This used to be by far my favorite aftermarket parts supplier for my body shop. Now they never answer the phone, EVER!! Im typing this no while Im sitting on hold. Ive been on hold Now for 55 minutes. Not even counting the 3 other times a I called today totaling over an additional hour!!! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Then when you do get a hold of them, you have to deal with their attitude problems and usually will get hung up on again... I try to always call best value first but this is crazy! I simply dont have time to sit on hold for hours. My shop is too busy... I guess Ill just give my money to Keystone... negative stats

We are a business and we usually try not to keep customers waiting. I called today and this is not first time, I actually am fed up with the attitudes of there employees,that I finally said I have to leave a review.They keep you on hold for a very long time and then when they do come on the line are very very rude. They act like they are above anybody that calls them. Someone at this company really should be looking into this and set some type of guidelines when talking to customers. I hope to not have to deal with these people again. If I can find another body parts store I would not call again. Not nice at all if u don’t like your job don’t work there then

Its bad I came in and no customer in there so I told the guy that I called 3 times first 23 min second 33 minutes and finally 20 minutes and I got hold of someone he told me that it was a problem with the phone company. People came after me and they got there stuff and I was the last one to get my parts Im thinking about going to Universal auto parts they are on Roosevelt road and central avenue. I give best value from 1 to 10 a zero.

This place is now terrible. They NEVER answer the phone and after waiting on hold for almost a half hour I was hung up on without even a word from them. Since they have moved to their now location in Melrose they are useless. Our shop used to buy from them couple of times a week. They have lost our business. I cannot stress how frustrating it is to try and contact them and you cant order on line. Wish I could give negative stars.

I have just been dealt with rudely by Two women employees of this company after haven waited for 12 minutes on the phone . Please learn to be patient and be respectful to would-be customers. Will not call you for the sake of it. The corporate arrogance stinks.

I have called multiple times and have waited for over 15 minutes, and no one ever answers. I’ve called different days at different times, so its not like the day i called them they were super busy. I have called as soon as they are open and 15 minutes before they close. Its probably been over 15 times that i have called and i have never gotten someone to pick up

Terrible customer service! They are not professional at all. They have an attitude from the moment they pick up the phone. They dont know how to answer your questions professionally. One of the worst customer service experiences I deal with daily. Always out of stock on parts. Have been using this place for almost 7 years never have seen this business go down this way. Be prepared for hour hold wait times & then hang up on you or transfer you to some unknown voicemail where you can’t even leave a voicemail all while after you just waited an hour on the phone.

What a new found deal for getting NEW parts for old cars like my 19 year old Nissan Sentra !! My driver side mirror and passenger headlight were only $63 together !! 😊Funny thing, but one mechanic wanted $330 for the driver side mirror alone !! HA !

I would give less than 1 star if I could. We ordered a front bumper cover for a Honda Civic. When we put the bumper onto the vehicle, the bumper cracked about an inch and a half. We have used very many aftermarket bumpers and have never seen this happen in the last 15 years weve been open. We take pride in employing expertly trained technicians. Obviously, we were sold a faulty part. I reached out to Best Value to see if they would replace the part or provide a refund. I spoke to the warehouse manager and he was extremely rude. He insisted that it was not his fault and that he cannot offer any kind of warranty on the part. I have never experienced this bad of customer service from an auto parts distributor.

The customer service in person is good. The customer service on the phone is acceptable but needs improvement.

I have been looking for a place that sells parts for very cheap and took me a very long time to find, but I finally found a place and was very satisfied with the environment, staff, and the quality of the parts itself. In addition they also sold car paint and paint supplies that really came in handy so that i dont have to look and search for another place. All in all I was very happy with the service and quality of the parts/paints with a very low cost. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for parts and paints for a very low cost.

I have stayed at this hotel a lot for business and always with good experiences. Front desk staff is always very nice and helpful. Hotel has always been quiet & up kept. Rooms are clean no funky smells you often have in hotels. Love the beds and the pillows in this hotel. This hotels location is excellent.

Today I entered best value auto body. When I first came in I was sad and depressed nothing having to do with this. But this employee name oscar had the most positive attitude. He was informative, very helpful. He answered questions correctly and knew exactly what he was talking about. This was my first experience here and definitely wont be my last. Go oscar🤝

This place has lots of good body parts, but in order to get the best price you have to have an account with them. Theyll quote you a low price over the phone and once you get there theyll raise the price only because you dont have an account with them, but they dont explain that to you over the phone before you show up. Also they mislabel some of their parts and the girls at the counter have a bad attitude problem.

Not using this place anymore. I bought $515 dollars worth of parts here and received a damaged bumper cover . When I went to exchange it I was told by the guy who hands out parts to the customers.. very rude guy by the waythat they couldnt exchange it because it was damaged by me even though they didnt give me credit for that bumper I still bought an additional $405 dollars worth of parts including a second bumper cover . I couldnt believe they were willing to lose a customer that spent almost $1000 dollars worth of parts for a 63 dollar bumper cover. Management needs to step in and fix this place around .Ps. The guy who hands out the parts to the customers in this location has an attitude problem. I asked him for a blade to open up my parts wrapped in strong plastic. And he blows me off and says to use my hands.
