They are so rude on the phone. I’m a CSR MYSELF and the way this guy answer the phone and clearly couldn’t give me a proper answer without been a smart mouth makes me not ever wanna go there.

Amazon wouldnt return the incorrect brake pads and rotors they sent me. ASM was awesome and got me the correct ones same day. Highly recommend ASM Great Customer service.

Tony snd Zach are the best in the business. It’s nice to have guys that know what they’re talking about even when I think they’re wrong. The guys know more about my cars than I do. They get quality parts that blow any other parts store out of the water on pricing. If I go in once or ten times a year it’s always a good experience.

I used to have a discount at this place in 1996 when I went to Lincoln Tech. I am now Im Master Auto Diesel technician and this place is the best Ive ever dealt with. They always take care of their customer full service.

I have never written a review for any business before but after such a terrible experience with ASM on the phone, I thought it was only appropriate. Last week I called regarding some spark plugs for my 2007 Acura. When I called and told the person on the phone that I was looking for spark plugs on my 2007 model car he rudely responds with, What? Dont you know were in 2021 - dont you have a calendar? I wouldve never expected that sort of response from someone whose job it is to sell something so I disregarded it and went on with my inquiry. The man on the phone was very adamant that I go with the original spark plug and grew more and more frustrated when I asked him questions regarding other options to the point where he asks me a very snarky question: What guy, dont you put gas in your car? Again, I disregard it and tell him that I know how spark plugs work since I do all the work on my cars and others - clearly the man thinks hes the only person out there that knows about cars. His frustration grew so big to the point where HE HANGS UP ON ME!At this point I am upset and call back to confront him about him hanging up and his response is: I told you we were done. I expressed my displeasure with him and told him that he doesnt call the shots when it comes to when we are done since I AM THE CLIENT. Before hanging up I told him to learn how to run a business and treat people with respect. I will NEVER be calling ASM ever again and really wish I could give them ZERO STARS.

This place is open early morning when everyone else is still closed the owner was very helpful and the oil that I bought was cheaper than most places no mask was required I work for a company out of Indiana that does work by a place nearby I will continue to use ASM Auto Supply for anything that we need from here on out

I get all my car parts there, have for years, they are extremely helpful, and are willing to guide you in the right.

Tony is great guy! Honest, simple, never wastes your time and does the job quick. If he cant he will send you to his trusted mechanics. Its a relief going to ASM Auto. Never games like so many other auto places would do just because youre woman.

I called to buy a rotor for a 87 Buick Regal. First the guy asks me front or rear... No G body came with rear disc brakes. Second, he is asking if want pads and I say no because I have pads already then he refuses to sell me a rotor I already had replacement pads. I just needed to replace a drilled and slotted rotor because of the bad bearing and they refused to sell me parts. I do not recommend dealing with this parts place.

The people that work here really are wonderful and helpful especially the owner. I went to buy some oil and expected to just walk out with my purchase as in any other place but in addition to my purchase i received such outstanding customer service. Really was not expecting for this gentleman to check out the oil in my truck and extremely thankful that he did...i was running on nothing. Thank you thank you thank you!

Im telling everybody not to go to ASM auto supply, I want to keep ASM auto supply all to myself. Why, because they are the best auto parts supplier in the city, maybe in the country.

Needed a rear spindle knuckle bushing and bolt for an 06 altima. Advanced ordered the only one they had, too small. Autozone, dont even carry them. All i had to do is call Tony and he took care of it. First he got me the bolts and i thought advanced auto bushing was going to fit but no. Luckily Tony had ordered the bolts and bushing and had not returned the bushings yet. Went back to get the bushings and he went above and beyond, lending me the tool to put the bushing back on. What can I say? It doesnt get better than that.
