I was on a crazy short timeline and was very nervous about finding a dress off the rack for my wedding. To put it into perspective, Aisle Chic was the first place that I shopped in May 2021 for my August 15, 2021 wedding. I worked with Ariel, who was an absolute doll. I was convinced that I wouldnt be able to find the type of dress that Ive dreamed of for years from a sample store. And Im so glad Ariel proved me wrong! After I told her what I was looking for/the general vibe of my wedding, we got it after only 4 dresses. I always thought that I would be the type of bride that would need to try on 21784364730 dresses, and I was thrilled to have my say yes moment with such ease. Ariel was a dream to work with and she made me feel like the most beautiful bride. I was so lucky to find the dress of my dreams that seemed like it was made for my body and required very few alterations. The shop is small, but their variety and stock of bridal gowns is not. Could not recommend Aisle Chic enough! 10/10.

If you choose to purchase a wedding gown from Aisle Chic, be sure to check your purchase carefully, especially if you leave the store and return to make your purchase. Our future daughter-in-law visited this store, tried on several gowns and left the store for another gown appointment. She returned to Aisle Chic to purchase the dress of her dreams. She made her purchase, they packaged it for her and she brought the dress home and hung it as it had been packaged until her fitting appointment with the seamstress this past Saturday. Imagine her devastation when she went into the dressing room and saw that the zipper elements had been cut and the zipper slide had chew marks on it from someone obviously using pliers or scissors to try and pull the zipper slide down. The attached pictures show this damage. This obviously did not happen when our future bride was trying the dress on or she would have known they were struggling to get her out of the dress. Obviously we now have to pay to have a new invisible zipper put in because the dress is completely non-functioning in this condition. I requested they pay the $55 its going to cost for the new zipper and they were full of excuses how the dresses are purchased off the rack and they are sample dresses. Yes I understand they are purchased off the rack but it was also not damaged when she tried it on the first time. Someone else had obviously been in this dress and had trouble getting out of it and the sales personnel clearly sold a very expensive dress with a defect to our future daughter-in-law. Proceed with caution if you shop here!!!

Amazing experience here. This was the third wedding store I went to to try to find my wedding dress. The first two had dresses I thought were nice and could probably work. However when I came here, my consultant had 6 dresses ready for me in the fitting room (based on style preferences we gave her prior), and the very first one I tried on was the one, and I knew I absolutely loved it. I couldnt even remember what the other dresses I tried on looked like. She also found the perfect accessories to complete the look for my special day, and I couldnt be happier!

I went to Aisle Chic with no idea of what style I was looking for. Maya went above and beyond to help me narrow it down. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the styles. Thank you, Maya for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

I recently visited this place with my friends but was disappointed.I emailed them some pictures of dresses that are my style prior to the appointment because they asked for it, but when I got there none of the dresses pulled were my style. Their prices are a bit on the higher side for sample gowns compared to other sample gown places in the city.Also, unlike other bridal salons they wont let you touch any of their dresses. Only they can handle the dresses. For all the other bridal salons Ive been to except this one, I was able to pick out the gowns myself.When my friends tried to pick out some gowns that suits my style(obviously they know my style the most), the lady yelled at them saying they have to stay seated.I ended up leaving in 40minutes with not liking any of the gowns.

Had a great experience and was able to find the dress of my dreams! The Aisle Chic team was able to work within my budget and I loved that I was able to walk away day-of with my dress.

5 stars for Aisle Chic! I bought my wedding dress here and without doubt felt they had the best collection available. I was helped by the most wonderful Ariel, she picked out only 6 dresses based on what I described for my style and that was all it took! Ariel was so helpful and attentive, really listed to my feedback and ultimately helped me find the one. All the pieces were very unique and chic, I dont know how many other boutiques would offer this kind of selection. Also very covid-safe, everyone was respectful and thoughtful about safety. Could not recommend this place higher and I am so so sooooo happy with my dress. Thank you Aisle Chic!! :D

The women who work there are absolutely lovely and I found my perfect dress.My only disappointment was that I was repeatedly reassured by the Aisle Chic team that finding a tailor would be not a big deal, and that the tailoring process wouldnt be more than a few hundred dollars. I trusted them when they said this, because this is their area of expertise. We purchased a dress at the top of our budget but, now, one tailor turned us away because doing the tailoring because it would be too difficult, and another tailor is going to charge me $1020.Aisle Chic has since reached out and indicated that their sister stores provide tailoring of ~$750. I greatly appreciate their quick and direct communication regarding this matter. However, had I known that tailoring would be SO expensive, I would not have come here in the first place. I simply ask that, moving forward and for other future customers, that the team be more forthcoming about (a) when they know that the tailoring will/might be expensive and/or (b) to simply say that they dont know how much the tailoring will cost (rather than suggesting that it will just be a few hundred dollars).Again, thank you to the Aisle Chic team for following up. Really appreciate it.

