0/10. I went in for 3 recalls. Only got one fixed. My name is Jason and apparently they heard Micheal. I also requested a full inspection, instead I received a four point inspection. I also wanted and was told they were going to do an oil change and tire rotation which I did not receive. Definitely will not be going back there.
THE HOOPS I HAD TO GO THROUGH TO GET SOMETHING WARRANTYED. ITS FOR THE BIRDS. I HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE I GOT THE TRUCK IN 2018. FORD WILL NOT JUST PUT IN A NEW RADIO. BUT I CAN BUY ONE. NOT!!!! THATS WHY I GOT THE EXT WARRANTY. THIS IS ALL A BIG JOKE.
Excellent sales team! I am 50 years old and this was the first time I bought a brand new vehicle of any kind. I have been a technician for years and to say the least I know the industry. The sales team all the way through was outstanding in there help to complete my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone. My sales guy Dwight was very knowledgeable about the truck I purchased.
I had an issue with my vehicle-went to a neighboring dealership-that dealership told me there was a 2 week wait for it to be even looked at. Jon at Toyota got me in the next morning, had my vehicle done by 6 pm the same day. I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service I received. Huge thank you to Jon and the service technician who got me back on the road. I would highly recommend Ken Graff Toyota service.
Took my truck in for an oil change this morning, arrived just as they opened. They had 3 people at the front counter to deal with the line of people waiting to drop off their vehicle. They wasted no time getting everybody checked in. And when my vehicle was done, I was contacted by Jay. I didn’t answer, but he left me a very detailed message on the status of my vehicle. After 2-3 attempts of phone tag (my fault) Jay and I finally discussed options. When I arrived that afternoon to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Jay who was very professional and went in great detail of what was done to my vehicle and what needed to be done in the near future. He then made me aware of an oil change program where I could buy a bundle of 3 for a 45% savings. Of course I purchased the bundle, you can’t beat the savings. I was handed my keys and was pleasantly surprised to see they also washed my vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with my service I received today and I appreciated the extra dedication from Jay.

Great service from the Quick Lane troops...as always! I though I needed a front end alignment on my 2019 Ranger due to a bad front end vibration at highway speeds. They quickly determined it was just a thrown wheel weight. Balanced the tires and fixed the problem...with no charge! That is why only Ford service touches our trucks!
We had a very positive experience with a vehicle purchase recently at this dealership. The salesman, Will, was very helpful and efficient. He thenpassed us off to Cristin to finish the payment details. She was in sales prior to her new job and was very personable and efficient as well. In August our 2020 Ford F-350 dully developed the death wobble. Took it to Ken Garff in Cheyenne Wy, for repairs. They said to complete the repair all tires had to be rotated, which we had to pay for, told them to go ahead. Since then all tires have been loosing air. My husband took it back this morning and SURPRISE SURPRISE “wasn’t their fault!!“ Cost us over $600 for them to fix their screw up. If you have a choice DO NOT!!!! use this dealer
I was stuck in Cheyenne for 3 days buying hotel rooms and a rental car while waiting for a simple thermostat change. There was literally zero communication unless I initiated it. I got different stories from everyone I talked to about what was going on. Additionally, at one point they stopped working on my truck to work on a different vehicle even though they knew I was traveling through town and waiting for them to finish. In the end the only good thing was that my mechanic, Jared, seemed to be solid. He did a good job diagnosing and fixing the issue. The issues were with the front desk staff and their management of the whole situation.
We have been coming to this dealership for years. Staff is always friendly. Quick Lane does good work and Service folks are always professional. The sales personnel are.... sales personnel.
While it took a while to get my car done they made it right. I got an honest evaluation of what my car actually needed and when it would need to be done. They didn’t try to make money off of me by telling me I needed things that I did not actually need. I will be taking my car to them from now on.
I was told at first that I would be looking at 9 different retired department vehicles that were just swapped out in trades. When I arrived at the dealership, I was giving the update of 3 went salvage & 4 went to auction leaving only the 1 that I purchased. After some time in the garage to convert the back doors to work properly for civilian use, l also noticed that Detroit failed to put a 4-way emergency hazard light system in the car & built it straight into a police package
I made and appointment with Spradley Barr Ford and ended up with David as my sales guy. He was amazing. He really listened to what was important to me and I never felt pushed to buy one car or another. He let me take my time and look at every car I was interested in. He made my first car buying experience so smooth. Absolutely recommend.
Went to get my oil changed using The Works and they were quick. But found that they hadnt rotated my tires which is part of the works. I went in and informed them and they apologized and did it for me.They explained that as part of moving under the Ken Garff management that things are in a transition. The mechanics are not getting a full list of what they are supposed to be doing, so things are getting missed. While I was there they started working with upper management on getting the missing parts fixed for the mechanics and the other parts of the system. They thanked me for letting them know so they could get it fixed.
I took my Tuscon in for its first oil change and Matt was wonderful to work with. He treated me with respect and did not criticize me for putting miles on my car. The process was easy and efficient and I will definitely be going back. Thank you Matt!!
We dropped off our Expedition for a rattling noise coming from the engine. We needed a quick turnaround because we were getting ready for a road trip. They told us they were pretty booked for the day (Friday) and they likely wouldnt be able to check it until Monday. Not even 3 hours later, they called and told us the issue. They luckily had the parts needed on hand, but still said it would likely not be until Monday, maybe Tuesday, before it would be fixed due to the nature of the repair needed. The VERY NEXT DAY (Saturday) they called and had it fixed and ready to go!!! They exceeded our expectations and were professional. We always use Spradley Barr, but this is the exact reason why! Well done and thank you!!

