I highly recommend this place. My stylist, Lauren, is the best. She makes my lashes look phenomenal. I’ve been here 3 times so far and fell in love with my results each time. I planned on only getting lash extensions for a wedding I was in but little did I know I’d be coming back for more. Lauren is so professional, made me super comfortable during my appointments and is super friendly. The manager, Cathy, is so sweet. Love her!! The inside is clean and inviting which is a bonus. Plus super reasonable prices and great quality. Five stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came today for an eyelash tint and hoped to also get an eyelash lift (the service was not showed on the website, so I thought I would have to ask for it at the place). It turned out they didnt have time for lifting, so I hoped tinting would be enough. I ended up having slightly darker eyelashes and dirty eyelids...I should have expected that for paying only $25. Totally not recommend without eyelash lifting (although, you would have to call them and ask for it since they dont have this option on their website and its not possible to ask for it at the place). FIY lifting costs $75.Overall the workers were really nice, the place was spotless, but I wouldnt come back there for the same service.

Lauren did an amazing job on my lash lift. I always get a good curl with my lash curler. After applying mascara, they seem to loose the curl from the weight of the mascara. With the lash lift, they stay curled!! I absolutely love them and recommend this service!

Very very professional, This was my very first time coming to the Lash Lounge and I was very impressed by the service and the friendliness of staff and owner made me feel comfortable and at ease. My stylist Bailey was awesome she went over everything with me and explain in details on how I wanted my lash extensions to look and after care as well.

I received lash extensions from this location. I had a great technician, Katilyn. My problem came when I needed to stop my membership when I had back surgery at I could not lay on the couch for an hour to receive the lash service. They had me to fill out a cancelation form and send back to them, which I did on the same day and I was still charged. I would call to follow up and be told that the manager would call me back and she never would call me back. I then checked my account and I was billed for service that I could not use at the time. I call the manager and she never calls me back. I will no longer do business with them although I loved the service I received.

They did amazing! Would recommend to any of my friends! It’s pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. 5 stars.

Good service and i like the lashes, i’m sure it’s great if you take extremely good care of them. but i am extremely disappointed. when i first went to get a fill, the lashes had mostly fallen out so i had to pay for the full set for the 2nd time. they had me buy the adhesive but never told me i had to wash them too. i went back to get a fill and they removed my lashes because there was too much build up of their adhesive and told me to come back in a week and pay for the full set for the 3RD time as well as the wash to clean the lashes. a waste of hundreds of dollars.

Service and everything was perfect pricing for some might be a little high.

I really enjoyed my visit to get eye lash extensions. It was a first time experience for me, and Amy was my technician. Very friendly, asked a lot of questions as to what type of extensions I was looking for, and gave me a lot of detail to what my options were. She also would let me know what she was doing step by step, to make meFeel comfortable, and she was professional and friendly. I’ll most definitely be going back.

This was my first experience with such a luxurious service and I was very pleasantly surprised! Ive been coming to The Lash Lounge since May and have nothing but positive things to say. They really care for your natural lashes which most salons couldnt say. The stylists are delicate, precise and they customize the lashes to your eye shape and the look youre wanting. The salon is absolutely beautiful and clean as well. I was overcharged by 10$ over the email price, listed website price and the promotional price. Also my extension have started falling off about 3 days later even though I followed rules and maintenance to a T.

Absolutely love coming here and especially seeing Maddie. Not only does she do an amazing job, she also teaches you how to get the best of your lashes. I was searching for a place to get pretty eye lashes and found the lash lounge. Set up an appointment online which was super easy. The front desk was awesome and then I met with Maddie! Lash Lounge in Chesterfield has been doing my lashes for the past year. My natural lashes are not real thick and Lauren makes them look so good and so full. She gives great advice and tells me how to take care of them. This place is well worth it. Edit....Due to the Corona thing, I have not been able to get my fill. I cant wait for Lash Lounge to open and no.....I WILL NOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP....I NEED MY LASHES .....THEY ARE ESSENTIAL......LOL SERIOUSLY....cant wait to get my new set with my membership......

