Went here to order t-shirts for our new business. Skylar was really helpful in helping us narrow down which t-shirts (cut, material, color) we wanted and event helped design them herself. We just got our first order and its exactly what was promised- great material and the logo looks just like it did online. I would recommend going in person if you can so you can feel the materials but their online platform is easy to navigate as well!

Great store, everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Skylar to design some new gear for my studio and she was amazing, offering her expertise making the process extremely easy. Very communicative as a whole, response time is incredible when I had questions. If anything was delayed or needed to be changed due to stocking issues they are very accommodating and let you know the situation right away - I appreciate how upfront they are about their inventory. The products I ordered came timely and were all perfect, more than impressed with the quality and will continue to use them for other projects!

I had a really wonderful experience here a few years ago making a last minute artist shirt for my brother.I was trying to find them again for this Christmas, and cant believe there are no reviews! Well I, for one, HIGHLY recommend them. Usually they do bulk, but they are also able to do individual shirts, which is what I did. All I had to do was go online to their Design Lab, pick what type/color/size/fabric/etc I wanted for the shirt, upload the image I wanted to be on the shirt and place it where I wanted it to be on the shirt, and click submit. Then they did the rest. If there was anything they werent sure about for my preferences, they called quick to ask (like, how many inches down from the neckline do I want the image to be, etc).The turnaround was super fast, and they even shipped it for me! All the way from their store here in Chicago to NYC in time for my brothers birthday.

Note, not an actual retail location. I went in to ask some customization questions, and they had a vast selection of their available options. Very helpful associate, good to see physical proofs of their production quality.

So my experience with Custom Ink was wonderful and I left thankful & please my second go around. My first time being here I set appointments twice with the lovely & sweet member Claire. She was so helpful and fulfilled my wants/needs in making my logo Screen Print official to change the colors around when ever I wanted. I’ve been to multiple shops that couldn’t help & would say it’ll be difficult to do because of my logo. I ended up ordering 30shirts but I ordered sample shirts before ordering those and I was pleased but there were two minor mistakes. This when representative John R. came about and helped over the phone. Very helpful, understanding and fixed those problems. I just received my 30shirts today (a day before the actual delivery date...thank you) & I can say my mouth dropped because I was so happy and shocked how they turned out. Skylar was SO helpful when helping me create some custom t-shirts for Christmas gifts. When I inquired about how to create single shirts, with different prints, she quickly made a mock of my design vision. I wasn’t sure if my idea was going to translate well onto a t-shirt, but her mock up eased my mind. She laid out all the options of what was possible (type of shirt, font, colors). She definitely took the stress of my plate of getting my shirts printed and sent on time for the holidays.
