Just had a rather unpleasant experience with the associate ClareI asked her how much an item wasShe told me is was ‘very expensive’ before even checking the price 🙃Then as I’m checking outShe threw my money/bills on the counter instead of handing it to me, like she did the coinsAnd just seemed to have a bad attitude

My fave store ever! idk how i restrained myself from literally buying the entire store 😂! love the packaging and obviously the scents and dude it smells so good in there!! ❤️❤️

Understaffed & some staff are rude

I was very pleased to see the selections they have her hand sanitizer. They had both the gel and the spray in stock. Happy also that they are offering coupons again. Only had to wait about 10 minutes outside, worth the wait.

This store is always filled with awesome new scents. They accept all your coupons and you can use them all at once without anyone trying to say you cant even when you can. I love how they have to store layout set up. Its not as crowded as some of their other stores so no worry of bumping into others or knocking something over. Plenty of room to browse and find what you want. Also the employees are very attentive in helping you find anything you need that you cant find. This is my favorite Bath and Body Works store for so many reasons. Great employees, big store and great deals. If you love Bath and Body Works you need to just stop at this location and look around. You will not regret it!!!!

Went over there with my daughter to get my wife something for Mothers Day theyre very helpful not a big Bath & Body Works guy but in and out pretty good helpful answer their questions

The store is clean and has a nice layout, but other than that I was disappointed. They had a sign outside reading a current sale of 75% off. I walked the store and nothing was 75% off. The two people working today (July 22) were also very rude. They didnt say hello or even acknowledge my existence while looking around. Most b&bw have greeters to make sure people are welcomed to the store and also to hand them a bag and tell them of current sales. This is to try and promote people make a purchase. I know this because I have worked at b&bw two different times. Fail!

The gentleman manager is always so nice and friendly! Love the new store layout too.