One of the stupider antelopes on the air base ran smack into the side of my vehicle while I was driving. Damage to my Continental, not so much to the antelope. Spradley-Barr Collision Center did an outstanding job getting it back to pristine condition. Communication was amazing, customer service awesome. They made me feel that my car was the only one they were working on and concerned with!

Two and a half hour wait to get an oil change...and on a day they were seemingly not as busy as normal. If you want to feel wanted or appreciated as a customer, go to Chick-Fil-A or Culver’s, you won’t get that here. I especially appreciated (no!) standing at the counter in front of “Josh” and being ignored while he pretended I wasn’t there and continued filling out paperwork.

Spradley Barr Ford in Cheyenne is the worst company weve ever had to deal with. We dropped off our Ford F-150 over a month ago now to have routine maintenance done (spark plugs replaced and an alignment). After picking the truck up and returning to it the next day we discovered their tech left pliers in the engine bay that ended up going through the radiator. We called them immediately and they sent a tow truck out, picked up the truck and supposedly fixed the damage. They installed the incorrect radiator and thermostat! After it overheated repeadly, again, they replaced the wrong radiator with another wrong radiator. To date they have now tried to return an overheating, broken truck to us 5 times! They have refused to refund the original services, and refuse to provide a comparable rental vehicle, even though they put our truck out of comission for a month and counting. I would HIGHLY recommend against using this dealer for any service!

(Quick lane) I have been going to spradley for a couple years now but the service keeps getting worse . I recently took my car for a oil change . They gave me my keys and a few days later I get an email stating I should make a appointment because of my “brake lines need immediate replacement “ but they have never said anything to me . Nor did I get a sticker stating my next oil change .
Made an appointment for a Friday for recalls. Its Tuesday and we still dont have the car back. They dont call you to tell you whats going on they just let you continue day after day waiting. They told us Monday it Should be done and never called us. We went in on Friday to find the car and no one knew where it was. We went in Saturday to find it same thing couldnt find it. We had to ask the dealership sales man and he finally found it in the shop. I took my kia into the dealership for recalls and it was done the same day and they even called us. Never going here again. Worst place ever.

It happened again!! Every time I deal with Spradley Ford something is wrong and they are quick to deny any responsibility. I should have known better than to let them work on my vehicle. This time they were to fix a warranty issue and when I received the car back pieces of the car were missing. I brought this up to the service counter. We went and looked at the area where the pieces were missing to determine if the pieces were there prior to them getting the car. The area was clean as if the pieces were just removed and not reinstalled. This was discussed at that time. The service person took down the information and stated that they would order the pieces and let me know when they came in.Today, it was just explained to me that they do not remove any of the pieces that are missing from the car when they do the repair and that they did not order the replacement parts. This is the typical services I had received in the past and why I do not take my vehicles to Spradley. If this wasn’t a warranty issue I wouldn’t have taken it there.I will never do business with Spradley again and I advise anyone to reconsider using this company. Again, this isn’t the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

Normally, my service is good, however, this time, I was disappointed to find when I picked up my vehicle, that the service tech had left greasy/muddy handprints all over the door on the outside, on the door inside, handle, steering wheel, ignition switch and gear switch.I had to get wipes and wipe everything down before I even drove away.Please have your technicians clean up after themselves!

