Had my truck in there getting a front drive axle pinion seal replaced. They got me in right away and one guy pulled it apart while the other went and picked up the seal. They got it together in a hurry. They told me the dif was low so I told them to top it off. I was charged for the oil but 10,000 miles later I checked the oil and I ended up adding a gallon. There’s no leaks on the dif so I know they just pulled a quick one. I’d use again I’m just gonna have to babysit next time.

Johns view is amazing. Driving through Cheyenne the tread on my camper tire blew off... I limped it to grabers. Russell was amazing thorough and so helpful. Had me changed out and back on the road in minutes. Highly recommend for cars trucks campers trailers big rigs.

Very disappointed. We had a scheduled oil change for our RV during our cross country trip that they double booked someone else’s repair at the same time. What should have been an easy and fast oil change left our family with three children standing in the hot sun for 3 hours and ruined our day’s plans.

They have good hours and are quick to get me back on the road.

I did give them 10 stars if I could! I was in a bind and needed a turbo calibrated on an ISX 15. I was in the parking lot across from the Blue Beacon. They sent a tech out in half an hour and he was polite and knowledgeable. Even explained to me how it worked if I ever ended up in the same situation again. They were also $120 cheaper than the shop next to Flying J who I hope to never see again. If I ever break down near Cheyenne these Grabers will be my first call!

Had a problem with the air bags on the cab and suspension on my truck not inflating. Called these guys and told me to bring it in.When I arrived they pulled me in and immediately had a few guys under the truck in different positions diagnosing the problem.After a short time they discovered the air dryer I had put on elsewhere was defective. Only 3 weeks old. They acquired a new air dryer and switched them out in record time in my opinion.Bottom line, within 2 hours from start to finish I was out the door and rolling!I definitely would recommend them and will use them again when I’m in the area!I was impressed!!!Thanks Guy’s!!!!!!!!!

Had slow leak on inner dual on my diesel Motorhome. Les Schwab had supposedly fixed it the day before. Went to Graber’s and they got right on it. Pulled tire off, spent 20 minutes thoroughly soaping it down and couldn’t find anything. Diagnosed a loose valve extension. Reinstalled and torqued lug nuts. Went to pay and Dan (team lead/manager) said no charge…we didn’t fix anything! While there, i watched their guys fix a big rig trailer whose driver had a blowout and kept driving until it wrapped the tire around the dual hub and brakes and semi melted. What a mess. They had him back on the road quickly. Every town needs a shop like this!

They accept us and repair in time they promised. Bad things :1) they wanted to sell us part 600$ then it was at the dealer2)didnt want to talk polite with my driver and3)worst thing broke latch for hood .We know that because hood was in perfect condition, after they change radiator, close the hood and said the truck is ready. My drivers wife saw that one worker couldnt close it by his self so he called another coleague to help him out. Before that hood was closing easily. Driver took a truck and went across the street for a truck wash and the guy who work at the truck wash said that he cant open the hood, so my drivers went back there and spoke with owner about it .He said he will check cameras . Offcourse he said they didnt do that but he never show us cameras tape. Our next steep will be personal lawsuit.

Came to do oil change on my semi.I didnt wait at all, checking in was quick, they finished in about 45min with greasing.3 🌟 because they drive my truck out of the shop without my permission even if they took my phone number. I was 50ft away of the vehicle.

One of the best truck mechanics I’ve seen, called them on Friday afternoon after TA refused service on a part for no good reason. They worked on the part for very reasonable price and time and got me back on road in 2 hours.when other people said they can’t do it until Tuesday ! They saved my Load, time and money. I went in late one night and they didn’t have the part to help me. He was very helpful, professional and awesome! He told me to swing by in the morning if it was still giving me issues.The next morning I decided I better get it fixed and took it in. Jake wasn’t there but Dan was. He told me “I don’t want to do the job, so I’m not going to do it”I needed a repair and he didn’t want to so he told me no! Very unprofessional. If Jake is there I would recommend this place but if it is Dan, stay the hell away.

It’s been a month. 12700 miles sense Dustin and the crew at Grabers installed a clutch in my truck. The truck was in the shop asap and out of the shop when they promised. The load I was under was delivered thanks to this crew. Clutch work was performed professionally, drive line installed correctly and I have had no problems. I love taking my car to Grabers. I dont care if its not a diesel, they are quick to help out. I have used them many times throughout the years for my own cars, and have recommended them many times to friends and family.The man who runs the business, Jon Graber, has responded to me quickly when needed, but his employees are told notch. Cant recommend them enough. If you need any work done, take it here!

