I was getting cold start misfires, so I knew I needed the inevitable carbon cleaning. On Friday, I sent a message through Google and received a response from Quan within 10 minutes. Surprisingly, he was able to get me in the next morning. I dropped my car off and had it back at the exact time he estimated. The price was really good too compared to other Euro shops.

Actually the shops name is 31st Auto Repair. Thiss the best place for fixing my car, every one who work here is so nice and very professional. My car is Infiniti 2007 G35x, Ive been here 5 times, so after that, 31st auto repair has became the only one in Chicago place that I dont need to worry about if they are able to fix my car and the price of replacing parts are very reasonable. Jay and Kayla who are owners of the shop are the nicest person Ive ever met, they will take care your car as good as theirs.

They did an oil change now my car is leaking oil my car has never leaked oil accept when I took it before to get my oil changed and they spilled oil while filling it so disappointing and disgusting shady people I’m reporting them to the better business bureau

I have difficult time trusting car repair shops due to past experiences. Especially the chains like Midas and Firestone, who charge you an arm and a leg for small repairs, by replacing unnecessary parts, and charging very high labour charges. I got my car repaired from 31st Auto repair recently, and they are pretty honest people. Treated me very well and the charges were very reasonable. I will definitely go to them going forward for all my repairs, and will also recommend my friends to go there. Very transparent and superb service.

Ive never liked going to an auto shop. The experience is usually stressful. I am always unsure of how much I will have to pay overall and I never know how long things will take.I called 31st Auto Repair on a Saturday in hopes they could fit me in for an oil change. They were pleasant over the phone and told me to bring my car in when I could. An hour later, I was seated in their nice waiting room. I waited about 30 minutes before they told me my car was ready.In all honesty, I was a little embarrassed to bring my car in the condition it was in. It had been towed recently and I had yet to wipe the numbers off the windshield. After paying a reasonable price for my oil change, I found the car had the numbers wiped off for me. It was a small detail but it added to the wonderful overall experience.I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back.

I went there with a bunch of dashboard light issues. I been having issues with these for years and every mechanic i brought it to would resolve the issue for a few days and they would be back on. I brought it here and the cars been running great no lights for the last month. They also replaced my starter and my car is running great.

Ripped me off and took my money, paid 500 and car still does not work . So disappointed. They take your money . Now taking them to court . Hate I went to them . Worse place

Promised to call back, never did. Pretty bad service when they cant even return a phone call when it was their desire to end the call instead of looking something up while I was on hold.

They are very racist..if you dont drive a expensive vehicle they will tell you they dont have time or they dont work on american cars while your looking at them working on one. Dont waste your time going in here unless your driving an expensive car and look rich enough to meet their criteria.
