Deli and if I wasnt really hungry for a custom t-shirt then, I am now!!!!! Lauren answered my questions over the phone and when I asked if I could email her my art to see if it would print, Lauren responded almost immediately to inform me that I was good to go! So I ran to Walmart, grabbed some hoodies and long sleeve tees and headed to Bucktown...from Villa Park. When I arrived Lauren was there and helped me through the whole process. Showing me an example of of what work would look like on blue, I hear the dreaded color of heat transfer :), Lauren put my mind at ease and even told me that I could hang for a bit and should would get all 4 shirts done for me. And that is exactly what she did. She helped me out greatly--Answered my silly questions, engaged with friendly chatter with me, and most of all got my shirts done quickly and perfectly!!! I remember I asked when I first arrived if she was Lauren and she confirmed and then I asked if this was her shop and she replied with a no I wish it was, and got right to helping me. Well, although she may not be the owner or maybe not even a manager; if she is I may have missed that or misunderstood, Lauren is a true asset to The Deli and could quite possibly be the reason I will make the 40 minute trek back to Bucktown in the near future to make more shirts! Ninel, as I am told you are the head cheese there, no pun intended, I thank you for hiring a real gem and hope that you pass this word on to Lauren. And Lauren, thank yo so so so much for all the help and putting up with me today. I brought my sister the shirts tonight in a box of Jimmy John sandwiches and she thought at first it was actually a sandwich!!! Silly chubby kids we are!! :) She was so excited I made custom shirts for our trip it brought her to tears! Thank you so much for everything and I will defiantly send pictures of us in our hoodies for the book of fame! I attached the pictures of the shirts Lauren made today. Ninel, if there is another site or anything you want me to post a positive comment on, please do not hesitate to let me know. I will gladly do such. And if you plan on ever opening a deli in the suburbs and need a store manager, I would probably consider my career as a Probation Officer to run your deli!
