This Ulta location is wonderful! I had Kaliegh(I hope I spelt her name right) help me find some items throughout the store and she was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable on all of the items I was looking for and even made some great suggestions on eyeshadows from colorpop! I highly recommend this location. :)

Ive had thick brows my entire life and have not found anyone who can do them as well as Brooke. She shapes them so well and naturally (not pencil thin), and I can maintain the shape for at least a month. I always ask for her and wont schedule an appointment if she doesnt work (shes that good).

This review is for the hair salon. If you care about the way your hair looks DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!! I went in for highlights and a TRIM!! I left with height lights that weren’t to the root of my hair and she cut 6 inches off! I brought a piece back home that was cut off and measured. A trim isn’t 6 inches. I am so upset about the way my hair looks. I will never go back here again. Not even sure if I’ll go back to a salon in general after this mess.

I haven’t gotten my eyebrows waxed in over a year and they’re thick. It was BAD. I wanted to go to the Benefit Brow Bar but I was nervous.I wandered in after mustering up the courage but there was nobody at the bar. An associate asked me if I needed help; I told her I wanted an eyebrow wax. She asked me to wait and found Brooke.Brooke did such an amazing job!!! I immediately felt relaxed. I used to get my brows waxed regularly so I know the drill, but this was the best I’ve ever had. The shape is perfect!Thank you Ulta and Brooke! I feel so much better!

I love this store and location, I am always greeted as soon as I walk in first by someone at checkout and then by someone in the MAC Dept. I have a standing 4 week appointment with KATHERYN at the brow bar and she darkens/ dyes my eyebrows light brown then waxes and trims them and fills them in with the latest and greatest magic ( I always end up purchasing whatever she puts on them, I have about 4 different shades). I go from a 50 year old gray and brown brow to that of a teenager! Okay I dont look like a teenager, although my eyebrows look FANTASTIC!!! Makes me feel younger! Thank God for makeup!!!Okay I was reading the other reviews. Yes,there is always a line at the checkout, so I go during the day on my day off. Make sure to have plenty of time in your hands when going in because it is like Disney land walking around in that place!!! So fun!

Came into town without all my normal hair products. This is the cleanest Ulta Ive been in and the staff was super helpful so that I could find something I could use while visiting family.

I feel like I always experience for two at least 5 Stars every time I go in that location. Today your salesperson was less then professional and talk to a customer very disrespectfully. Your manager Terry was super helpful your cashier sav was not the face of Ulta Beauty. I am well aware of the fact that you are very popular store and have many Shoppers however the amount of money I spend in your facility over a month. I went to ulta last saturday before a wedding and let me tell you, I had the DREAM TEAM work on me and they did amazing. Savannah did an awesome job 9n my make up. She explained all products to me as we went and I had no problems with my purchases. My make up stayed on all night long even through the dancing. She made my eyes look AWESOME. It was so much fun while she worked on me! Then GABE in the salon was just as amazing! He did exactly what I wanted. I felt like a super model leaving that day. He was so well educated on all products that he used on me! I have never had a better experience and will return to see them both! Thank you so much for making my trip totally worth it and treating me like celebrity! Hats off to Gabe and Savannah!!!!!!

I’ve always came to get my brows done at ulta. Normally I go to the one on manchester because they are always consistent and really good at what they do. I went today and had an appointment at 11:20 at the chesterfield location. I get there and I’m told there was a “mixup” with her schedule when yesterday I signed myself up on the sheet and there had been no one in front of me or anything. I then waited over 30 minutes. By the time they were done, I was told they weren’t gonna do them. Obviously we were upset because we just waisted a lot of our time and they made us wait for nothing. Overall, never coming back to this location. Manager was rude and disrespectful to paying costumers. Recommend the Manchester location if you want good service at the brow bar and consistency.

Ive been going to this location for years and years. Im disappointed that, Kara, is so incredibly rude upon entering the store and leaving. Fake as all get-out when checking a customer out and insincere in her greetings. She laughed as I departed today, and it struck me as such a rude way to treat a customer that I actually felt sorry for her. She hadnt the slightest idea what was on my mind at the time that I was in that store. My advice would be to change your demeanor to something that displays a sincere and kind appeal. Im certain their customers that come in that are rude, but at the end of the day thats an issue with them. I would say the same about Kara. Somebody in a leadership role should know better, and then do better..

