Excellent service. I took my 1997 Honda Civic here for over 10 years. It probably lasted as long as it did because they took such good care of it. Rich and his team are the best. They never try to up-sell you and when they fix a problem, it stays fixed.

I had a wheel alignment done at Pioneer Auto and I thought all wheel alignments were done pretty much the same but it turns out that theyre not. This was easily the very best wheel alignment I ever had done on any the cars Ive owned. Thanks, Richard for a job well done!

Pioneer Auto is the best neighborhood shop around! Not only do I use them for all my car service needs but my entire family goes to this shop. They are the one shop that dont try to sell you more than you actually need. What I appreciate the most is that the owner Richie is always straight forward, hell tell you upfront what your car needs without selling you some BS!

Good place to get any needed repair work done on your car. Ive been here 3 times now over the past 10 years and each time the repair work was excellent and my car (not the same car) was ready on time.

Best automotive shop in the neighborhood. Had about everything done here. Oil change,brake job, alignment (which is cheap $70) There priceses are great and honest, they never try to hustle you with work that you dont need.

Not sure what the people are talking about. WORST experience I ever had with a shop. Instead of fixing my vehicle he suggested to take it to the dealer to trade it in, instead of fixing the problem. I live in the neighborhood and will never take any of my cars to this shop again.
