In a world where quality customer service is becoming a thing of the past, I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the incredible team at yeti Chicago.I purchased a new yeti online that had a small issue when it arrived.Jamie, the assistant store manager at Yeti Chicago, was more than accommodating and said she would take care of the issue for me.Upon entering the store I was greeted by the fantastic staff, and they jumped right into fixing the small issue with my cooler.Absolutely fantastic team.Absolutely fantastic product.Thank you Yeti Chicago I will be purchasing all of my Yeti product directly from you moving forward.

The staff at this store is super friendly. Everyone who was working today stopped to see if my husband or I needed help, chatted with us for a bit, and gave us their name if we had any questions. They had a nice assortment in the store as well; our favorite was a section where you can pick out different color hardware to customize your cooler. Cant say either of us are Miami Dolphin fans, but we couldnt resist picking up the orange to pop with our cooler. Love the extra touch!

YETI is a fun place to visit! Whether you need a small tumbler or a serious cooler (like a bear cant get into it serious) YETI has your back!

Fun store with many choices including Chicago related engraved items. Cool Chicago specific stickers too. They still had a cup in my fav discontinued color chartreuse so a good place to look for discontinued items you can no longer buy online.

Love this store! The store was very clean and everything looked amazing. JJ helped me and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to talk to me about the products I was interested in and gave me great advice on which product would suite my needs. Can’t wait to go back!

The best Store in Area.

Ended up going here after not finding the model I wanted at other brick and mortar stores in the area. Nice store and staff was friendly. Absolutely the worst location to buy bulky cooler though.

Amazing customer service!

The products are okay, but not for everyone. I got a holiday present and have a gift receipt but they can only exchange and cant even give a store credit. I inquired about a chair but the $299 chair they sell isnt practical for many budgets.

Ive been a fan of YETI products for over 5 years and being in the Chicago store was amazing! Merchandising of new, existing, and seasonal products was on point and I especially loved the customization area as well!JJ took care of us and he was informative, friendly, and helpful to ensure we bought the right products. I look forward to going back!

UPDATE: They are not offering curbside pick-up like their site says. It is hard to pick-up on that intersection, but you have to reserve, then pay in store. I ended up buying my cooler from Lowes and doing curbside pick-up.

So, I was very reluctant to jump on the Yeti bandwagon, but I decided to give a 30 oz. tumbler a try just over a month ago -- thats how long it took to spark my interest. But, I must admit I was blown away by the quality. I am a big believer in buying quality things - every single time it pays to do so and you end up saving money in the end. But, not every hyped product is a good as I would expect. Well, after I tested my tumbler for a month, this thing is the real deal. I was so impressed, I went today and bought 3 Yetis for everyone in my family. Great company, great store and if youre not sold, I suggest buying one and trying one. I think you will be blown away.

You may have a little sticker shock at first, but after talking with the passionate employees to understand what actually goes into making their products and how over-engineering something that may seem simple creates the best product, Im sold. Decided to take a side trip here and come to find out after a 2 hour detour to my trip, it’s closed. No where on the website or even on the phone did it say on 8/9 this location would be closed. I love Yeti and was hoping to get some new merch, but this frustrates me and looks bad on the company.

Came in here to buy a tumbler. I’m greeted by someone. Standard. I walk over to look at the tumblers. Within 30 seconds, 3 other employees have asked if I need help. Need help to buy a tumbler? Good lord.They need fewer employees. The girl who rang me up apologized but like c‘mon.

This is peak capitalism. When a cooler store gets a flagship that is also a bar. Now you can get vacuum insulated coolers, vacuum insulated cups, vacuum insulated dog bowls. Vacuum insulated everything. I sooner respect to brand for staying practical instead of leaning into the heavy capitalist society like this.

Came by to cop one of these trendy cups, and I ended up sitting at the bar because it started to rain. I had a lovely conversation with the bartender-- Eleanor (hope I spelled her name correctly). This my certainly one of my new spots; I hope management continues to hire staff as friendly as her.