My experience with Aisle Chic was great. I worked with Maya who went over the top to accommodate me. She took her time and knew exactly what I would like and would look good in without me saying a word. She made the entire experience of dress shopping fun and enjoyable.

I came to Aisle Chic for my first wedding dress appointment and had a great experience. Jenna was so sweet, accommodating, and patient with me as I am pretty picky! I did find a dress that I loved but ended up buying my dress somewhere else. They have great options at an affordable price and the experience was not something Id change! Would definitely recommend to any bride!

I recently worked with Madelon, who helped me find the dress! Overall, it was a really great experience. I went to the store after being referred by a friend who had also found her dress there.My first impression walking in was what a cute store it was. It wasnt cluttered like other sample stores I had been too. The dresses are organized by style; a-line, ballgown, fit and flare, etc. The prices are clearly labeled and the most expensive dresses are separated on their own rack.I gave Madelon my budget and she really helped me stick to it. I picked out one dress way over what I wanted to spend and she let me know (so I could quickly put it back). After every dress she would ask what I did or didnt like so we could narrow down what I was looking for. Her process worked, because she eventually pulled the dress I ended up buying. Most importantly, at no point was she pressuring me to buy a dress. I told her I needed some time alone with my crew to talk about the dress and she gave us space.The dress variety is great, there are cute accessories to pick from, and the bridal stylists are all very sweet. I would highly recommend Aisle Chic be on every Chicago Area brides list.

This boutique is amazing! It’s a small, adorable place with an awesome selection of gorgeous dresses. When I went in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and helped look for the style dress I was looking for. Not only this, they weren’t there just to make a sale, they wanted to ensure I walked out feeling confident, beautiful, and like a bride, which is exactly how I felt when I tried on and bought my wedding dress. I live nearby and every time I walk by I smile thinking about the wonderful experience I had there. I love this place and highly recommend!

The team at Aisle Chic is dynamite. Experienced bridal consultants who actually care that you feel stunning regardless of price point. I never would have even thought to try on the dress I ended up purchasing and it was all thanks to my consultant Lauren. She is a well seasoned visionary in this industry and is incredible at picturing you how you do on your big day.

This was the second store I visited (and first of five planned with my mom and future mother in law for a weekend) and found my dress quickly. They have so many styles and the stylist was really great in helping identify gowns that would get closer to what I was looking for, even though I didn’t know what that was. I ended up with an AMAZING dress that was $600 under the list price and, importantly, within my budget. I had a great experience and felt so comfortable and happy with my decision. Thanks Madeleine!

I found my wedding dress here and loved my experience shopping here. My friends and I were the only ones in the store and Jessica made us feel welcome and comfortable. I had no idea what I was even looking for but was able to try on a number of different styles and although I was not planning on finding the dress on my first dress shopping excursion, I did! The dress was in excellent condition and I was excited to get to walk out with my dress that day for such a great price!

I had an amazing experience. Alett worked with me and she was such a pleasure. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are still a bit high compared to online used gowns. But a wonderful boutique that I would recommend to any bride!

Said yes to the dress here!! Found my dream Galia Lahav dress for a great price. You have the whole store to yourself and they really have a great unique selection of gowns here. I came all the way from Austin, TX to look for a dress here.

Had a great experience with the assistant I had! She was very thoughtful and timely with our appointment. I was surprised it was only an hour long. The dresses did seem a bit dirty for purchasing off the rack, but one of the most unique shops I’ve found.

I got my wedding dress at Aisle Chic for a great deal. When shopping, you have the entire shop to yourself which was different than other bridal shop I went to. Kelsey was super sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop if you already know which style dress you are looking for!