I havent been to an Ulta in over a year and decided to go to the Chesterfield location. I was promptly greeted by Hayley one of the Mac artists. I was looking for specific colors in lip glass and she showed me severaloptions and I ended up buying more than I thought. She also led me over to KKW beauty and showed me some glosses over there that I had to have. Thank you so much Haley for the great guest service I will be back to this location you made me loveUlta again.

The manager made me feel like I wasnt worth her time. I asked for her help, and then looked around while she finished with the other customer. Then she went to ring this person out. After that customer left, I was waiting for her to walk over, and another person walked in and she said Hi, can we help you? Then she completely ignored that I needed help, and went to help this other customer shop.All I wanted was some advice on which foundation would be good for my skin. But I guess my money and time and good review didnt mean anything to this manager, so I left.I was absolutely humiliated

I called ahead to see if they had the specific fragrance I wanted. They did and offered to set it aside for me. When I arrived, the store was very nice, well stocked and the associate at the front desk was friendly. I will come back here for future purchases.

Gabby at Mac saved us today from a catastrophe. She was super nice and personable. If you need help finding a foundation shade or help learning how to use a product, go to her.

If youve been to an Ulta you know what your iin for- a mix of high and low beauty brands and everything in between- basically girl heaven. This particular location has really friendly and helpful staff who answered all my questions without trying to oversell me on anything. Its cheaper than therapy and I now feel much better about my weird eyebrows.

I love this store and all the options they provide. Im a platinum member because their reward program is fabulous! I just used points worth $50 that only took me a few months to accumulate. My favorite!

I love Ulta but this location isnt the greatest. Theyre constantly out of stock of popular products, not brand new things, but items people are always willing to buy. The staff doesnt seem to have a clue about what theyre selling either. I will gladly make the drive to any of the other Ulta locations to ensure my go to products are in stock and I will receive knowledgeable help consistently.

Went to Ulta for the first time and was shopping for my mother I was greeted by a young energetic girl and she pointed me in the right direction of the main item I was looking for and also suggested a few new items at the end of my shopping experience she told me her name was hope and she did brows I havent had my brows done in a while because of a tragic brow loss but she convinced me to sit in her chair best decision ever they look amazing she was fast and precise and sweet I rebooked and was super satisfied

I wish I could post no stars at all! I walked in no one helped me. They were the smallest ulta I have ever been to. Didnt have have of the stuff I needed or wanted. Their prestige section is a joke. I should have just gone to Walmart for the two items I actually found there. Also, I waited in line for like 20 or 30 minutes.... there were only 3 or 4 people in front of me. When the girl asked if I found everything, I told her not really and she asked if I needed help finding something. I told her no because you guys dont carry the items I need. I found the section.... it is tiny.

Im not a huge fan of make up so Ulta Beauty isnt really for me. They werent overly friendly or helpful when I asked questions about certain items and their pricing. They do have a large assortment of make up and beauty products, from common brands you can find at Wal-Mart to more expensive brands, so youre sure to find what you are looking for, but their prices for brands you would find at your local Wal-Mart seemed a little high to me.

I have never gone in there and gotten help. I guess Im just used to Sephora, but it really seems like sales associate actively avoid you.Positives: A variety of high- and low-end beauty, and I actually had a pretty helpful sales associate check me out.Negatives: The store itself has a bizarre layout, so its hard to find what youre looking for. Even if Ive looked ahead of time on the app to see whats on sale, I seem to have trouble finding it. Again, I guess Im used to Sephora. Also, they have testers, but only one or two stations with a mirror and disposable applicators, and somehow no trash can anywhere??? That, combined with the disappearing sales clerks, makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience.

