This place is NOT professional. I scheduled tires installation with them at 5pm on 9/22 through Goodyear. The guy who helped us (Estrada) was in a hurry. After taking everything out before the installation, he wasnt able to fit the new tires and told us the tires couldnt fit. I asked him to put everything back in because the tires we need were not available at the store. Right after that, my girlfriend found out something was missing (a metal piece) and I told him. He said sorry he forgot to install it. He got back to rework on our car (Im not sure if he forget anything else). The car made some loud noises that night and we had a flat tire the next morning on the way to work. I called the manager and he didnt seem to help (He said nobody he talked to touch it which is totally wrong because I have the invoice with the work #583605 in front of me). This place can cause troubles to your car and will not take any liabilities. Please go to a different place for better services.

Excellent experience. Work done was prompt and very professional. I needed three new tires. They previously changed my fourth tire. I was very satisfied with the work and customer service. Andy the manager was great to work with. I’ll be back as needed.

I made an appointment to fix an issue i had with my 2013 Dodge Journey. It was vibrating at the speed from 50 to 60. I stopped here to have them look at it and my truck is running just like new. Andy was efficient and helpful with any questions that I had. I definitely recommend and will return if needed.

Amazing staff. The mechanics here are top tier. I have an old 1993 Jeep Cherokee that has been fully customized and I was having a hard time finding a good mechanic that I trusted with her. I will always feel confident leaving both of my cars in their hands. They charge fair prices for their great work. They treat their customers with the upmost respect and I’ve never felt like I was being cheated or lied to. There is one person in particular that I find outstanding from his customer service to the work that he does and that is Geoff. From the first time that I brought my Jeep in till this day I truly believe that he is the best of the best. Geoff will always find a way to help you from scheduling issues that you may have to properly diagnosing your car. I give Acorn 10/10 and 5 stars. Keep up the great work guys!

UpdateIt turns out my noise is due to parking brake pads, which had detached from the brake shoes. A new mechanic found it out within an hour. Problem solved after $150.Compared to spending $700 at acorn, three trips, not fixing the problem I was having. You judge yourself.Original reviewI had suspension noises and the shop replaced tie rod and lower ball joints. There were some mixed-up with the first visit that caused the ball joints not replaced. After the third visit, the ball joints were replaced.Pro: the front desk people are very polite and pleasant to interact with, which makes it so hard to say anything bad about them.The results of the repair look professional and the car seems to drive fine after the work with no adverse effects.Con: The original problem of suspension noise like popping, clunking, and squeaking noises are still there. There is a disconnect between the front desk people and the actual technicians who worked on my car. Despite my repeated requests to the front desk people to check and fix the source of the noises, which are both annoying and scary, the technicians didnt know or do anything to address the problem.I must say that the front desk people at this place are very nice and have very good attitude towards customer. However, whatever I said to them concerning my cars problems was not heard by the actual technician. My mom and myself came to this mechanic shop to get maintenance done and afterwards my mom noticed that her fuel tank was not filling to the Full indicator. We had come back to try and see what possibly had gone wrong after picking up the car, and they had advised us that they would take a look. The initial mechanic said everything was fine and left us with the vehicle but then my mom decided to take the car elsewhere to check the vehicle. Only to find out that they had installed pieces that did not fit the vehicle type and they had charged my mom over 1000. My mom was clearly upset and felt that the mechanic at Acorn Tire & service lied to her about her vehicle being repaired correctly. We came back to confront the business after finding out what they did was incorrect. I cannot remember this guys name but he was an older white guy probably in his 50s who laughed at my moms face and did not apologize and we had called her Warranty to get this figured out with Acorn and they did indeed overcharge us and did not properly fixed the car. Beware of this place as they like to overcharge and not do the job right. We definitely have not returned since and will never return.

Went to Acorn in the past and was always satisfied with them. This time I went because of a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Turned out the rear end was going bad as well as some wheel and a brake issue. Everyone was very professional as always and the matter taken care of in a timely manner. I will continue to go to Acorn for mechanical and tire issues.

