I was on my way to work when I caught a flat tire on a rainy day. Cassidy was the nearest tire place. When I arrived I was informed that they were booked for today( understandable). I went to check my trunk to double check if I had a spare, as Im closing the trunk the lady came out to inform me I cant even change the tire in their lot. Which I think is a ok policy to those who dont have intentions with doing service with them. I was willing to due service and you guys turned me a way. You couldnt assist with putting the spare on and I couldnt change it my self in your lot. I was a potential customer and you showed me no hospitality.

I discovered a nail in my tire and took it initially to a franchised auto repair facility. I was told there was a slight leak in the tire and they recommended the purchase of a new tire. Because they could not fix it immediately, I took the car with me and decided to get a second opinion.I got the second opinion at Cassidy tires on Canal Street. They told me the nail had not punctured the inner tube and it was fine. They then completed rotating the tires which I had asked them about.The following day I picked up my car and there was no charge for what Cassidy had done for me. Remarkable honest service! Five stars!

A long history of good service continues here. Another shop had suggested that might need brakes, but as often do Cassidy was willing to say they look fine and not perform unnecessary work. I was then among the very small group of customers that did not have my radio/security code to turn back on after getting a new battery. I discovered this right at closing time and they patiently sat with me then and helped facilitate a call to locate the code. Thank you!

I like Cassidy because they are usually cheaper than the dealership for tire replacements. The staff, Adam was kind and helpful. Cassidy is usually my go-to.Thia visit took much longer than it used to pre-covid to get my tire replaced. 😕 This particular time, as I was driving home on the expressway my tire pressure light went off which gave me great concern. I had to spend some time figuring out how to resolve it and recalibrate my tires. The tire pressure guage showed the tire pressure on all my tires were too high for my vehicle.

These people are absolutely amazing. Me and my girlfriend were visiting from Arizona and werent having the best trip. And then we woke up to a flat tire. We called cassidy tire on canal st. And they told us they would try their best to fix the tire. After dropping off my car they took a look and brought to my attention that they couldnt fix the tire and that due to my make and model and how bad the tread was, Id need all four new tires replaced. As you can imagine I wasnt happy, but instead of being rude with me they were absolutely courteous and told me theyd see if my spare was in my car and see how they could help me anyway possible. When I returned, they not only put my spare on but they also did not charge me a dime. Hands down one of the best experiences of my trip. Thank you so much to marlene. And the entire staff.

Recently found out had a nail in one tire and the dealership said I need to replace the tire. Brought to Cassidy tire for repair and found out the nail didn’t puncture the tire, so did not need repair. They checked all the tire pressures and there was no charge. Would recommend. Very professional competitive pricing easy downtown location

I purchased a set of tires from another Cassidy store in one of the south suburbs where I experienced satisfactory service. However a few weeks after the purchase one of the tires was damaged. I returned to the original store in an effort get a replacement replacement, but was told the tire I needed was not in stock. After some prodding I was told the Cassidy store on north Canal st had the tire I needed but I would probably have to wait a long time. Upon arriving I experienced outstanding and friendly customer service. My tire was replaced and I was on my way in no time on my way to a very important meeting. Had a terrible situation where I hit a piece of concrete on the highway and got 2 flat tires and a cracked wheel. Brought it in to Cassidy and Melanie and team worked to get everything replaced in a timely manner and at a fair price. Melanie took the time to call and explain everything to me in depth, so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. Car drives like a dream now and was done a day earlier than expected! 5 stars!

Fast service. Called 1 pm they had my tire fixed by 3:30 pm at a fair price. I just wish they were a bit more careful with my car. Rim had a small chip and black finger prints on the inside of the car.
