Scheduled covid test at 10am 10/14 for a 4:15 appointment. Arrived at 4:10 and was told that they no longer had tests and that they had called everyone who scheduled appointments. Unfortunately, I didnt not receive a call. Once I arrived back home, I called to try and understand how this could happen. The man I spoke with told me that they only call people in the morning if they scheduled an appointment the day before and that any appointments made day of, would not be called because they are too busy. Wasted my time, wasted the PTO I had to use to leave work early. Truly awful experience, with no regard to their customers.
Incredibly short staffed. They’re nice people but with how inundated they are, it’s probably not wise to fill a prescription here. Backed up 500 scripts. Errors bound to happen. Came in for a 7pm flu shot “appointment” but waited at least hour. Do not recommend this locale.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely unhelpful and rude staff and unprofessional pharmacist. Seriously people you are in the healthcare industry which means helping people! Not only that but violating HIPPA privacy rules by yelling out what medications people are picking up. Never returning and I will be reporting you.
Extremely rude staff with ultra condescending attitude! They acted as though they had absolutely no interest in helping me, just picking up my medication. Initially they just ignored me, and then behaved in a rude manner as if annoyed by my presence there. Ill never go back there!They actually deserve a zero star.
I had a return from another walgreens store and a stack of receipts.....none of the receipts I had matched ( if you return anything they keep the receipt) The assistant manager told me I could get a gift card, I said I needed to buy some things the Assistant manager said great, we will give you an exchange!. The manager ( a man) overheard and was VERY rude saying this doesnt even look like a walgreens item!. It had the walgreens tag on it, which he looked at. He shook his head and said youll need to drive 6 miles to the other store. Remember, I had a stack of walgreens receipts.....being a very good customer....After this mans rude encounter I will assure you that I will take my business elsewhere! Oh by the way, I am a retired pharmacist that used to work at your Chesterfield Mall store. I know how customers are supposed to be treated!

I had questions about my prescription and talked to Steph at the pharmacy. She was very unprofessional. I had questions about a script there I left back in September as I forgot to fill my ADHD medication one month. She was rude and hung up on me. My gf went there later today and they tried to say they didn’t even have the script. I had to call another Walgreens to get the script number to get this location to do the work to find it. I have my masters in healthcare and i’m a healthcare officer in the army. Iv never dealt with a pharmacy run so poorly which is odd because this is Walgreens. Must just be a bad location.
Pretty chill environment. Nobody asked us if we needed help on anything - which is fine. Cashier was friendly. Store was clean.

One of our off dosage medications was not available, but the pharmacist looked it up and called multiple stores to confirm that another had it. Then she provided detailed driving directions.
My Grandaughter has a cold stuffed up nose and cough. She is a server at a restaurant where they demand a note from a doctor if you miss a shift. She went to Walgreens Sandra Scharf RN with $100 and was treated terribly. Ms Scharf was adamant that she do tests that cost more. Was belittling and abrasive. Colds are treated for comfort there is nothing that cures a cold. No fever No other symptoms. Terrible experience. The doctors note was for one day. Unbelevable. Will Never go back there again.
The make up lady is great at her job, and helped us quickly to find what we wanted.
Have stopped here for quick visits and never had any issues. A pretty standard Walgreens.

Pharmacy is the worst. Rude ppl. Very unhelpful. Get your prescription wrong. Have even give my wife’s med to the wrong car in the line! Hipaa violation.

Great customer service
The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are so unprofessional and do not care about customers! The 2 snotty women behind the counter told my pregnant wife she needed to stand in that line to get a prescription filled, and then ignored her for over 20 minutes while dealing with the drive thru people, like they are more important than the people who walk in the store! I called to speak with the Pharmacy Manager and he wasnt even in, didnt even have a VOICEMAIL, the woman who answered simply said I can take a message! Unbelievable!!!
I made an appointment with the clinic online. I received a confirmation email with the address and my information on it. The next day when I arrived the computer did not have my appointment. This caused me to take time off of work and drive there only to be turned away. I called and filed a complaint with their main office. If you cannot honor peoples appointment times then do not offer the ability to schedule one. Even though I had a confirmation the person (that was obviously not doing anything that day nor had to work) was scheduled to go next. I was told that I could not even go after her because there were appointments all day and then it was their lunch time in an hour and a half.
They have good products.

Very rude
The pharmacy staff at this location are friendly enough, but they are woefully under staffed. I have a bad sinus infection and have been ordered an antibiotic for it. The antibiotic was called in over 24 hours ago. I tried calling on the phone to check on it and waited on hold for half an hour (with only two people in front of me) and never got through. When I checked on it in person, I was told they were very backed up and it would be at least another hour. I would recommend choosing another place for your pharmacy needs.
