Had a couple scratches that I wanted fixed. While other shops gave me pricy painting estimates, or would tell me to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in advance (for an estimate!), Joe told me to just come in to have a look. Joe was very transparent with the repair options and pricing. He buffed out the scratches on the spot, and my car now looks great without me having to pay for a paint job. Highly recommend!

When being in a tragic situation and no resolutions on what to do in my situation as a Nurse I felt relief when brought to this shop at 5500 s archer Avenue 60638 around May of 2021. Joes in and and body shop and people came together as a team and helped me to their fullest expertise when I knew nothing about my car or my insurance coverage I have; had! Joe helped me out more then my insurance company and even complied with them but as soon as he knew they were taking advantage of all my rights I was paying for which by the way he didn’t let that happen. He was only supposed to fix and examine my 2015 vehicle. He took time out his busy schedule to help me out. Joe was very knowledgeable and comforting to a stranger with kindness and gave advice I never got at any body shop or my car insurance I had for over two years. I never been too a a body shop that was patient, caring for their customers experience, a sense of humor during a stressful time and well being . This shop I would give 10 stars if google let me because that’s how proud of his ethics the way he is running his shop and grateful for everything they have done out their job expertise and in their job expertise. Because the way Joe runs his outstanding shop and treats his staff and customers with dignity and respect I highly recommend this shop for anyone and he works around your busy life, is Vigilant to his work and gets things done in a timely manner ; always a shop that answers your calls for updates and has a passion for cars and the work he does. HIGHLY SATISFIED! :)

The name of this shop really applies. I went in there and within 45 min I was out and satisfied with the work done. The staff was very professional and courteous. This shop is reliable and overall I would recommend to anybody! 10/10 service. This is the place to go to!

Horrible. Got my car fixed two years ago and the paint job from my front bumper is already coming off and my wheel alignment was never the same. If I could I’d give them less no stars. Please no one go here.

I normally don’t write reviews, but since a friend referred me to jo shop everything has been perfect with my car I recently went to 3 different shops and wasn’t satisfied until I was introduced to jo he was very professional and the quality of the work was amazing now my car runs like she did when I first bought it and the price I paid was unbelievable I recommend this shop 100% If you want your car treated with love ! I went to 3 shops to try and fix a seatbelt issue I had and no one came close. That all changed once I met Joe. He was very knowledgable about the problem I had. The issue was repaired in less than half an hour . Joe has experience and knows what he is doing. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, I also would go to In and Out again for any other auto issues.

If I could rated less I would...I never do review but when they go to extremes to give u the worst service for your money that gets me real mad...went thru insurances and gave them a big check n the results where like a back garage work!!!
