From the very beginning Sammy was there to answers all of my questions. Now I am out of state so the entire transaction may not be appealing to most but let me know tell you I do not think it could have gone any better then what actually happened. Any questions I had about the vehicle day or night Sammy was there to answer them. If he did not know the answer he would find out and get back to me with it. There was no BS or trying to beat around the bush and give me false information. Now being from out of state you would think most dealers would be able to get away with a few things but not this one. They were honest about everything up front to make sure that I was satisfied before making the commitment. Once I purchased the vehicle it was out of my hands and Sammy did the rest. He organized shipment of the vehicle to my current location and was dropped off at my front door! After 3 or 4 dealerships that tried to scam me, I called Grand Lux Auto to inquiry if they had a vehicle still available. Extremely nice staff! We went in for one of their used trade-ins. They let us fully check the car on the lot (husbands a mechanic), were very straightforward with any issues and how the car came to their lot, and were willing to work with the price. When we can do something newer, I will definitely be considering them.

After having a horrible experience when I bought my previous car with a big dealer, I was prepared for battle when I was searching for another car. Found a 2014 Ford Escape online and contacted Sammy. Believe me buying the car was as easy as buying any stuff online. We went to see 2014 Escape but Sammy showed us another 2015 Escape model. He gave us the details of the car and took us for a test drive. We were given the cost and no extra charges were applied to the final price, only the regular taxes and plate fees. He also helped us getting the car insurance cost lower by 50%. Overall had a really wonderful experience and would recommend everyone to purchase a vehicle from him.

Ive always hated going car shopping because of the whole dealership problems and obstacles that you are presented with before even getting close to buying a vehicle. But this family dealership was way different, I spent less than an hour there(thats fast if youve ever been to a dealership) and I also got the deal on the truck I wanted at the budget I needed. Sammy was the one helping us, giving my wife and I advice with loan lenders and such, really great guy. But Ozzie was also great. Im stoked to pick the truck up today and take it home. First off let me start off by saying I filled online the application for a Jeep Wrangler for financing (which my score is pretty good since I got pre approved at another dealer for 40 grand vehicle) but found this one I liked way better for the price of 22 grand. I also did the inquiry....and I had to call to see what is up? The guy that answerred my call said sorry that one has been sold this Saturday which I called Monday two days later to ask why I have not gotten a call? And that is what he said...I did not believe so kept going onto web page for several days new vehicles added and that one SOLD was still listed....hmm not right...so after couple weeks its listed at THIRTY SUM GRAND! why did you have to lie!? And why could you not sell me the vehicle or explanation kept ignoring my emails...BAD COMPANY
