A+!! The customer service, performance, and process was superb. I took my X3 in for the pre-paid full service package and was greeted by Dan Carden. Dan walked me through all the things they would fix and explained the process. I hadnt even noticed some of the dings Dan pointed out! He followed up with me periodically to let me know how it was going and finally that my X3 was ready. When I arrived Dan was there again to greet me and showed me the results. Amazing!! I cant thank Dan and everyone at Perillo Collision enough for the great work. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

So professional!! They did an awesome Jim on my BMW X6 !! They even removed a dent from the hood of my car that wasn’t even part of the collision!! I can’t even tell the dent was there no it was nice size dent and it’s completely gone! Aldin was so nice and professional he kept me informed on the status of my vehicle through the whole process! I never had to call and check . They even had my car ready before the date that was given!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! This place is the best!!!!

This collision center is a 10 in my book. HIGHLY recommend!!Ive had my fare share of bad experiences with car shops in the past. I do not want to generalize but as a woman, most of the time I feel very insecure when visiting car shops. I feel taken advantage of when it comes to what the car really needs and the price. Dan and his team were honest, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable when it came to what the car REALLY needed and how it could be easily fixed. I was in and out in 15 mins. Pat and his team did an A+ job on my Monaco Blue 2010 e90; he was extremely diligent in keeping me updated on the vehicles progress and went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the final result.His team took care of some old body work that I previously had done; they blended the paint beautifully and fixed all the gaps that where slightly off from the previous shop. Top notch quality and service is what you’ll get at Perillo. I’ve brought several cars here and Pat Gavin has always done a great job helping me out. Pat made the process of getting my truck fixed very easy. Got the truck done quickly and kept me updated throughout the process.

I had a horrible experience with this body shop. The paintwork didn’t match the original color. There was overspray on other parts of the car that they refused to accept responsibility for. Some trim was damaged by them when they removed it and they reinstalled it without telling me. One part literally fell off on the drive home! I gave them several opportunities to redo the shoddy work to no avail! They were not interested in “making it right”. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality workmanship. Their lack of customer service was quite astounding. A complete fail all the way around!

I purchased the ding/dent protection plan when I bought my X3 last year. I was hesitant about whether or not it would be worth it and how convenient it would end up being. Sure enough, we ended up with plenty of dings from the car door that parks next to us at our condo parking spot. I scheduled a morning to drop off the car at the center on Green and was blown away by how smooth everything went. Dan greeted me as I pulled in and helped me get the dings identified with the technician. 4 hours later my car was done and looked great. Extremely friendly and great communication. Everything about Perillo is high end professional. Highly recommend. ASK FOR DAN!!!

I fell in love with my car even more after Perillo.My Aston Martin DB11 had a few rock chips, nothing major. But before I put a clear film on, it only seemed proper to fix the few minor imperfections before sealing them in. I inquired with a few different shops, including the Aston Martin shop that was local. But it took all of one conversation with Kevin Daly to know my car couldnt be in better hands than his. I dont regret that decision for a second. He was very intuitive and knew exactly what the car needed, and in our in-person meeting he took the time to explain everything in near-obsessive detail. The follow ups were great, albeit, unnecessary for me. Again, I cant stress how much I just trusted Kevin and his team from the get-go. I knew his expectations for the finished product probably exceeded mine, which wasnt something I thought possible. This is Kevins passion, and it shows in the end product.It wasnt the most convenient shop to get to for me, but it was by far the best decision. If anything unfortunate happens to my cars in the future, or if just for minor repairs, Perillo will be my future go-to.

It’s the BEST BEST BEST body shop I know so far. I would recommend this shop to every BMW owner I know as long as I’m still in Illinois and Indiana, and I’m not bragging about this at all. I thought the dents couldn’t be removed, but my car turned out looking perfect just like factory new. Being a materials science major student who studied a lot about metals, I can’t believe how well the repair has been done, even the steel and aluminum have experienced some degrees of inelastic deformation. The guy who repaired my car has over 30 years of experience. 200% satisfactory. Even the cleaning job is done better than any place I’ve been to. Exterior, interior... I felt like I bought a new car. My car hasn’t been washed so meticulously like this since it was built in factory two years ago. I’ve been connected to Aldin. We communicated through messages instead of emails over the past two weeks. He’s also a good friend. He picked me up from the Union Station when I came to pick up my car all the way from Champaign. Thank you so much again, and I hope every single body shop can be like Perillo on this planet.

