I show up there at 10:20 am with my partner and baby and the door was closed. The sign says they are open at 10. It doesn’t mention by appointment only. I see if there is another door and then this lady opens the door and asks me if I had an appointment. I told her no. She then starts to question me if I knew the brand and how I found them, all while standing at the door. She seemed very annoyed that I interrupted their meeting. How was I supposed to know!? It says they are open at 10am!!!! So after awkwardly standing at the door for 3 minutes after her 21 questions, I ask her what the problem was. She seemed very flustered and says that they normally do showings by appointment only because they have “a lot of meetings at this time.” She did not make feel welcomed at all. So if you feel like coming to this place, please make an appointment so you don’t interrupt them.
