My Shirt Came Out Pretty Decent. They Had Me Highly Upset Due To The Fact That They Did Not Have My Shirt Ready At The Exact Time N Date They Told Me To Come Back For It At. I Literally Had To Wait A Whole Extra TWO HOURS Just For Them To Finish. I Was Not The Only One With This Problem Either There Was Such A Long Line Of Upset People. They Were Also Pricey. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE If They Don’t Want To Get Played With.UPDATE: I GOT A REFUND THE NEXT DAY ! The Pics On My Shirt Weren’t Done Correctly It Was Starting To Peel!

They are pretty good. Expect a long wait for ordering and picking up. My shirts werent ready on time, but luckily I already anticipated that happening. Good work though.

This place is don’t make no sense. They tell you your stuff would be ready on this date and time but then it’s not. My order was suppose to be ready at 430 and it wasn’t. As Im STILL WAITING on my stuff. This lady come in and her stuff was suppose to be ready the day before and it wasn’t. Mind you it was a R.I.P item. They didn’t try to give her her money back or anything. They act like it was her fault why her stuff wasn’t ready. This is a dangerous game they playing with people especially those who lost someone smh. I would never come here again.

My shirt wasn’t ready at the exact time and date of pick up. They rushed my shirt I wore for less than a hour the very next day and the picture on the back of my shirt RIPPED ! I’m not satisfied with this place .

Took almost 3 weeks for me to receive my shirt. It was ordered for a party which had come and gone. Once I realized how delayed it was, I emailed twice to cancel before it shipped and no one ever returned the email. Quality of the shirt is fine and it feels soft- just wouldn’t suggest it if you need it within a few weeks

This place is THE WORST!!! I placed an order 4 days ago that was scheduled for pickup yesterday. Knowing that you are likely to wait HOURS on the day of pickup, I decided to come a day later and be there when it opened at 10:00. At 10:00, there was no one there to open the store. I waited, asked about the opening time and got nothing except, theyre on their way. After 11:00, they opened and I STILL had to wait! They couldnt find the shirt, because they have no organization or system in place,b so dude was just randomly looking they bags for my order 😳😡... Needless to say, its now 12:00 and my event is an hour away and begins shortly. They are overpriced and inefficient!! NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the headache!! HORRIBLE!!!

Completely disappointed with the service I recieved, instead of turning business away because they are too busy..they will cram you in and mess up your order, I waited an extra 40 minutes pass my pick up.time just to find out my order was wrong! had to wait until they corrected it which put.me beyond late to my event! I have been going to the basement since I was in 8th grade with my mom, I am 25 and I will not be returning back

Had to give one star to make mY comment The new employees are horrible. My family has been coming here for a while and never had a problem. I came yesterday spent two hours trying to just order my shirt since the guy attending me talked more than doing his job. I left with the shirts suppose to be ready at 630 pm yesterday. I go today at 1230 just in time to go to the funeral which is in northwest suburbs to my shirts just having a picture and no air brush. I ordered 5 shirts two which were specifically mine werent done. They tried to get me to change to vinyl though I paid for airbrush. The owner then tells ne that the man will be there by 130 so I waited the 45 min and he never showed. New estimated arrival time is an hour. Already missed the viewing and now missing the burial. My husband come back an hour later to just get the shirts at least with the pictures and now they can airbrush though he called before getting them and Antoine told him the airbrush man was not gonna be there. So now he waited 30 more minutes paid full price for something they were late on and messed up. Obviously to make ne happy but they were not sorry they couldnt give a discount nothing. Its so sad. I will never come back.

I went ahead of time, a day before to return the following day for pick up. The whole thing that I wanted was totally the opposite of what I wanted done. Keep in mind that this was suppose to be shirt done for a deceased family member which has alot of sentimental value to me and many others. I am soooo disappointed on the new employees and employers that they have now. And instead of making a new shirt all they did was paste more paint over it to re-do it. Looks nasty and all caked up of paint. I wont be going there again.
