My husband and I went in to buy a bed for the first time, as we bought our last mattress online. Luis Mendoza made sure that we knew what the difference was between support and firmness as well as making sure that we found the best mattress for us. He spent quality time with us making sure we had seen all the available options and had explained everything we would need to know. He made us feel comfortable and we never pushy about us taking home the right bed. In the end, we ended up coming back after stepping out and just bought the mattress we had fallen in love with. I love my new dreambed Josh! I have had the best sleep EVER this week, and the cooling in the mattress really helps this hot body! The movable Base puts my sleep comfort over the top, and when I turn on the massage feature I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud of happy humming hummingbirds…. Rebecca is honestly the most sweetest person to work with. We went to 2-3 stores before heading to this shop. Immediately when I walked in the door Rebecca greeted my family and I. I told her our budget was around the $200-$500 range and right away she helped us. She made the progress so smooth and easily. I really love how she let us try out the beds as well. Dude who runs this one is super nice and doesnt pull too many salesman schemes. Naturally read the financing stuff carefully, its always a little sneaky, but the guys here do their best to explain everything and made the process of getting a bed pretty easy.

I hadn’t purchased a bed in about 13 years so there’s quite a bit that has changed. Bed technology has improved immensely in that time. Rebecca made the process go really smoothly gauging what was most comfortable and leading me to what I think just might be my perfect mattress. It was just delivered today and it was by far the most easy delivery I’ve accepted for anything especially for new furniture. They were in and out in about 10-15 mins in a whirlwind of comfort. Worth every penny so far. Now excuse me while I go take the best nap ever.

This review is long overdue...We initially went into the Lincoln Square Mattress Firm back in November 2016 to look around. We met with a sales rep named Stanley, who provided a truly exceptional and highly educationally experience. He was extremely patient and listened to our needs/wants for a new mattress - he even stayed open late so as not to rush our discussion. We intended to return a few days later to finalize our purchase, but due to the busy nature of the holiday season, we put our mattress purchase off until January.We went back in the beginning of January 2017 and met with another sales rep, who was just as friendly and helpful as Stanley to finally purchase our mattress (I was also nearing the end of my pregnancy and my back couldnt take our old mattress anymore). The sales rep and manager made every effort to work with us and our budget to get us a mattress we absolutely loved. They even helped us setup a payment plan since we didnt want to use traditional financing. They arranged to have our bed delivered a couple of days later - even the delivery team was amazing (I was running a few minutes late getting home to meet them and they graciously waited for me rather than leaving)!If youre in the market for a new mattress, I cannot recommend buying from Mattress Firm enough - especially the Lincoln Square location. We visited a couple of other big name retailers before making our purchase and the shopping experience simply does compare; at Mattress Firm they dont stalk you around the store and there isnt the high pressure sales environment that is common at other retailers. Well definitely be going back when were ready to upgrade our guest bedroom mattress. Thank you Mattress Firm for the best sleep weve had in years!

My first experience at this store was only ok. I felt like the salesman was really just trying to make a sale. We ended up buying a very inexpensive mattress and had to come back to exchange it because I was having severe back pain. Our second time in, we had Phil helping us out. Phil is great!! I went into Bedding Experts looking for a replacement for my memory foam mattress. Luis did a great job of showing me the different options, price points, and finding out exactly what I was looking for. Although I ended up spending more than I originally wanted, the experience was painless and I bought the bed that fit me best. Delivery showed up within the specified time frame and the workers had everything set up and were in and out of my apartment in under fifteen minutes. They also took all the trash from the mattress with them. I would definitely recommend this store.

My husband and I bought a memory foam mattress less than a year ago and its sad to say that it had mold. I called the Bedding Experts and they gave me a website to send pictures, and waited, and waited with no response. We decided to go in and within seconds of arriving the manager, Luis Vasquez, reassured us that he would work everything out. He called and the next day we had our refund, we were able to get a new mattress (NOT a Memory foam), which is arrived the next day! quick, quick, quick! My only regret is not going in earlier. He truly helped us out!
