I felt the man helping me was very interested in getting my correct, exact part for my vehicle. Which he did. When the part wasnt what my vehicle required, as the mechanic working on my truck had said, the USA AUTO PARTS took it back and gave me the option of trading for other vehicle parts, which of course Ill definitely be needing. Oscar identified my sway bar bolt and gas tank strap, both pieces which had rusted/fallen off my truck. Looked the pieces up, priced them so that I had a idea what Id be spending. Went in to purchase brakes and rotors not really knowing what I needed to fix my vehicle, on the other hand the other representative never asked to help me or others waiting for assistance 👎(RUDE)