My experience was a strange one I gave it some time as to not post an angry review. Id like to preference the staff are generally kind well mannered. However, con men are usually kind. I went there initially to replace a specific tire *the driver rear*. Gets a tire replaced the young man tells me my tire pressure sensor is broken . I dwell on this instead of impulse buying new sensors. Go home tire light goes off. A couple of days later it comes back on. Also the new tire look a tad low. A couple weeks later its definitely low. I go back as soon as my work schedule allowed. Turns out the guy replaced the wrong tire, and seems to have lost the brand new tire I had on the passenger side (which was replaced with a dirty old cracked tired). So after realizing the mistake. Also taking two hours to tell me how this would be rectified. The young man simply repaired my tire with the hole in it. Oh and wouldnt you know it my tire pressure sensors are fine. The conclusion I came to was.(TLDR)They just basically stole a brand new tire, and filled my bad one with air. Theyre kind folks Im sure but beware of that scam.

I bought a tire and less than a month into it the tire was not drivable. So I bought a second tire which today the assistant manager said is cracking. I have only used that second tire for less than two months. The sale associate assured me when I bought the second tire this would not happen again but it did. The worse part is they do not want to do anything to replace it. They just want to sell me a third tire. I have gone to Bridgestone and Midas. There tires have lasted significantly more time and are more durable. I would not recommend doing business here.I live very close by and its been very disappointing the service that I have gotten. I am going to tell all my neighbors not to go here.

Acorn installed a replacement tire on my Mazda CX-7 space-saver spare hub without a hitch. Other shops said they couldn’t do it. Acorn are pros at their tire work!

Matt and the others at Acorn are SUPER friendly and professional. They were very communicative about what services my car needed and how long it would take to work in the repair. They even gave me a ride home and back to the shop so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room all day. Their waiting area is very spacious so I felt safe in my surroundings. They also did not push me into getting services that I didn’t need, or take advantage of my minimal car knowledge. They are very honest and I would 100% recommend them to a friend! Poor management!!! As a former employee at another Goodyear store I was hoping this store might be different but it wasn’t. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a wheel alignment at 11:45am and was told the car would be done in 2hrs so I waited in the lobby. Well I was there for 3hrs and my car never even made it up the alignment rack. When I asked the manager about it around 2 pm he said the they were busy working on a masarati but that my car was next. I waited another hour and had my car wasn’t even in the shop. They tried pull it in as a was asking to leave. Why would you be working on a car that a customer has dropped off for the day when you have other customers waiting in the lobby, you think they would prioritize me but no. Save yourself the headache go across the street to Firestone or somewhere else these people don’t deserve your money at all.

I purchased four new radials for my car. The cost was exactly as quoted. Being a neighborhood business it will be really convenient to get my tires rotated in six months. Acorn Tire & Service provides top notch wheels alignment. I chose to use the premium wheel alignment and so far has been very satisfied with their job. This service provide lifetime free alignment which I have used two times. I would recommend everyone should try to use this service if you plan to keep your car for a long time as the cost will pay for itself. I also really like the front office if you have to wait while your car is in service. The lobby is clean, well lit, free Wi-Fi, and best of all the view is awsome. Went to Firestone they told me 3 hr wait for a tire repair. Then said go to Goodyear. Goodyear also had a wait they told me 2 hrs then they pulled my van in right away. Wayyy better service then firestone. Go to goodyear!

The dealership I purchased my car from put metal caps on the air vents for my tires which corroded and I wasnt able to get off to put air in my tires. They were able to get them off instead of breaking them off which would have led to me replacing the sensor. It saved over $300. They were honest and explained everything to me. Will definitely be going back.

Did they did something to my alignment ? VERY knowledgeable service. I brought a Mini Cooper I was thinking of purchasing and they showed me exactly what was wrong with the car. This lead me to choose a different mini, which I will be taking to them for regular maintenance. Also, I take careful care of my Mustang and was concerned about finding a good shop. Acorn was recommended by folks when I moved to the area recently. I can see why!
