I made a purchase during covid, which they wouldnt allow me to try on in store, but Anthony stated i could return them if they didnt fit. My shirt was fine, but the pants didnt work. When i went to return them they acted as if i had stollen them, because i didnt have my receipt. I was wearing the shirt i bought thr same day, with the tags still on the over priced pants that he wouldnt allow me to return.

Decent clothes, but way over priced. Owner has disregarded ethics as well as partakes in illegal practices by filling up belvedere bottles with well vodka during a customer appreciation event. They pretend to care, but dont really. You could also find most of their clothes at Ross for less than half the price without pretentious staff that sell clothes for a living.

The clothes at CRAM are high priced but reasonable considering that it is all ultra high quality and well fitting. I’ve spent a lot of money here but I never regret it. Far beyond the good merch is the stellar service. Anthony is the reason I come back. He knows I don’t delight in all aspects of shopping but after a simple exchange “I need a summer wardrobe / I need clothes that make me look like a grad student” he brings me several articles that look great on me and are my exact size. Because of Anthony shopping is a breeze and I look great. For me Anthony is CRAM.

Clothing options are decent, but the main issue is their credit card machines. I purchased items on a Sunday and that night/following morning my debit card with compromised. I’m not saying they are in on the scam, but it’s fishy that my numbers were taken AFTER purchasing items from them.

I love this place. Staff are all professionally adorable and the clothes are ridiculously amazing. So if you want to look fab this is the place to go 🥳

My new favorite place to get shirts. I’m 6’4 and have always struggled with finding shirts long enough with normal-length sleeves. This place has an amazing selection of good quality, soft shirts with a wide variety of colors and designs. All with a perfect fit. Have already purchased 3 and will def buy more. The owners are hella nice too.

Danny was the greatest sales associate and the owner literally guessed my waist size. I can’t wait to come back here and buy everything the next time I’m in Chicago. I have a thin build and can never find tank tops and shorts that are form fitting - this store is the solution to that problem.

Always friendly staff with great, unique fashion and at reasonable prices. Glad theyre open, definitely a staple in the neighborhood thats always worth a pop in, you wont leave empty handed.

Bought a suit but could not get the right tailoring for a couple of tries. I went to outside tailors but ended up coming back to CRAM. In all, I visited the store about 5-6 times. Flat out, this place has the best employees Ive ever seen in retail. Service is unmatched and they really worked to get 5 stars. Anthony deserves a special mention for all his help and Marc is extremely pleasant.

I cant say enough good things about CRAM, the people that work there are so on point and they are really nice. the fashion there is so fashion forward and there is always something on sale there. If you like a good pair of underwear CRAM is the place to be, trust there clothes are worth buying they should really expand. We need more of you CRAM, stop the madness. Great place with huge selection of designers casual clothes. The staff was super friendly and happy to assist. definitely worth a visit when in Boystown.

I always receive excellent customer service on great quality, unique, more European style focused clothing; some of the jeans produced in the U.S. No charge to make alterations to shirts, pants, jeans. Boutique service, great seasonal parties and sales. This isnt part of the Gap group... if people want cheap, off the rack stuff they should go there, in my opinion. One of the best underwear and bathing suit collections in the city, all year. I could probably get my Penguin or Ben Sherman items for marginally less money online or from a big retailer, but that requires a heck of a lot more effort. The convenience, exceptional service, next day alterations, unique product mix, and the fact that I see CRAM generously supporting so many local organizations keeps me coming back. Its nice to see some of the money I spend going directly back in to local organizations I also support.

The service here is amazing and they do have some great sales! The underwear selection is great. The visual look of the store is very clean and merchandised well. Great bag selection and mens jewelry. The price point here is a little high, but understood because the brands are higher end and the quality of merchandise is good.Brands they carry: Original Penguin, RVCA, Nasty Pig, Shades of Grey, Hershel, Andrew Christian, Ben Sherman, G-Star, Pump, Pistol Pete, 2(X)IST, Hudson, 7 Diamonds and more.

Stopped in on a whim because it was a gay business and in the Boystown hood. If youre an adult or a male over a certain age or weight, dont expect everything there to fit you. You may need to search the racks to find things.That said, owner is really nice gentleman, and I found some things here I cant easily find back home, both in designers and styles.Yes, it is probably more pricey than other gay stores, so make your own choice(s) on what you want to buy. Id rather support a family store than another beige, latte, outdoor lyfestyle mall chain rag shop, personally.Suffice to say, this is a mens only shop...women could find something here, but not easily, so all you mos shop away.Glad I stopped in, and will do so again when Im in the area.

I called to make sure they would be open until 9pm on a Friday. They confirmed the hours. Showed up at 8:30 and they had their doors locked.

Always has what i need, last minute or just in general. The owner is very helpful and always shows me quality things i want.