Repaired my tires quickly and both the mechanics were super nice. They seemed short on the phone so I thought perhaps the few not so great customer service reviews may be correct (but granted theyre mechanics, theyre not gonna be like your chatty hairdresser) but in person they were really helpful. Will definitely come back if I ever need service on my truck again.

We broke down near Cheyenne on our cross country trip and called around and found Grabers! They were awesome from the first phone call. It was end of business day and Shannon said we could park there at the place and plug into their electric for the night. Colin saw us first thing the next morning and was extremely kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Andrew was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us a discount coupon for a nearby hotel and got us back on the Road ASAP. We are heading to a job so their excellent and speedy customer service was very appreciated. They charged me $200 just to fill my flat tire just so I could make it to get a patch. $200 for air...thats ridiculous.

Our Diesel RV was having problems and we were stranded. They worked on it until Midnight and got us on the road again. Charged a very fair price. Their staff was friendly, clean, confident and trustworthy.

Called for roadside service was put on hold then told that my truck would need to come in to their shop to which I agreed. Then the lady on the phone started telling me how expensive it would be and I told her money was no object, she then told me they were a week behind. I guess telling her that I was on the way back to Texas and that I was broke down at a truck stop just didnt get the point across to her I didnt have a week.

Dont go with the reviews!!! They have no clue what they are doing. Charged us $600 to come out 15 miles to truck stop and just hook up to the truck. Couldnt even clear the code or regen the truck.

The technician was unqualified for the job and as a result in his neglectHe destroyed a 5000 dollar differential and cost us over 12000.00 dollars in repairs and lost time

Great shop. We couldnt find anyone to help us within a 150 mile radius, on a holiday weekend. Arts got us in and had us rolling in short order and price was reasonable.

Needed jump start, but the service guy couldnt get the truck started so he pulled start and damaged my bumper. Wouldnt take responsibility and decided not to charge me and left. Now Im stranded with a truck I just bought 2 weeks ago with damage bumper. I got a hold of John and he made it right. He fixed my bumper and apologized. John is an honest man and now I would use him if I need to.

Wow, they were great at fixing trailer for a National company but when time to leave, they refused to let us leave before they were paid. Driver IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT COMPANY IS!!! Anyone doing business in the USA knows to have a PO before starting any work.This became a threating situation for the driver. Really, you know that nationwide company takes care of payments.Threatened a 62 yr old man about taking his head off. Some customer service! FORGOT WITNESS IN TRUCK OVERHEARING INTIRE CONVERSATION.Will have suggestion to company NEVER to do business again with them.By the way customer has two national companies now, that are HUGE!!!Never over 25 yrs have had anything like this happen. Was parked in the sinclare truck stop parking lot next to the shop. Caught several shop employees messing around my semi and trailer. When I confronted them and ask them to not mess with my trailer I was told that I was on private property and they were allowed to mess with any truck they wanted. If I didnt like it I would be forced to leave(which I never was). Be careful dealing with this shop or parking in the truck stop lot,especially if you are hauling anything of value in your trailer.

I called ahead for a leaking drive axle wheel seal. When I arrived they pulled me right in the shop. They had the parts on hand and the repair was completed as quoted and in the time frame quoted. Russel did an outstanding job with the repair. Very professional. I would recommend Arts and I would not hesitate to use them again. Great experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!We took our truck here and they were very dis- honest and way over changed us. When we asked to talk to them about it they couldnt even tell us why it took that long exept for it just did.

I went there on two separate occasions, and besides the generally rude service everything seemed upfront and on the level. Both times my issue was repaired, to the total cost of just over $6,000, which they took with a smile. Now were talking repairs that would require physical motor inspection, not just a computer, but actually looking at every inch of the motor, which they said they did (and billed me for). They told me they looked at everything personally. 1 month later my entire motor goes out and they want me to get a new motor, $13,000. Way more then the truck is worth. So theyre telling they looked at every inch, and they didnt recognize the signs of total engine failure??? Honestly, this company is either run by fools or scam artists. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I had a blown wheel seal and they got me in quickly. Took about four or five hours to finish (I have seen it done in under an hour). Here it is only a couple months later and it is blown out again for no apparent reason. This is a part that should last 3-5 years not 3-5 months. In short I was overcharged for a simple repair that took twice as long as it should have and still wasnt done correctly... If they dont make it right you can bet I will spread the word... Im sick of shady business in the trucking industry.

