The sales associates are very friendly. In addition the minimalist design plus the industrial look really gives me a refreshing feeling. I like to linger at the store. The the large ceiling to floor window on one end of the building brought a lot of daylight in, which is helpful for me to see the true color of the clothing (very big plus for me).

It’s in such a beautiful space, really friendly sales associates, and constantly great clothing pieces. If you want the best shopping experience, Reese, Sophie, Anna and Jyoti will do you no wrong. These girls are marvelous and really get you great pieces!!

COS!!! My favorite store in general! Always unique, quality is good, sometimes too bold and simple and sometimes so creative in design and materials! I visit COS all the time and in different cities!But offline store COS in Chicago is not too good with assortment (in compare with the stores in other cities ) unfortunately...