I had my lashes removed (due to some issues I was having with a different lash extension business), but my nerves were eased thanks to their thorough assessment and support. Sweet B. is so amazing! She has been a lash stylist since the beginning of the store opening. Shes very efficient and good at what she does. I get a refill every two weeks, and my lashes still look pretty good even before going in. I love they are long lasting! Believe me, being up on stage every weekend and the makeup torture I do to my lashes, Im surprised they look this good after two weeks! I highly recommend this store, service is fast, friendly and inexpensive.

I dont normally pamper myself but I am so glad I saw this place across the street from Trader Joes one day when I was out shopping. I decided to try some extensions and I had NO idea what to expect. Margaret did such a great job not only applying them, but also giving me very specific instructions and tips for how to care for them. I have some lashes that naturally point in every which direction and she managed it perfectly. My lashes ended up lasting a whole heck of a lot longer than expected, and looked great the whole time. They have since fallen out, but I notice no change in my natural lashes, which is something I was worried about at first. I will definitely be seeing Margaret again before my next special occasion to do this again!

The Lash Lounge is great! There is a very relaxing atmosphere, and my lash stylist, Sweet, does an amazing job. I never had lash extensions before, and I love them. Sweet really listens to what you want and works quickly and professionally.

I’ve been here twice, and I won’t be going back. While the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, my lashes have been poor quality. After my first visit two weeks ago, I thought maybe I just needed to choose the volume lashes instead of the hybrid. The lashes were thin and sparse and started falling out after only a couple days. I went for my fill yesterday and requested volume lashes, my lashes have already started to clump in areas and fall out on the sides. It’s been less than 24 hours. My technician became frustrated - huffing and puffing and putting things down aggressively while doing my lashes because she said the humidity in there wasn’t correct and the glue being used for my sensitivity wasn’t cooperating and the lashes were slipping off. With all due respect, the last thing any customer wants while laying there with their eyes closed and having someone mess with their eyes is to have the person seem frustrated, irritable and/or incompetent. She’s a very nice girl but I’m highly disappointed with the experience and with my lashes. After spending a great deal of money over the last two visits, I’ll now be looking for someone this week to obtain a desirable result.

I am allergic to the eyelash extensions but the store is still making me pay for TWO months of fill membership on top of the initial money I spent on lashes and aftercare products that i will never use. I have spent $389 just to have swollen eyes over the most important New years party I have ever been to, and now theyre telling me I have to pay another $119 I will never use because of a 30 day cancellation clause.Apparently part of their business model is to take advantage of people with allergies.EDIT: The terrible customer service continues. They replied to this review implying its my fault that I turned out to be allergic and that I must have lied on my intake form!

The lash technicians were very nice, but my account was incorrectly charged twice. Mistake forgiven. Several weeks later I was notified my appointment was cancelled (the day of) because I had cancelled my membership...??? This is after I had just confirmed my appointment the night before...??? Nothing from the manager, no attempt to fix an issue with a regular client of six months. Very disappointed. Too many places that apply lashes just as well, but better customer service

DO NOT even try to go here if you have lashes done previously at another place! They will insist you have them removed. I booked my first appointment with full disclosure that I was a new client. When I got there, they told me Id have to have my lashes removed and book an appointment for a different day to have new ones put on. To add insult to injury, a stylist came out to explain why they cannot place new lashes without removing old ones and told me I can tell right now your lashes are messed up! Well I certainly didnt come in for a fill because they were already looking awesome! Also, her explanation didnt explain anything; it was a cant/wont. Ive never been treated so poorly.

I got a lash lift from Bre and she is PHENOMENAL. My lashes are still holding their curl and length 10 weeks after getting it done. I can’t say enough good things about Bre or the Lash Lounge. The place is very warm and inviting and cozy! The staff is all very kind and professional. I am sold on the lifts- it is now part of my beauty routine!

I went to see Meredith for a lash lift and tint and she did a great job! Unfortunately the lash tint that I was supposed to get was skipped over, but she did do well on my brows! My lashes look very curled! Ive never had this done before and I would recommend her as a stylist! Just make sure to double check before leaving.