Kline and Dwight were super helpful. They are great. They both are the reason I will buy a vehicle from Spradley Barr Ford again. Your manager on the other hand didn’t strike me as a very personable person. He was bossy to me the customer and argued with me about a little thing that he shouldn’t have. He was not helpful at all and irritated me. This company didn’t seem to give me full value on my trade in specifically because of their opinions. The manager jumped to conclusions about my trade in truck about something mechanical without asking or talking to me about it. They originally gave me 6,000 for it and within 30 minutes the price rose to 9000 all because of the opinions being made. I still will do business with Kline and Dwight because they are the best thing in this business besides the service department. All in all I’m very satisfied with my visit and purchase thanks to Kline and Dwight. Just not satisfied with the man running the Building here in Cheyenne Wyoming. Thanks Jared

We get the run around on my 2017 ford edge for a recall on a brake hose they tell us to bring it in on a app day then tell us no parts yet this has happened 3times now so more dealing with this dealer for me
I drive a ton, so my 5000-mile checkups are about once a month, usually here (but sometimes at another dealer if Ive far from home). I must have been here 30-40 times by now, and have consistently had a great experience. Ive dealt with either Steve (manager) or Jake and theyve always been nice and efficient about getting me checked in and out ASAP. Ive never used the courtesy shuttle, though I see the driver pop in and ask if anybody needs a ride. Im looking forward to the remodeled service area and waiting room!
I bought a used Honda Pilot 2012 with 170 000 miles on it. The car was driving awesomely great. A month later, heading to work the battery light went on! I thought something is wrong with the battery, so decided to drive a few miles to get to a location where I can get the battery fixed. A few miles away from home, things started going crazy, so I called Spradley Barr to schedule a service. They received the vehicle, noticed the plastic smell from the engine, battery was dead, and things are not looking good. They gave me a ride back to work. A few hours later, the service person called me and said we got your car fixed. It was the alternator was internally short that caused the drain in electrical system and it needed replacement. The whole thing would have costed me about $900, guess what?! IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE!!!I paid nothing!!! I am so happy for their honesty and care for their reputation, this is why I am writing this review.

Mechanically everything seems fine so far, only been a few days.I kindly asked the person behind the counter if there was anything additional i needed to pay for in order to have the floors vacuumed. He confirmed that the front seats and floor would be done as SOP, no additional cost.Nothing was done to the interiorIf there werent an actual conversation about it I probably wouldnt have minded because it wouldnt have been an expectation.However, if the front and the back arent communicating or the front could follow up on the things they promise customers...
The service department has always been very fine. The people are polite and respectful.The only problem I had with my last visit is that there was a careless disregard for the heath and safety of themselves and the customers.With the pandemic ever increasing, no one wore face masks or provided a safe place to wait for my car to be serviced. I am an elderly gentleman with diabetes. I wore a face mask and protective gloves. I was in a waiting area where two young men were seated and neither of them had protective gear.I have to return to the service department on Monday for some further work. I will need a ride home and a ride back to Spradley. I wonder what protection will be available for my safety and for the employees?
We had a car blow a transmission on I 80 enroute to Maryland.We had great service from Steve in the service department and Kay in sales. We eventually bought a 2 year old Tacoma. Amazing experience during a stressful time. I highly recommend this group.

