Terrible customer service. I was visiting from out of town and purchased gas. I paid at the pump for social distancing and because my young son was in the car and he didn’t need to go inside. I purchased a car wash with my gas. When my gas finished. I got a message to go inside for my receipt. Which is frustrating, because the reason I paid at the pump was to avoid going inside. I pulled up to the car wash and pushed button for help. I explained that I bought a car was, but was not given a receipt or a code. A young man walked out of the building. He did not give eye contact and asked if it said to come inside for your receipt? I said “yes”. Then he very rudely said while rolling his eyes, “did you go inside to get your receipt”? I explained that, I paid at the pump so I didn’t have to go inside and I have my son in the car and did not want to take him in the busy convenience store. He pushed buttons to give me the cheapest car wash even though I paid for the most expensive one. When I was telling him that I purchased a more expensive car wash he just walked away while I was talking.
The lady manager here wearing the gray shirt gave me an attitude when trying to buy an overpriced mask.
We were going to buy gas sodas and snacks We also needed a money order. And we had bought one just a few days ago but the two gentleman at the counter were rude and said we don’t do that. When we told them that we had just bought one they claim that the one who knew how to do it was in the bathroom if they did. Just plain bad Custer service do we bought nothing. Better luck next time
Associate/manager was not wearing a mask, while her cashier was. She was yelling and swearing outloud for everyone to hear, while she gossiped to someone else. Very unprofessional!!!! The cashier was very nice and polite. I felt sorry and embarrassed for the cashier to have to work in an environment like that.
The girl at the register is more engrossed in her cell phone usage than helping, let alone paying attention to the customer. Having been an employee of Mobil On the Run. IM 100% positive there is a policy for that.
Chris shorted me money . Said they could review the camera . Reviewed the cameras . Brought his supervisor out that apparently watched as well . I never moved my spot . Emptied all of my pockets right in front of them . They still denied they shorted me the money . Wouldnt let me watch the camera . And when I said okay than we can get a police officer to watch the cameras . Than proceeds to tell me the only way theyre calling the police is to escort me out . I think it was very unprofessional and very bias situation. Where theyre protecting their own . But they will look ignorant when their draw is over .
The stores not bad, but the employees are worthless. They dont care if youre in line or not, they just gab among themselves as if youre not standing there. And when they do wait on you theyre so busy looking around and paying attention to other employees that theyre not really focused on you. Pretty typical of a convenience store but some reason this place is worse. Its owned/managed by the same company that runs an On The Run on Hwy K in OFallon, and those employees are fantastic.
Nice place, but customer service could be better. I suggest not buying lottery tickets here. Youll get shortchanged and they deny there is any issue.
Nice inside, nice staff but dirty toilet D:
I shouldnt have to come to a store and know what the owner or managers political affiliation is.its unprofessional to walk in a store with 2 big screen televisions broadcasting fox and friends.i ask the employees if they were watching Fox and Friends as a joke only to find out that that station is not allowed to be changed and is on 24/7.everything is extremely political these days.no establishment should force customers to watch fox and Friends while patronizing them .rather its MSNBC,CNN, or fox and friends.......all of these stations hold extremely polarized views, your customers should not be subjected to any of them