If you can avoid this Ulta and visit a different one in the St. Louis area, do it. Today I walked into the store looking for a few specific things and on a tight schedule. One woman asked me if I was looking for anything, and I responded with yes, could you point me towards Anastasia? She responded of course, and instead lead me to the Benefit counter where she proceeded to try and sell me their new brow pencil. I told her I did not care for it, to which she responded why? Let me just show you and then rather forcibly had me sit down, removed my eyebrow makeup, and even went so far as to tell me everything I was doing wrong with my makeup in a 10 minute period of time. Not only that, she rudely pestered my friend who was with me about why she didnt wear makeup, and even implied that she needed it. When she was done, I asked again where Anastasia was, and she only lamely pointed in a vague direction. When I found it - by myself - they were out of stock on the shelf and the previous woman refused to even look in the back for another, something I have asked for on several previous occasions without a problem. VERY dissapointed with this Ulta and their rude employees.

Wish I could give NEGATIVE RATING, BAD AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE GO TO OTHER LOCATION, I had an appointment at 10:00am for hair, which was my off day from work with LAUREN (she is the best, according to the store agent) who badly need customer service classes, I book her up for my hair highlights, and wanted to use the coupon which I had it, only for FIRST TIME CLIENT, she told me her rates are higher ...and she told me this when IM THERE on my appointment day, and I DIDNT WANTED THIS TO BE HAPPEN TO ME SO I already insisted to get a hair dresser over the phone so I can discuss the rate apart from having the coupon when I call a to make an appointment over on the phone, THEY TOLD ME THE COUPON WILL BE ACCEPTED AND ILL GET THAT RATE....... so finally, that all turn out to be a FAKE and I didnt get what I wanted, even after having an appointment, nothing to make a first time customer HAPPY.....she wanted to book me with lower rated hair dresser KAHLY or KAYLE, .......I am like seriously...!!!!!!!!.You have no value of my time.....I make an appointment and spare myself 3 hour so I can get my hair done.......and theyll do nothing just because they are over-rated hair dresser, so why should I go to the store who doesnt value my TIME.....????...so overall, bad experience as FIRST TIME CUSTOMER.....wish I could have believe the other review, NEVER COMING BACK........not even for makeup shopping as well.....bad customer service.

I am a regular customer at ULTA, I have been for many years. Ive purchased thousands of dollars worth of beauty products from ULTA, however I had never had my eyebrows done at ULTA before four days ago. With that said- I made the unfortunate decision to have my eyebrows waxed at this location and the person did a horrendous job. Management has chosen to put the wrong person in this position. This is not the young ladys area of expertise. I will never trust ULTAs personnel to to do my eyebrows ever again. Needless to say I am disgusted with the outcome.

This is the worst ULTA. Dont waste your time with this location as it is not up to par with the other ULTA stores in the Saint Louis/Illinois area. Aside from the unhelpful staff pushing their mediocre roller lash mascara, the store is dirty, unorganized, and rarely stocked. I cant count the amount of times I have had to go somewhere else to get product because this location was out of stock. Each time an item was out of stock the staff would tell me to try the Brentwood or Manchester locations to get the items I need... Why would I do that when I can drive 5 minutes to Sephora? ULTA has lost a loyal customer and Sephora has gained a new one.

I went this ulta for the first time yesterday evening 11/18/15 only because the other 3 ulta stores close to me were out of a product that I wanted. I drove 35mins to this ulta store. I walked in, no one and I mean no one that worked in this store said hello to mean no one asked me if I need help. Yes I am a black female, I walked around the entire store seeing if this store had anything different that I might like. NO ONE Acknowledged me like I was in visible. I went to go check out the cashier lady didnt even ask me if I had a ulta rewards card. I never had any issues with the 3 ulta stores close to home, they always acknowledge there customers no matter what race. Other than that the store was clean.

I had a horrible experience yesterday 12/21/15 it was my first time going to this store my sister came in from Texas and so we decided to go right away walking in to this place it was dirty and alot of things were out of place and all the mirror station that have the makeup removers and tissue and pad to remove makeup, were dirty and none of the stations had makeup remover or pads only tissue and to top that off one of the girl that work there was really unprofessional my sister was bent down looking at a product and she bumped into her and she almost went fell into the display it was horrible experience there.

I have been to this location multiple times because It is the closest makeup store. The people working are never interested in helping you. The customer has to hunt down a worker. I just went at 7 on a Friday and it took me over 10 minutes to get help.
