My experience at the store went well. My husband and I have 2 different sleeping needs/preferences and didn’t want a true split king because of the gap between mattresses. Sleep number seemed to be the best choice to achieve different sleep levels. I am not thrilled about the price point for a mattress so I hope the quality lives up to its pride tag. Alan helped us in the store and is very helpful.

The bed seems really nice, but Sleep Number cant deliver. They dont tell you anything about how you hard it is to get the bed in the house and then they blame you for it and make you pay to upgrade. Classic bait and switch - dont be wowed by the slick sales and great price that is too good to be true. We waited over a month for a bed that never couldve arrived in the first place!

If I could give a zero star review I would. Sales person failed to tell us that the size bed we wanted wouldnt be able to be delivered to our walk-up apartment. Customer service? trash. They delete reviews on their website, and block people on facebook when people give their honest review of their experience. I cant wait to see them go out of business. They over charge for their beds and then they dont stand by their warranty. PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I never write bad reviews unless a company really deserves it, and this is the case for this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB. They should not be able to do what they do to people. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache from making a purchase with them. You will thank me later!

The product consultant Allen (or Alan) sorry. ;). Was excellent. Took the time to explain everything and to understand our needs. Never felt pressured but rather well informed. Excellent advisor. Just got the bed so can’t say yet but the first night sleep was very good. The sleep IQ is very interesting. Takes vitals and knows when moving around.If the bed is half as good as the sales experience I will be happy.Thank you.Ken Hall

It was great, Kelly B was awesome, did not try to sell us anything. Did not feel pressure from her at all. The product spoke for itself. You have to go and see for yourself. I was totally sold the first time I layed down. She said its not about firmness, its about support. Get my bed in 2 weeks, cant wait to see if its reputation is what it says it is. Dont listen to me, go and check it out for yourself. I live in Wisconsin and my daughter is from Chicago and we both purchased one.

Two failed delivery attempts, after blocking my schedule off, removing my bed, and reserving the freight elevator (thereby inconveniencing other residents who wished to use the elevator during those times). They called to cancel my delivery with 15 minutes left in the delivery window...thanks, and the second time, no one could find my delivery driver - they just decided they werent going to come and avoid telling anyone. The bed itself is a glorified air mattress. Its much different than the ones you try out at the store. I havent had a good night sleep since buying this bed. Stayed at the Ritz and will be inquiring what beds they use as I slept like a baby. Dont waste your time and money ($12k spent with them). Giving one star for the delivery men who finally delivered my bed - they were professional, and 1 star for the salesman who was nice.

The sales pitch is to be expected, they try hard to sell you the most expensive model and all of the accessories (which is to be expected, they have a store front and overhead). While I would enjoy the base for the zero gravity feature, I cant justify it for the cost. If they ever go on sale I might consider. The mattress is great, but dont be sold on the high end models, they are all essentially the same, just more padding (which you can add after the fact for much cheaper).

With how cheap things are made now, I had trouble finding a mattress I liked. Went to the sleep number store and they took care of me. Writing this a year after purchasing, can say bed is great and dependable. And the customer service is unparalleled. Very happy with my purchase and recommend it.

Very excited to have our flex top mattress. Alebon at this location was an incredible help. We are previous sleep number customers. He took the time to show us all of the new features available. Not only did we fine tune our sleep numbers, but we learned all of the benefits of the new mattresses. Great experience.

My wife and I had a great experience at this store! The staff couldnt have been nicer and they even entertained our two small children while we shopped, which is an arguably harder task than selling beds! We worked with Alebon and I highly recommend asking for him if you visit. He was everything youd want in a salesperson; knowledgable, personable, and no pressure. The beds are very cool/comfortable, as was the entire shopping experience!

The staff are very friendly, and its an interesting experience trying out one of their beds. Theyll show you where your pressure points are, and let you try different firmnesses of the mattress. The Sleep Number mattresses certainly arent cheap, but they also arent the most expensive you can find.

Buyer be aware of the correct information. The shopping experience was fine and our salesperson was pleasant. There was A LOT of misscommunication or just flat out left out information. Unfortunatley, we were not informed that you DO NOT get to try the bed for 100 days for free as advertised. In my opinion it is falsely advertising free 100 days. I would understand paying for the shipping on the incoming but they will charge you another $200 for them to come out to literally deflate and unplug the air mattress. Its more like $400 for the 100 days.About the bed: Our first salesperson raved about the bed and shared how it did not sleep hot... flat out lie. These beds sleep very hot and they know this because they offer an airconditioner for your bed for another $800. If you sleep next to your partner, one person will feel as if they are rolling into the other if there is a big size difference. This is litterally an overpriced air mattress.I would not recommend this bed.

I had a very bad experience with this Sleep Number store. The installation people were incompetent, They did a substandard job and never got the Sleep IQ system to work. They left boxes and packing all over the place and installed the mattress incorrectly on the P5 mattress on the FlexFit 3 so that it is three inches off to one side. They are telling me I have to take it apart and redo the bolts myself. Terrible Customer Service, incompetent installation people.

Its a brick and mortar store which does not offer good customer service. If you are interested in their beds, try them out here, and buy from anywhere else or online. They are only their to take your money, NOT helpful.I bought from this store, and now they offer NO customer support. They make you call corporate offices and deal with their obscenily long hold times and occasionally drop your calls as they put you on hold for someone.BTW, the original pump and controller that came with my bed were defective. I had to deal with corporate as this store does not assist with anything but taking your money. ALSO, the SleepIQ is not recommended. It is NOT very accurate. It often misses when you are sleeping and does not consistently work properly.

After years of having a SleepNumber bed with a 5-star review, Im finally changing my review because after dealing with them for more than a decade... I just simply hate the company. Terrible customer service, and frustrating little neauances like the fact that I cant even change my email address for my account, its still a 10 year old outdated email.They dont cater to customers at all. I paid an extraordinary price for an Expanded Queen which right after I bought it, they discontinued the size. They promised me that they would sell sheets for my bed forever...but of course they dont. Then they guaranteed that my adjustable base would fit my existing queen bed frame and when they came to install it, it didnt, so I had to throw my existing frame away. I couldnt even return the base, they wouldnt let me. Then it needed a part to attach it to my headboard which didnt come with the base and I wouldnt have needed if the base fit into my frame like they said it would...the installers didnt have the part so I had to call customer service and they ended up charging me an ADDITIONAL $80 just for that part...and to add salt on the wound that I just had to throw away my whole bed frame, that none of their promises came true, and thatIthat had to spend another 80 bucks for a part to make it work...they didnt even comp the shipping for the part.I will not support them anymore, they can go out of business as far as I care.
