The young woman I worked with was very attentive, listened to what I was looking for and even helped me see if we could alter dress colors.

The experience here was…underwhelming. First of, the store was 80 degrees the day I came for my appointment. It was 90 outside that day, nothing else needs to be said. Second, the lady working was extremely uninterested, constantly on her phone, did not make any suggestions, was just not at all what I was expecting when trying on dresses. Third, their website is very outdated. Came for specific dresses that I found (5) and they only had 1. Gave an additional star because the woman I booked over the phone with was very nice and the dresses are very reasonably priced. If you can get better customer service, it’d be a decent store. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience.

This review is long overdue. This place is a one stop shop no matter what your style or budget is!!! They have a lot of options, beautiful American/ European Styles for different tastes. The material is very very good not cheap fabric and the prices are reasonable. Beata and Anna were very nice and professional. Anna and Beata told me when something didnt look good on me regardless of the price. It was the ultimate personalized experience. Beata was very flexible and was able to work with me around my work schedule. She opened the store early for us on a Sunday just so I can get in for a fitting. I am highly satisfied and I highly recommend this place to all the future brides.

I have been to 5 different bridal shops even the once Gold Coast and I didnt find the dress I wanted anywhere but Laurel Bridal. HUGE HUGE selection. Beata was super helpful, knowledgeable and understood what I wanted and needed right away. Cant say enough good things about this place. Overall my experience was amazing! Thank you!

Highly do not recommend, overpriced cheap quality, and the assistant Anna is some stuck up B, who thinks she knows it all, and has a serious attitude issue. Seriously shocked Beata would hire someone like that.Not to mention, serving cheap liquor.If your looking for a dress, seriously go somewhere else honestly. And don’t fall for the cash trick( made me think if their not laundering money) Also reported it to the BBB and state. Next time will see if Ms Anna will have such an attitude.Thank me later.

Went to the boutique on 2/1/2020 for my 1pm appointment. Arrived early and the owner allowed us to look around while we were waiting. I tried on the first dress and fell in love. The owner is super sweet, makes the customers fee comfortable, great prices, and super sweet. Looking forward to meeting with the owner again and purchasing the rest of the pieces to my gown! I did not buy a dress here, but the dresses are beautiful and the owner seems great! Rescheduled my appointment three times. Private appointments for you and your group. I found a dress somewhere else before ever going to my official appointment, but based on the selection and organization of the salon I know I would found an amazing one there. Would recommend.

Unique, beautiful, and elegant dresses that you wont find anywhere else. I visited various bridal shops, boutiques, and big bridal companies and the dress selection here is way bigger, the prices are worth it, and you wont find anyone wearing your dress easily. I bought my wedding dress here and it looks like 7k but was 1k. Totally would recommend! Also I arrived 15 minutes before they closed and the lady in charge was sweet and asked me to wait until she finished with the client she was with and helped me that day. Other places required an appointment and were rude. This place is very helpful and the workers are very down to earth and helpful. The only thing to be aware is that they give you a price, but that does not include taxes!

Laurel Bridal is an amazing company with stunning and unique bridal gowns, special occasion dresses, and accesories. There is a lovely selection selection of different styles and silhouettes. It is super affordable and top quality. Ive worked as a bridal consultant at two different bridal shops, so Im a good judge of quality. I was so impressed with the customer service. Beatta (so sorry if I misspelled) is the owner of this boutique and she is an incredible person. She was very patient, helpful, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She is an all around good person with good values. I recommend Laurel bridal to any and everyone who wants to look absolutely perfect on their big day and wants a fantastic deal. I purchased a beautiful mermaid gown, with lace applique and a long cathedral, beaded veil for only $220. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Beatta, youre AMAZING.

I went to Laurel seeking Milla Nova and Crystal Design as I love those European looks. What I found was amazing! Its not a big shop but Betty hand picks the most excquisite gowns and displays them on her mannequins rather than being over stuffed with so many unattractive options in between! She is easy to get an appointment with! I ordered my dress in January and expected it in June but it came in April! And it fit like a glove and even more beautiful than the sample! She custom ordered a different detachable skirt for me at no additional cost! It was perfection! Not a hiccup! I cant say enough good things about this boutique! I read some reviews below about her charging for alterations and not having prom gowns... YES its a proper brida boutique. It doesnt have Mori lee prom gowns and of course a seamstress will charge their own fee! But brides go here!!

THE WORST BRIDAL SALON !!!!The owner at first seems nice and polite but when you think your dress will be on time, she doesnt answer phone calls or her assistant is explaining that its not easy to get the dress in a week. They had 4months and she promised I will receive the dress within 3 max. When the dress finally arrive it wasnt the same dress!!! Everything was different!!! And she tried to convince me that this is the dress which I ordered.She is very rude when at the end leaving me 3 weeks before my wedding without a dress saying that she will refund my deposit and I have to go somewhere else to find a dress.Never go there!!! or you dont care how your dress looks like.

Liar!!! Said all alterations were included in price and then wants to charge. Bridemaids dresses and groomsmen tuxedos were wrong size even though she measured and then wants to charge for alterations!! Stay away from Beata. She talks nice and then screws you over!!!!
