Just an incredible experience from start o finish. I was referred to Belle by a friend for alterations and wish I had bought my dress there. They have an incredible mix of fashion forward designs.I’m a plus sized bride and was worried about alterations and feeling good about my body. It’s a very warm, safe, supportive place. I felt comfortable each time I went in for fittings. High quality work and wonderful customer service. Soheila (aka the Dress Doctor!) is just the best. She’s a true artist and and has an amazing eye. She’s an experienced professional who just made me feel better about my dress. They even steamed my dress and veil and offered to keep it until my wedding day (again, I didn’t buy it there.)Couldn’t recommend more highly. I feel so relieved I was referred to them!

I had such a wonderful fitting experience. The team is attentive and love giving you an experience! I highly highly highly recommend making an appointment.I docked one star because I’m a size 8-10 in street clothes and all their samples were itty bitty. I feel like that’s a normal body size. I tried to keep an open mind, but I left feeling a little bummed and wished I could have tried on dresses that felt as beautiful as they looked. Fingers crossed they expand their sample sizing to be a little more inclusive!

The alterations staff are incredible! They really listen to you and make sure your dress will fit perfectly. I was so happy that The Workroom at Belle Atelier made all of my dress dreams come true!! Highly recommend.

I live in Utah and was looking for a specific line of dresses that I could not find here. I found that this shop carried the dresses and contacted them about purchasing options. Giselle went out of her way to try to help me, including suggesting a try at home option for me so that I wouldnt have to fly to Chicago. I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service I received from Giselle and would not hesitate to recommend Belle Atelier.

I discovered Belle when I helped one of my best friends find her dream wedding dress! Giselle was incredible and though my friend was hesitant on finding a perfect dress as we didnt have luck in several other shops, she ended up finding the most stunning dress! The quality of dresses (as well as accessories) that Belle carries is amazing, and most pieces are so unique! Ive also had my wedding dress altered by the Dress Doctor (in the same shop) and had a wonderful experience. Everyone who works there is so kind. I loved my experience and will keep referring other brides to Belle Bridal Atelier!

I had the BEST bridal experience at Belle! Giselle is so lovely, knowledgeable, personable, and just the best. I spoke to her a month before about the designer I was looking for and she made sure the gowns were sent from Spain before my appointment as I live in Atlanta. I came to her wonderful store after going to another bridal store near by and the overall expedience was incomparable. I did not feel pressured to buy anything (unlike other stores), I felt comfortable, and my friends and I all had a ball trying on an array of beautiful dresses.The store is so curated and features designers that you cant find at typical bridal stores. Just the best overall!!

Beautiful bridal salon with an incredible team. The owner giselle personally styled me for my wedding and assisted in both my fitting and purchasing. They do custom measurements so you never feel weird about sizes or anything it’s all meant to fit you beautifully and custom. Would recommend to everyone. Fantastic service, beautiful dresses, and QUALITY.

Planning a wedding is very stressful. However, the easiest part of planning our wedding was my wife’s dress! I was shocked when my now wife found exactly what she wanted in only one visit. Giselle was so helpful and knew exactly what my wife wanted! The dress fit her perfectly and she looked stunning .

Dreamy staff, and dreamy environment. If I could rate Belle more than 5 stars I would. Their dress selection is everything a girl could ask for, and MORE. The entire experience was so positive - Giselle and Soheila are literal angels. Both so patient, and professional. They immediately understood my style, and helped me go with my projected budget, which I hadnt experienced at other bridal boutiques. The entire process was seamless - from the scheduling of the appointment, to trying on dresses, and then actually ordering THE dress - it all happened so smoothly. These are true, experienced professionals (who also have the best personalities). Ill forever be truly grateful to have such a positive experience.

I worked with Giselle on a custom wedding dress concept from afar (I live in California). She sent me two rounds of sketches and even made the sketches look like me (my hairstyle, my height), which was a nice touch. Ultimately, I had to pivot to work with someone locally because of a job change/demanding schedule, but Im bummed I didnt get a chance to work with Giselle further. Id highly recommend her for your bridal needs, especially if youre in Chicago!

Giselle is a master at what she does. She made the whole dress experience so incredibly special. I had originally bought a gown from another boutique, waited 8 months for it, and was disappointed with the way it looked when I tried it on; it did my body no favors. With only 8 weeks to go before my wedding day I hit the panic button. Giselle saved the day by presenting me with a new dress that made me feel all the feels. Not only did she pull strings to have the dress made and delivered from South Africa(!) in 4 weeks (!), but she continuously assuaged my worries about the timeline and worked tirelessly to deliver a perfect product.But it doesnt end there! As if she hadnt done enough already, Giselle hand delivered my dress on my wedding day, helped me get dressed, and then accompanied me during photos. I managed to dirty up the skirt real good right before the ceremony and voila! Giselle whipped out an emergency kit full of magical fix-its and had it looking brand new before I walked down the aisle. She appeared like a personal fairy throughout the evening and even carefully snipped my sleeves off when I was working up a sweat on the dance floor.I will forever be thankful for Giselles expertise, care, and support. No one knows their stuff like she does and the dresses she carries are beautiful beyond imagination. GO TO HER. And if youre as lucky as I am, youll have a great friend out of it all.
