Isabel was lovely and fast, but it was a little worrying there was no actual hand washing (just sanitizer) and she didnt text the hot wax before putting it on my face. Ended up with some mild skin lift/burns. You get what you sign up for so I cant complain too much: brow waxing at a counter in a beauty store, not a professional waxing by a specialist location. I probably wont be returning.
