Please Read!Want to start off by saying that both Sam & Amanda know what theyre doing, theyre very professional, and care about their customers! So come to this place! A couple weeks back, I severely damaged my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Immediately found Xtreme Mobile and went there based off the reviews. Best decision made! Sam told me my phone was fixable. Expensive but fixable but based on the severity of the damage internally, the phone would not be as functional as before and recommend I went through Insurance BUT when I get my new phone, bring the damaged one back and we could swap the front glass just enough to transfer ALL my data over to the new phone. Finally got the new phone from insurance and took the damaged one to Sam. After swapping the damaged front glass with another one, Sam was right and the phone was still not functioning properly. He was able to find a donor the next day that was good enough to swap out the IC Chip. As soon as he did that, Amanda contacted me letting me know that the phone was ready for the transfer. Due to the amount of data I have in my phone, it had to stay over night since it wasnt going to be done on time which I had no problem with. Amanda called that next morning letting me know my phone was ready for pick up and as expected, my new phone had everything restored back in it and it was as if my phone was never damaged to begin with. All of this was done in time to return my damaged phone back to the insurance company. Huge thanks to Sam and Amanda for taking care of me and being very professional and respectful all within a timely manner. A few days ago, I took my brother here for a cracked screen repair for his iPhone X that wasn’t responding properly to touch. We went in and dropped off the phone and went next door to tamal place for some food. Before I even finished eating my tamales, the phone was fixed! (Approximately 20 minutes). Cost was $100 flat. Repair comes with a 30 day warranty (keep the receipt). Even put a screen protector on for free! So far my brother is pleased with the repair after struggling with the cracked screen for months. Will come here again for future repairs!Notes:Cash only - there’s an ATM in the store and in the gas station on the lot.Parking is tight and scarce on the lot but there’s some on the street - just beware of signs.Try some food at the tamal place next door while you wait.

I first found Xtreme Mobile on Groupon and went there to fix my iPhone screen because of the deal. The owner was very professional and efficient. I have been back there multiple times to fix additional phones and have not needed to use Groupon because they offer the same great deals there, in person. I recently purchased a new Galaxy a11 phone there for my aunt and the deal I got was unparalleled. On Thursday August 15th I called extreme mobile and told them my situation with my phone it was unable to come on because hit couldnt charge I took my phone to metro PCS they told me that my phone could not be fixed and then I had to buy a new phone but when I call Xtreme mobile and explain my situation to them they told me that they can fix my phone with no problem so I drove over to extreme mobile to show them my phone and the problem that I was having they said they could fix my phone for $45 I return my phone back the next day on Friday August 16th I left my phone with them they fix my phone I picked it up Monday August 19th they gave me excellent customer service I was so happy and appreciative because if they were not able to fix my phone I would have been out of almost $200 because MetroPCS just wanted me to buy a new phone they know that my phone could be fixed the MetroPCS sold me a charger which was too large for my phone and thats what messed it up thank you again extreme mobile for fixing my phone and giving excellent customer service I will recommend you to my friends and family thank you again five stars.

Bought a battery for my Note 4 which was a generic battery. Only to have my phone rebooting after it drop to 70 percent even after a full charge. Took it back they gave me another battery under current warranty only to tell me I couldnt bring the new one back if it had issues which it did. Cheap brand called Beltron the owner mentioned was a great battery. Still the newer one caused my phone to keep rebooting after its gets below 70percent power. Threw my original in and it works better. Just drains fast due to age. But dont buy Beltron batteries they are garbage!!! Loss of $22!!!!!!

I went in on new years eve and got my phone fixed, the lcd broke one month later and i went in on the day the warrenty expired but they were closed. i go in the next day and they said the damage (previously on my phone) didnt match up with the lcd being broken and did not fix it i would not reccomend going to this place ubreakifix is definitely better choice although a bit more pricey the warrenty is trippled and the eork they do is much better
