I want to THANK Managers Jason and Paul for getting me a car hauler to transport my wheel chair to Florida to visit my brother before his death. They where outstanding in their support and acquiring all parts I needed when they werent available anywhere else. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Comes in handy when you need a tool but dont want to pay a fortune. Not the strongest tools out there but I cant complain about it because the price was great. Great when your in a tight spot

I find the prices here are pretty reasonable. And their tools seem to hold up as well as any others that are made in China I suppose. But I am a little discouraged by their subscription or membership program. It just seems like another gimmick to get customers to pay more and more for a slight reduction in a price. Im not sure that its worth it for the average consumer but for someone shopping there quite a bit, perhaps.

Awesome service. They know to ask you of they can help, point you to.yhe product and then leave you to look over the aisles. Even checking out the clerk had to back out of sale and start over and was so great about it. Great store.

Would give it a five star rating but an employee by the name of Jason makes me feel very uncomfortable because hes always following me and watching me. I have never stolen from harbor freight I have never stolen from his pawn shop I have never pawned anything stolen so that tells me that hes judgmental and just because of the way I look he assumes Im going to steal something. And to be honest that just really isnt fair. Its my favorite place to shop but Ive been going less and less and less because of Jason.

Good prices, pretty good tools for the most part.

Bought 5 gallon gas can and battery operated transfer pump. Retured pump because bottom of wan is to large to fit in motorcycle seat, or any modern safety approved gas cans. Staff helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Cheyenne Harbor Freight was very helpful and friendly. They have the tools and accessories most people need and an excellent support policy.

Those cardboard dividers in front of the cashiers are ghetto. you sell tools... figure your product out and make a proper barrier. usually cleanish but a good mop would go a long ways.

Great store, excellent selection, good management to deal with as well. Buy here monthly. Ive bought quite a few toolboxes from them as well for my businesses. Make sure you check them before you leave the store!!! They will almost always have damage. The management is aware and will be fair with you if you choose to keep a damaged box. Staff is always helpful and generally knowledgeable about the inventory and the tools in general.

Normally find what I need, and at a great price, with excellent service.

They DO NOT have a key copying machine here but Walmart next door does.

Ive visited Harbor Freight multiple times in the past month or so, and Im absolutely thrilled to visit them again. Very helpful staff, very quick checkout, and great selection of tools and supplies. I usually subscribe to you get what you pay for, but for the cheap prices, Im blown away by the quality. Ive purchased pliers, cutters, a part storage pin, batteries, utility knife and blades, and microfiber towels/cloths, and Im incredibly happy with all of them.

Harbor freight is my go to for all things DIY. Do they sell tools that will last a life time, probably not, but they have things priced honestly so you dont have to break the bank for a tool that will get only occasional use.

Bought some bolt cutters that I didnt use. Took them back for a refund and the gentleman who was working was polite and took care of my refund. I may shop here more frequently. And hopefully wont have to return anything.

The Staff at the Cheyenne, WY store are fantastic! They are professional and helpful. Always have excellent Customer Service!

Ive never had any problems with the tools Ive bought there. I work for a major tool retailer. Ill save myself some money and buy here 90 percent of the time. Staff is very helpful and polite.

Helpful staff good store. Some of the stuff is junk but there is no hassle returns. Just a bit of a hassle to have to go back to return something that doesnt work as it should.

Always have what ever Im looking for in stock, unlike some other stores..

If i give you 750 dollars in your last 15 minutes which is probably about 20% of your daily sales goal and youre the manager you probably should at least thank me for shopping and not make us feel like we inconvenienced you by shopping late. Harbor freight has really improved the quality of their tool offerings. They are much better than they used to be. People are nice at this store and will go out of the way to help you find what you need

I love harbor freight. The tools are comparable quality to big name brands at a fraction of the price. Ive always said it, the fastest cars are built with harbor freight tools.

Friendly staff. if you check the inventory but cant find it on the shelf, ask for help since theres a bunch more stuff in the back. the employees went out of their way to track down a battery charger that wasnt in stock on the shelf. They will also help load up heavy items. Quality seems pretty good so far.

Outstanding customer service

I wanted to not like this place, but the staff has been helpful when I do go there and the truth is that most places are selling overpriced Chinese made (& Chinese grade) products (much of it is just re-branded). Harbor Freight is just doing it with less mark-up. By the time you consider the sales and coupons the prices are decent to good for the quality.

Had the tools we were looking for, and were very helpful. Helped us get a heavy piece of equipment onto the catwalk of the bobtail, so we could get it back to the truck stop. This is a bigger store than the one were used to, near where we live.

If you are looking for good tools and not want to pay a lot for them, then this is the place the come.

They seem to have decent pricing on their power tools. Of course, Harbour Freight sells off brand material, but they do have a 90 day replacement warranty free of charge on most of their power tools. I didnt like the layout. One thing I didnt like is that the membership there is $29.99 a year! Well see how that pans out. I really think they should upgrade the format for their product signs. The signs are a little small. I bought a 7 in 10amp power sander for 29.99. yes!