Since I moved from Tucson in 2016, my mostly yearly visits with Ford have been very pleasant. At 83 now I enjoy being a customer, never feeling like my vehicle is not important.I recommend the care & service can be trusted and done with care.I walked out the 15th with an Escape. Im sure it will give me the Happy years with the Explorer. We worked with 3 different people when purchasing our new used car. All were very easy to work with, kind, and helped us to find a car that would fit our needs. Greg showed us the car and took us for a test drive even though it was time for him to go home. Kay was great! We met her at the Toyota store but she worked with the Ford store when we found a car we liked on their lot. Kevin did what he could to help us to get the car for a price we could afford. We did not spend hours making this deal. We were allowed time to go home and think about it without any hassle and trying to talk us into to buying that day. It was a great experience overall!
I had my 2008 4runner serviced here for an oil change and they found a torn cv joint boot that was leaking grease. I had them replace the the shaft with a new one and when they didnt have one here they had one delivered from Denver and I had my car back by 1 pm. Kudos to Steve and the mechanic who delivered. They even repaired a tire with a nail in it while there. Thanks to all at Spradley Toyota for their gold standard service.
The staff was very helpful during my search for a car. The specialist Kline was really awesome and went above and beyond my expectations with his knowledge of all the vehicles and willingness to work with my schedule and needs. I would ask for him if you ever go in looking for a vehicle.

Had our first service on our 2016 Ford Fusion this week. It took us nearly a year to get to the first oil change, we generally dont put a lot of miles on the vehicles. Anyway, went to the Quick Lane service center, was asked my name, what I wanted, and that was it. No silly paperwork, no looking up the status of our service agreement (2 year purchased with the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle) or any of that. Toss them the keys, ask how long and they said within the hour.Slightly more than an hour later the oil is changed, the checks are complete and Im on my way. They looked up all the information on their system rather than have me fill out a work order, my vehicle is serviced and Im out zero dollars and zero sense.Great job guys. I may drive that car more often so I can get more visits in over the next year and one month! ;)
The work done was good...I gave them a coupon for $49.99 for the works and they charged me $65 and I had to wait outside in the cold until I couldnt stand it anymore. The staff up front wasnt very nice!!!
After a long trip, we needed our car serviced soon. Matt got us in the same morning I called. Service was done quickly, and our car was returned to us washed at no charge! We easily got back home from Cheyenne to Laramie well ahead of the predicted storm. This dealership is fantastic.

Arrived at 0705, dropped off car and asked for it back around noon, was called at 845 and informed it was completed!Arrived later to pick up and was explained everything they accomplished including what I ascend them to look at extra.Great service.
When it came time to purchase a new car, there was only one choice as far as I was concerned...Spradley Barr Ford. I am a returning customer and was very comfortable wanting to trade in my 2013 Explorer, which I loved! The salesmen were knowledgeable and totally open to answering all my questions. Because of the advanced technology in the 2020 Ford Explorer I feel at ease dropping by with my questions. Its only a matter of time until I adore this new car as much as I did my original Explorer. Count me as a very satisfied customer.
Went in for a tire sensor the was showing. Went out just before we reached the dealership. The service guys still checked out and luckily there was no issue. They are always very nice & thorough.
John did an excellent job showing me and describing different cars and features to me. The financing process I was a little less pleased with. He was a bit rude to me when I didnt want the extended warranty.
I was greeted by Matt when I arrived. He is always very friendly and makes sure I know what service will be done on that visit. I am confident that the only services performed will be ones actually needed. Changing my air filters was on the list but Matt told me that service was not needed yet because they were still good so it will be performed at later date.

Great, on time service. Service representatives were very courteous and professional. Work was completed as promised and at the estimated cost quote.Very nice to find a dealership which delivers what they promise!
I have a 2012 F-250 diesel which has only been services at Ford dealerships. After moving to Cheyenne in mid 2019 I started using Spradley Ford. Two oil changes went fine. Service was acceptable. May 9,2020 my truck was in for mechanical front end repair to the amount of $3,500+. During the time that the dealership had my truck someone went through the vehicle and removed a change purse containing a few dollars, and two folding knives which were in different locations in the interior of the vehicle. The was no great deal of money concerned here.I informed the service rep. within two minutes of getting my truck back, before I even started it, about the problem. He informed me that they do not have any thieves working for them. He said he would get his boss to review the security camera tapes of the dealership to find out what they could. Five days later, after calling the rep. twice and texting him once, he answered my call. He apologized for not getting back to me but he had been busy and had a phone problem. He informed me that his boss had not seen anyone rifling through my truck on the videos. That was the end of the conversation.I am no longer doing any business with Spradley Ford. Someone went through the containers, console, and backpack in my truck and stole items from them. Supposedly my vehicle never left the property except for test drives. These items did not magically disappear. I dont want any money. A call from the service manager would have been nice. The attitude that I was making this up was rather upsetting.