Our 5th wheel RV trailer wheel blew out when we were traveling near Cheyenne. Arts Truck Repair was easy to get to from the Interstate and they were open for longer hours than some other places that we had called. They had the tire available at a reasonable price. They changed out the tire and re-stowed the spare for us very, very quickly. The lot was open and easy to maneuver in. I did not feel uncomfortable being an RVer there, as I have at some other truck stops. They were very friendly and accommodating.

We had rv generator problems while traveling, Grabers Diesel Repairs got us on the road within 24 hours. They were amazing. I would highly recommend them for any type of diesel repairs.

My experience was prompt and very cost efficient! I ran over road debris & ruined an inside drive tire. They found me a used (Virgin Carcus) disposed my old tire & fixed a small water leak. $195 invoice!! 5 places in the surrounding area did the normal by trying to shove a new tire down my throat, these guys did not. Personslly that means alot when you arrive with a negative situation and depart knowing they accommodated your needs the best way possible and did not take advantage of your breakdown!! Loved this place treat your diesel truck to some TLC . I was traveling threw WY. Thought I would get an oil change so glad I did, they were fast, extremely knowledgeable, and delightful. The only downside is that they are 2400 miles from my home.

Top Notch Service, My Big Rig was due for a PM and even though it was Sunday those guys worked on my truck like surgeons at a fair price I was in and out in about an hour or so.

Truck needed a steer tire. Called TA, was too pricey... Showed up at Arts...cheaper and in and out in 45min. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing service in the area.

These guys are an Onan generator warranty outlet. When I called the first time I was asked to leave my name and number and the onan guy would call me as soon as possible. In literally 2 minutes John called me back and helped me out. Im comfortable with ac and dc power and after couple of phone calls and him walking me through some preliminary testing and I had it fixed. John knows his stuff and I highly recommend having him work on anything Onan. John, Thank you very much for your help. BTW it wasnt a problem with the generator it was with the install from the RV manufacturer.

Excellent prompt service on the Oman generator in our RV. Brian found lose connector on ECM that prevented fuel pump from running. This was two weeks after Cummings/Oman service center replaced fuel pump for same symptoms.

Honest, fast, hard workers and if they cant fix, they will let you know the problem and refer the best place to go. Highly recommended.👏👏👏💪💪💪

Very knowledgable and caring. Ive wanted to leave a review for awhile which i rarely do for anyone but this shop i owed it to because i was so highly impressed. The owner himself told me from the get go whats important to check and what not to spend money on which would have been time for which he could have charged me for also so I really appreciated that alot. He also helped me fix my engine wiring for free after spending money on other work! Great Guy, Great Shop! Im a otr driver and will travel a long ways before I go anywhere else to get work done there in the future! I hope they stay around for awhile because Mr. Grabers mechanical knowledge is top notch. He even answered many other questions, that other shops could not, about my motor, and that with great accuracy! Not many shops out their know their stuff like this shop!!! Thumbs Up!!! John knows all there is to know about Onan generators. He repaired what three other small engine repair shops could not even diagnose correctly. Our generator now purrs and more importantly.....stays running. It was not a cheap repair, but then again....what generator is cheap to repair? Their prices are still better than anyone else who has charged us to not repair the genset. I would HIGHLY recommend Grabers to anyone who needs genset repair or maintenance. I am one happy camper! Literally. Thank you, John!!

These guys saved our eclipse trip! My wife and I were driving a rental car from Denver to Glendo for the eclipse when we got a flat tire. It was Sunday night and everything was closed. We found Arts, which was still open, and asked if they could help. They were our only hope and even though we didnt have a truck they were more than willing to help. They removed a giant nail from the tire and patched it back up for us. We came all the way from Miami for the eclipse and we would have missed it if not for these guys. I cant thank them enough!!!!

26 years Class 8 repairs, smaller things usually find you other shops that work on these things, such as small trailers .
