Top notch service every step of the way! Everyone there was very helpful, informative and took care of everything I needed. It was a minor repair, but it was treated with white gloves. The shop was clean, John quickly took care of the repair and owner Nick made sure to shake my hand and see that all was well! Will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of repairs large or small. Great local family business, 5 stars!

Excellent work and excellent customer service. Paul Ries and Sons was easy to work with, set up an inspection right away, and had my car repaired much faster than I anticipated. The quality of the repair is excellent - it looks like new. They also made sure we had an appropriate sized rental so we could complete a planned road trip while my car was in the shop. I hope to not need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do I would definitely return to this one. No complaints at all

I love how they left every inch of my car. They made it possible to repair. When it could have passed for total loss. They also helped out a ton and made my life as a student easier with pricing, I was able to pay off deductible. I’d recommend them, highly. The owner is such a generous man. Staff is very polite.

The owner Joe is personable and friendly Mary the office manager is extremely nice and makes the whole process less stressful. They did a great job fixing the back end of my vehicle. Someone hit me and really did serious damage to my new suv. We have taken both of our cars over the years to Paul Ries. This is the only body shop we trust and go to.

I was involved in an accident not to far from this shop and the tow guys Angel and his co worker made sure I was walked through the process as to what I can expect. I got there and the office manager Mary took care of getting things all put in place and guided me with all the necessary information I would need and what I can most likely expect.. they were upfront and honest based on my experience and the even mailed items to me from my car when the estimators deemed it ir-repairable. It was a frustrating and unusual process for me but my encounter with Paul reis staff and all who helped made it sooo much easier. Thanks guys if you read this and keep on being honest and providing great service through these rough and inconvenient processes.

I recently had an accident in my 2015 Chevy Cruze. The damage was extensive. Paul Ries went above and beyond to make sure my car was like brand new. Not only that but when they test drove it and found something else wrong they fixed it and guaranteed the work. Very professional, reliable, trustworthy and so much more. I would rate them 100 if I could.I recommend this company for auto repairs and collision repairs.

TLDR: Window was broken while my car was at their shop, they refused to fix it.FULL STORY:These guys are an insurance body shop, they dont seem to care about you once the work is done and refuse to take responsibility for things they break.I had $14,000 of insurance work done here after my vehicle was hit while parked on the street in November of 2016. They were certified by my insurance company and in a reasonably convenient location. Their initial work was acceptable although it took a couple back-and-forths to get everything right (they had glued plastic pieces back together instead of just replacing them). I came back last month with a few lingering issues that I attributed to the initial repair work and when I dropped the car off they looked at my account and told me the work should be covered under warranty, I got a call later that day saying that nothing was covered and I would have to pay out of pocket. Since they already had the vehicle and it was difficult enough to drop off/pickup with a normal work schedule (they close at 5pm), I chose to pay for them to do the needed repairs and left the car with them overnight. The next opportunity I had to pick up the vehicle was in the morning a day and a half later and I paid for the work and retrieved the vehicle and drove to work. On my way to work, I tried to lower the drivers door window and I immediately heard a grinding sound in the door but the window did not move - the drivers door window was broken. The windows had never been a problem previously (the car is only 4 years old) and I opened and close that window the morning before I dropped off the car to their shop... clearly, something had been damaged while the vehicle was with them. I immediately called Nick and told him the problem, after explaining to him the problem he told me ohh yeah, I noticed that today, bring it back and I can see whats wrong (they had the car for 2 days at this point, the work was done on the first day, and they noticed the window problem on the 2nd day and didnt say anything?). I went to work and then took off time in the afternoon to take the car back to the shop to have them look at it. After leaving it with them for another hour they said: yeah its broken, the regulator needs to be replaced. From my perspective, the part must have been damaged while the car was with them, not a single previous problem with the window and the vehicle was in their custody when something happened. Nick said he was not authorized to fix the problem at their cost and I would have to talk to Joe (the owner?). I called Joe and explained what happened and instead of showing any concern about the issue that happened at his shop, his response was that this is not my fault, none of my guys did this. After a fair amount of discussion, he took no responsibility or showed any concern that this happened and the only resolution he offered was to have another shop fix it with a used part and charge me what he would be charged (parts and labor), still presumably hundreds of dollars.Legally I have no recourse in this situation. Like every shop, they make you sign a liability waiver before they do the work and I do not have direct proof that the damage was caused by someone at the shop. This is a customer service issue, customer service is about doing what is right and they refuse to make this right. After a little research, I learned that the part they said needs to be replaced costs $70. After spending $14k with them, they were not willing to replace the $70 part that was broken while in their custody and fix it themselves. They will not be getting any more of my business and I would look somewhere else for your insurance repairs. I hope others can read my story and learn from my unfortunate experience.Update From Owners Response:As you can see from the owners response below, they continue to warp the facts and deny any responsibility for the damage that happened while the vehicle was in their possession. I did not complain about paid work.