I brought my bmw in for a professional detail and cleaning last week. I had a few extra issues I hoped they could mange for me as well. Somehow I had a quarter sized piece of concrete that had attached itself to the passenger side door under the window and some small scuffs on the bumper. They did an amazing job removing the concrete and touching up the scuffs. Car looks brand new inside and out and was all done on time and within all agreed upon parameters. I would highly recommend them for any detail work you may need. Go see Dan, he was amazing!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Perillo for years and they’ve spoiled me to the point that I literally can’t fathom ever going to another repair shop. The service I’ve always gotten from Pat is top notch. My Range Rover is 10 years old and I just had it in there for some bumper repairs. When I picked it up today he returned it to me looking as good as the day I bought it. There is no better spot for repairs in the city, plain and simple.

But, I had just bought a new subaru impreza and it got a huge dent/scrape ALL along the passenger side.Perillo didnt make me feel stupid or insignificant. Actually it was my BIG mistakes that I didn’t carefully read the review from the other reviewers, even the Better Business Bureau before I took the car to this body shop .... it was my nightmare...after I took my car to this body shop “ Perillo Collision Center “I was so disappointed after found out that they didn’t do the job like it was promised .Even damaged your car !! They lied to you many times and not professional service at all.BEWARE!! This place is not worth it if you love the car, please go somewhere else. Otherwise They will damage your car and they not responsible anything .

I took my Maserati Quattroporte here and they did an excellent job. It took a little bit longer than expected to get the parts, but thats expected from an Italian car. Besides that, I worked with Alden and he was awesome Im working with my Insurance carrier, Progressive to get my car fixed with minimal hassle and practically no paperwork being involved.

I got a detail on my car here....and to be COMPLETELY fair and impartial, its important to mention that the first time I came, I was not completely satisfied but I have to leave and pick up my son. I DID, however, let them know and IMMEDIATELY got an email AND call back so they could fix the situation. I own a business myself, and they should PHENOMENAL customer service. PHENOMENAL. BOTH times I came in actually. They wanted to not only make my car PERFECT, as I wanted it, but they really wanted me as a customer - and I APPRECIATE THAT! When I brought my car in they asked if there was anything special they wanted to pay extra close attention to - again - I SUPER APPRECIATE THIS! I was able to tell them that there were a lot of moving seats in my Volvo xc90, and I wanted to make sure UNDER each seat was taken care of (I have kids!!). And it was all done PERFECTLY. Not only did I get my car back IMMACULATELY, but two hours early! I got a CALL and email saying my car was ready. I am in meetings a lot - so I appreciated this! The center is GORGEOUS btw. Whats critical here - at least to me - IS the customer service. They WANT you to leave happy - they dont care about ANYTHING else. Take advantage of this - they have a great group of guys working here - its a pleasure to know you will be taken care of!!!!!!

Let me start by saying bunch of lairs!!WHEN I GOT THERE THERE IS NO SIGN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FLAG...I own a mb cls. My brother in law recommended this place, after my wife was in accident but he told me that they do very good work but he also told me that they might take longer than 30 days to complete the job but your car will be back to perfection. I called juan which is the manger and told him that he has 30 days to fix my car because the insurance wont pay after that for rental he said no problem and it will be done with in the 30 day period. Took the car there and never hear from them I call and juan disappeared oh he is out the office oh he is out for training I go there after 35 days and my car hasnt been touched there waiting for parts I asked for a loaner and they tell me even if I own a bmw they wont give me a car. Now I went nuts and the body shop manger PAT tells them to get me a rental and he will pay for 2 days I said what are you talking about this car easy take another month to put together and it sure did my car was by them for almost three month and their excuse was that because my insurance adjuster did the first estimate at my was thats why they didnt know what the car needs.Every week the same lie oh your car will be ready on Friday they call my Thursday the part didnt or I didnt come in they had to pay for the rental and I should be glad that their pay for because Im the one thats not doing my job. They charged the insurance 22k for the job and they told my that they fix Bentley and Lamborghini so my car didnt mean anything to them. I told them that I was done talking to them and my lawyer will Handel from her on and they put my car back together in 1 week. I called the owner and sent him text messages he opened them and didnt even take the time as a business owner to acknowledge the problem. No Im thinking the car will be in good shape after my wife picked it up while I was out of town. I drive the car once I get back and there something wrong, I took the car to Mercedes dealer and they came back with a bill for $10,000 in repairs in the same area from the accident and I sent to the body shop and respond was that stuff was wear and tear and it had nothing to do with the accident. LONG REVIEW BUT WANTED FOR EVERYONE TO SEE WHAT KIND OF SCAM THERE RUNNING OVER THERE.These guys are scam and liars dont waist your time!!My other Mercedes had a much bigger accident and I costed 14k to fix by euro collision!!THE PICTURES ARW AFTER 35 DAYS SITTING IN THERE SHOP!!!wow
