The guy at the store really took care of me. I wanted to be in and out of there as quickly as possible and I didn’t want to have to do anything. I just wanted to walk away with a new phone which was the mirror image of my old phone. The guy made it happen in about one hour and then included discussing various options with me and exploring different programs. He found me a good promotion and went through the change over process extremely fast. So far everything is working great.

I went in to get a new phone. The person managing the store was great and answered all my questions. Getting the phone was easy and simple. There was a small issue with my phone but the rep handled it very quickly. I would definitely go in again if I need help with my Verizon plan.

We recently switched our plan over from AT&T. The customer service at the branch was excellent in walking is through that process. The technicians were both knowledgeable and friendly. Ms. Collins Was the only person working she had 3 customers she acknowledge each customer to let us know that she would be with us shortly she use good judgment on getting the easy customers out first. She took care of us pretty much the same time. Very happy with the customer service. Ms. Collins is a value employee. When I got home I called the store. Once again very helpful.

The two people who work here, Trey and Jocelyn, have EXCELLENT customer service. I chose this rating because of this. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I usually HATE dealing with any thing customer service and Verizon but Ulyssa at the Madison st store in West Loop was the best experience I’ve ever had. Super helpful, fast and clearly knew her job. Usually you waste an hour to be told they can’t do whatever it is they just sold you. Not the case here, thanks Ulyssa!

They were very clear and helpful in telling me what I needed to do to make my trade in and upgrade work. My only complaint would be that it took a while but that was not really their fault. That is due more to certain imperfections in Verizon’s system and spotty WiFi connection for the store.

Walked in on Memorial Day and boy was it busy. Representatives very friendly and welcoming. A group waited, knowing the sales rep gave best and fast service. Very professional people. I was able to purchase 2 phones and got all my questions answer regarding my account. Wish they had more representatives cause the wait time was long that’s why I rate 4. Other than that they went that extra miles with teamwork they accomplished.

I would avoid this store if you can help it. They refused to give me the phone I ordered over the phone to be picked up in store, and instead insisted I cancel my order and repurchase a phone through them and pay additional taxes and fees. When I called Verizon out of concern, I was notified that this is a tactic some stores use in order to make an in person sale, by canceling the previous order and making a new one in store. I don’t appreciate the amount of time I had to spend on this whole ordeal. It makes me sad that other customers have probably been taken advantage of like this.

I was dreading going into Verizon today. After numerous hours being on hold and having two different customer service agents screw up my two phone lines and plans- I decided I had to go in and fix it in person. Well... THANK GOD I DID. Walked into this store (which let me also add Ive lived in west loop for 20 years and didnt know it existed- been there for about 5 years) and it was THE BEST. Ulyssa was fabulous. Totally helped me out, understood what the issues were-and solved EVERYTHING within 20 minutes to half hour. I mean everything and some. She was very patient and 100% about helping the customer. I thought I would be there forever. As I told her, I hope I dont have to see you again (!!!!) ....but...if I ever have an issue....you better believe I will be going to that store every time moving forward. Walked in about 30 minutes before closing for something that I thought would be very routine - transferring the number and data from my current iPhone to a new one that I already owned and was already active on the account. The one employee there hooked up the new phone and promptly told me that she couldn’t do the transfer and that I needed to call Verizon to handle it. I tried to ask follow up questions but she never did explain the issue and got up and started closing the store. I called Verizon, sat on hold for a while (obviously) and left. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Very misleading store.They will charge you fees, accessories and other items making you understand that the money are down payment for your new phone. The payment receipt will say zero down payment. They are quick to say you have 14 days to return but you lose 50 dollars. Find a real Verizon store, they are just retailers. Very deceiving. When I asked for the receipt they said my e-mail is not working

Went to this store recently to upgrade my phone and it was a great experience. The employees were knowledgeable with regards to the upgrade options and friendly, which made the visit best. The total upgrade process (backup current phone, setup new phone, confirm all data transferred, delete data from old phone) took about 90 minutes due to the amount of content on my old phone. While this is something I could have easily done at home, I did not mind spending the time at the store while Verizon did it for me. The employees were able to do everything for me but they were also enjoyable to talk with during the 90 minutes. I have already advised some friends to go to this location when they go to upgrade.

Store manager Ulyssa Ramos was very Friendly and helpful switching me over to their carrier. I left store happy and will recommend people to stop by the store and check them out.
