Ive always heard negative things regarding mattress salesmen but Eduardo doesnt fit the narrative. He was knowledgeable, courteous and patience. I didnt feel rushed or pressured in the store and I was able to complete the transaction by texting him the next day. I knew going in that the tempurpedics are firm on prices but Eduardo helped me find a good deal regardless. Top man.

Buying my 1st new mattress in 23 years was a daunting task with all of the on line options & big box retailers. I didnt like that prices can vary so much from the same retailer at different locations. I recommend negotiating the price for everything.My sales rep was knowledgeable about the products which helped. Ultimately reading about the products and laying on the mattress for 5-10 minutes and price helped me come up with my mattress.I will leave another review once my mattress (on back order) actually arrives next month.

Moved my daughter to Chicago from out of state and ordered a mattress 2wks before from Macy’s. The day before delivery they said it was out of stock and had no replacement. In desperation I called Mattress Firm in River North. I was reassured we could get a mattress in 2 days. We went to the store and received excellent service. Bought a mattress within minutes. Happy to give them my business.

Do not buy from mattress firm: they charge you a 20% restocking fee and 100 dollar pickup fee for returning. Most other mattress companies do not. We bought a $1600 purple mattress and another cheaper mattress; both were hot and uncomfortable, making us numb in the morning. Purples website does free returns, while Mattress Firm charged $420 for returning the purple. Mattress Firm spends way too much on marketing and physical stores to offer competitive prices and return policies.Bobby Matthew was very friendly and flexible when we bought the mattresses and quite rude when we went in to return them.To mattress hunters: buy elsewhere.

The sales guy was pretty nice and soft spoken when he was showing us the mattress but after finalizing everything we discussed on some discounts and bargain and his tone changed completely like we were asking for free. Very rude behavior. Never stepping up on this store again.

As a general rule, i hate talking with salesmen. I just dont like it. When I walked into this place and met Darrell, I was already sure this was going to be a bad time. I mean, first of all, mattresses are crazy expensive and then I have to listen to some guy pull out his bag of negotiating tricks and try and push something I dont want or need. Plus I was exhausted and really didnt want to be there but I needed a new bed. So I was pleasantly surprised when Darrell turned out to be one of the best salesmen Ive ever dealt with. I didnt realize it, but i had walked in right at closing. So I was the last guy in there with Darrell and it was a Friday night and he was stuck there past closing with me. I never realized because he was so patient. He let me lay on several mattresses for 5-10 minutes each, he answered all my questions about what makes mattresses different and what I should probably look for based on my feedback. And while he directed me to a few mattresses, he never pressured me. Seriously, heres a guy who had every right to close the store up and get home to his family, but chose instead to be polite, professional, knowledgeable, and basically everything you could hope for from a salesman. With his help, I found the right mattress for the right price and Ive been sleeping comfortably since. I could not be more satisfied with my mattress or my shopping experience. Thank you, Darrell!

I called Mattress Firm after a snaffoo with an order from another company, and after calling multiple stores in the Chicago area. I was frustrated and not very hopeful when Bobby answered the phone. He listened to my situation (I needed a mattress ASAP) and encouraged me to come in, as he was confident he could help me with what I needed. Lo and behold, within 20 minutes I had found a mattress that worked for me. Bobby worked with me and my (admittedly limited) budget to ensure I didnt have to settle for something less that what Id liked. He was professional, friendly, and focused on my questions. My mattress was delivered that evening within a minute of my delivery window starting and the crew was out in under 5 minutes. I wish I had gone to them from the start!

A very pathetic experience.A very rude and unprofessional behavior experience. This guy offers some good discounted price $300 for a queen mattress since it was memorial day( without asking)and when we are ready to finalize he asked us to to wait for 30 mins telling us he has to attend others and when we return probably after 35 mins he asks us to wait more. And then his real behavior comes in front and doesn’t talks nicely and when asked a question he replies “why are you asking when you are not going to buy”. bull****. Then denies to give at same price.Request you to please get all he talks in written or recorded. Else he will make full of you.

Awesome experience! I had a great conversation via telephone with Aris. He helped me find the right bed after I had been looking for awhile and got it delivered the next day! I ordered a box spring and metal frame as well. A month later I had a problem with the frame and Aris was able to refund me completely! I will always recommend Mattress Firm and Aris to anyone in need for a mattress. Great customer service and great mattress!
