Muhammad sold me a vape pen 2 weeks ago. It didnt work, he agreed when I returned it that it was defective. He exchanged it for another one just like it, but when I brought it back 2 days later, he krpt it to test it and told me to come back tomorrow. I returned instead 2 days later, and he was nasty about it. Muhammad claimed over the phone (his associate had to call him) that the pen worked just fine after he charged and tested it. I insisted to him that I needed an exchange because the product thar he keeps exchanging does NOT work and is just poorly made. I also told him that I dont want this model and wanted to exchange for something else. He then tried to pitch another pen but wanted to upcharge me 10 dollars for it. Needless to say, I voiced my frustrations and stated that I bought ONE product ONE time and that it is unreasonable that I should be inconvenienced by coming in so many times jus to be able to smoke. He claims he will still resolve my problem this afternoon when he gets in, but I doubt it. MAJOR attitude.
